BurntBaguettes lowkey this dumb ass show is growing on me so much i cant. v2 watching bl in the motherland love to see it shout out bangkok one time. so they r meant for each other we had so more lroe about moo liking fu back but one interaction fucked them all the way up. Some cute kissing on a boat because yay thailand it rains out of fucking nowhere, so lore acurate. hot take, i love the high school bothers love story more then our main couple. i dont know why but it is just so fun. It is currently idk 9 or 10, i still have my shit sent in cali time, but im gonna run one more episode, because god this shit is addicting in all the bad ways. okay bye!

IrenaK I didn't expect the time skip. 😯 But then, thinking about it a little, maybe this two-year skip did make some sense, because before that, everyone reached a conclusion of sorts.LeJun went to Northern Qin and met the Eagle King, who took her in with arms wide open—or, more precisely, brought her to his place, carrying her over his shoulder. I wonder how they are doing now, because since the time skip, they haven't been shown yet. 🤨JiaYu travelled around looking for minerals and mines, and even got Cui Shan'An as her apprentice or assistant (I wasn't sure which exactly), but he looked at her weirdly, so—does he fancy her? 🤨 However, she rushed back to Jiankang because of some corrupt officials. It turned out WuYi was already on the case and was actually pretending to be the bribe-taker.... Well, that went smoothly, didn't it? 😂 But they are both still acting as if they hadn't been separated for two years. Actually, their relationship seems even closer and more wholesome than before. Except for the fact that WuYi hasn't told her yet that he has only a few years left to live.... and before the skip he rejected the treatment Rui Sheng offered. This is one thing I am worried about a little—what if this is bringing us slowly to a sad ending? 😟Regent Prince Qi is now beloved among the people and seemingly has no ill intentions towards JiaYu and WuYi, even preparing gifts for her on being promoted to WuYi's official consort. But I do wonder what he is doing behind the scenes, because I remember how he and WuYi parted ways in the previous episode, and it wasn't that nice or friendly at all. 🤔 And the fact that he has taken that dancer who looks like JiaYu when she smiles as his concubine... red flag, much? 🫣Over these two years, YuanJi has stabilised the situation with the He family and now wants to travel, likely with that lover of hers. But I still root for Yao to win her heart and for her to stay at Prince Jing'an's mansion. I really hope something changes her mind or she eventually understands that maybe she sees him as more than just a big brother. 😔🤞Overall, this felt like a bridge episode.

KJ2025 The consort wannabe pretended to be a friend helping her hide the rash with a veil. But later her true colors showed when she had her friend debouched via aphrodisiac and then offered her plan B. She has her friend pretend to save Prince Ning from an assailant and take a drug that will make her appear dead for three days. This will let her marry the one she really wants and save face with the Prince because she rescued him. After the poor girl is stabbed, she realizes she has been betrayed and her ‘sister’ literally hugs her to death to keep her from revealing the truth. Huayong thinks a talking bird a good idea to present his wife. It sounds godawful speaking but as it tells on the prince with what he’s learned to say, she accepts the gift. The wannabe consort invites them to tea and makes it the same way the prince does with the same tea set. XiHe notes the similarities and excuses herself. Huayong says he will stay and teach her how to make it correctly.🤣😂Here I cheered for the Prince. There is no way in hell I want him married to that manipulative demon spawn, but XiHe can’t keep pushing him off to find comfort elsewhere and not expect him to consider it. He is pleased she is jealous but tells his aide to toss the matching tea set he has away and for it never to be in the palace again. 🤣😝Consort Rong had XiHe handle a memorial ceremony. The monks handed the emperor incense sticks that stopped burning not just once but twice. The one who put her in charge spoke up to assume blame. It was discovered that a monk and maid received gold to tamper with the incense. XiHe had a complete demonstration showing the difference of the incense and the emperor’s punishment was for the monk and maid to be beaten to death. This shook up Consort Rong who had instigated things. I am not sure if maid was additionally framed to look guilty or not. Lie and Changqing are pleading for a lesser punishment for their mother but their father is not having it. The one that used to be in charge was officially demoted and XiHe now finds herself in charge of the harem.

estar call me weird but i laughed out loud when Lee Jae Min kissed that loud mouthed a**hole that kept talking sh*t about everyone. dude was looking for a fight & ironically Lee Jae Min gave him one, just not what he was expecting - the way he ran... i am still chuckling to myself remembering the shock & horror on his face lol. great scene & so unexpected from some like Lee Jae Min who looks like he avoids confrontation.

