high IQ and EQ in a ML character | but need a drama where also the FL is a IQ and EQ equal
What I like:- The ML is soo majestic, Amazon forest. Gentle, smart, emotionally intelligent, has both IQ and EQ, charismatic, handsome and good acting
- I really loved the idea of courtship, he had so much patience, and his smile and eyes ... omg they talked endlessly
- I really liked the maturity of the relationship between FL and her mother.
- her cousin, Jiang Rui is absolutely delicious, I loved his character.
- I like that the relationship between FL and ML is easily built.
- I like also the relationship between ML and his mother.
- I liked that for the first time in a drama I saw an entire episode with their settled and beautiful life.
What I did not like:
- FL, her character is teenager, immature, even the kisses was hard to watch.. all the parts where they have intimate communication, connection she is afraid, she is acting scared and numb, shy.
- how they transformed narcissists, toxic behaviors into better characters... which in reality is impossible... because they never heal, they never change
- a huge discrepancy between FL at work, smart, determined, ambitious and in her personal life, completely immature, spoiled, lacking emotional maturity, including in the scenes when they are married
- the role of her being a mother is completely strange , she has no physical and emotional connection with the child
- the publicity and the encouragement of digitization
I keep watched till the end as a respect for the ML acting and character and the nice relationship of her family.
In every episode I wondered what it would have been like if they had had an actress who played a more mature role, a role of a Woman and not a scared teenager. Because I have rarely seen such a masculine character. Absolutely inspirational for a balanced partnership.
I wanted to give a 10 for the ML and a 4 for FL.

2)Emotional & Realistic: The drama excels at depicting loneliness, familial struggles, and healing with sensitivity, featuring strong, realistic dialogue and relatable characters.
Slow-Burn Romance: It features a slow, developing romance between neighbors, though some find the initial "stalker" element slightly uncomfortable before the relationship blossoms organically.
3)Family Dynamics: The show's strength lies in its portrayal of family healing and changing relationships, with dinner scenes often highlighted as emotional moments.
4)Pacing & Issues: Some viewers find the pacing slow initially, and there's a noted age discrepancy between some actors and their characters, but the emotional depth makes it worthwhile.
Overall Vibe:
"Love Me" offers a heartwarming, touching, and engaging story, balancing heavy emotional themes with light, sometimes funny, moments, making for an immersive experience that many find