Fleming007 What an episode! Loved it from beginning to end. Such a rollercoaster! And the reflection at the end about life and being alive felt so deep and meaningful It's a whole package! The NC scene made me feel like I was intruding on a real private moment I had to cover my eyes 🫣 On the bus ride, the extras in the background keep smirking 😏, makes the scene not natural. . I love stories like this one.

Yuan Ji confesses to what she did but was told WuYi already knew. What she did was gather her clan together, brought ledgers of her family’s corruption and their seal and declared support for the Beifu reforms. Prince Qi tore up the ledgers and said the reforms would not be put into place by killing the nobles. The one blackmailed to poison Prince Qi confessed when his family was brought in and declared safe. YuanJi asked for her marriage to WuYi be annulled and permission to be divorced which this time was granted. The coup the Empress Dowager planned turned into her son and Prince Qi having her removed to another palace to rest and reflect. Her son was kind compared to the poisoning he received. He kept all things accounted for by saying her life would end with his so she couldn’t use the pretense of being filial to reclaim the throne. She had tried to force her son to get rid of Beifu reforms, Remove Prince Qi as regent and to use her choice as crown prince. He refused all her choices and revealed he knew he was poisoned by the bird nest soup along with the other princes. After his mother is removed he grants Prince Qi the nine seals which lets him act with emperor’s authority without having to ask for it. He is given the Cui case and WuYi wasn’t happy with that news. It is countered by his token and the one from JiaYu’s mother being returned to counter the power Prince Qi has. Yuan Ji is now leading her clan while the Empress Dowager scoffs at the very idea. JiaYu lets LeLun determine her fate. She can head north and marry Eagle King and serve as Ye’s spy or she can die right there. JiaYu will let her leave but her life is forfeit should she step foot in Ye again. Tutor and son are playing chess and Qi is the mastermind behind it all. He is also certain WuYi is the crown prince WenXi. He has become even colder and more calculating than his father. After he hears JiaYu gets to determine his sister’s fate, he cuts all ties with WuYi.

i get Khun being paranoid but i don't think he's justified in lashed out at Lee Jae Min or continuing to lose his sh*t when he can se that Lee Jae Min isn't just oblivious to info of who he was in Thailand. but even now he doesn't know who he is. & i get his switching to thai was his way of verbalizing his meltdown which was more aimed at himself then at Lee Jae Min, but as Lee Jae Min was there he should've tried to clear things up. but he had a problem with taking blame & saying sorry that he over reacted so there is that. & afterwards he kept up the spoilt brat act, which wouldn't be whatever - but given Lee Jae Min's behavior & demeanor, Khun came off a bully that was kick someone who was already down. didn't like that much. **************************the main couple - what to say, even though we know that Hyeon Jae isn't the bad-guy who used & then discarded of Su An once he debuted... Su An doesn't know this, so i don't fault him for building a wall that keeps Hyeon Jae at bay. anyone would have a hard time trusting & given they r again competing, he is worried Hyeon Jae will use him to get ahead & history will repeat itself, leaving his heart bloody & beaten - while Hyeon Jae gets another chance at their dream.

Merliah Well, the heartwarming bond between Khun Thee, Mok & Rome was truly captivating, also I love how both Khun Thee & Khun Rome are so protective over their loved ones; it was also cute, and ofc chaotic as well seeing Khun Thee disguise as Mok just coz he was missing his LookPeach but I love how Peach always understands his Khun Thee like the amount of understanding and trust they have is like aishhhh I can't explain! But yah the episode even showcased the chaotic brotherly bond of P'Kian & Rome like how they are willing to do anything for each other but the overall episode was so sweet aish I might get diabetes for sure hehe but my heart broke when Rome distanced himself from Mok just to protect him since he was going to be the next leader of Arseni huhuhuh T-T I felt so bad for Rome like I understand he had his reasons but his words have hurt poor baby Mok for they both love and yearn for eo sm but still I'm looking forward to Episode 3 (with more onscreen moments of RomeMok & LookPlubMira (a bit of GL maybe ^-^)) oh not to mention Aran & Twan's understanding for each other also won my heart this time like the dinner scene and especially that kiss aishhhhhhhhh I squealed so hard but I was legit watching that episode at 2 A.M. (hella risky coz I've strict parents) so yah but seeing the preview I think Episode 3 is going to be very interesting <3

The Empress Dowager has figured out that the Wenxi token was used rather than Princess Yunzhao’s. She agrees that LeJun plotted against the mother and believes JiaYu framed her to get her charged with murder. Yuan Ji is now recognized as the palace spy and released Cui Jun. Her entire clan is being held hostage if she doesn’t comply. They successfully kidnap JiaYu and conspire to get Mao and WuYi’s tokens by plotting them against each other defending JiaYu. WuYi follows an intricate plan that has him publicly shooting an arrow at the Regent. After a nice display of arrows dancing Cui Jun is killed and JiaYu is safe and Mao was tagged lightly by an arrow. JiaJu is charged with deceiving Empress Dowager and WuYi pleas for mercy and will take her punishment. When they get home JiaYu sounds like the doc wanting him to care about himself more. She chastises him for looking out for everybody else and that spiriting her away with armed guards the best choice to protect her. She then gives him the sweetest declaration of love I have ever heard. She wants their paths united and for them to be partners. She wants to walk by his side til the end and begs him sweetly to care for his life. She doesn’t want to be married to the villain but to the hero that commands Beifu army and able to do great things for the people. She wants him happy and healthy and to live a long and prosperous life. All the things he had waited a lifetime to hear from someone that truly loved him for who he was and not for what they could gain. He is so lost in her words barely daring to believe them. She is so strong and confident recognizing the man who loves her and who she loves equally. This completely upends all his plans but he now dares to hope. She now is the sweet that is his and not another’s.

The plot twist of him also living his second chance was nice, though expected. 😏 Also... was the cat that ran in front of his car in 2023 the same one he has in 2013? They looked exactly the same! 🫣Overall, this was the first episode where Jihyuk was so clumsy and timid because of her... like — a lot. It was so adorable and cute! 🤗🥰But now there will be a misunderstanding, because Jiwon thinks Huiyeon has a romantic relationship with Jihyuk... but in truth, they are just siblings or cousins. 😒Minhwan doesn't deserve the title of being anyone's boyfriend. And also, there are so many men there who think women are just like trophies or accessories who should stand next to them, be quiet, smile, and be pretty, just to make the man look better... THAT, I really can't stand. 😠I loved to see Sumin losing it, because she deserves all she received and more. She really is a creative, crazy bitch like those girls from school described her. But that only makes her more unpredictable and dangerous... At least she's starting to work her charms on Minhwan, so I can only hope they soon get together and relieve Jiwon from that torture she calls her boyfriend. 🙄

well this ep was a mess - even the 2nd couple fell out & those contracts these wanna-be idols sign with the management companies is like a deal with the devil. they gotta serve for life, even if they don't get work through them, as long as they can be used, their contract is there to be held over them for eternity - like it or not. *******************************************************that's why i was wondering why Su An came back, as it seemed like he had given up on his dream & had moved on, let alone him coming back would mean having to come face to face with Hyeon Jae. but he is under a contract too, so he either has to pay up to break it or show up quietly & put on a show. sad & show u how brutal this industry is
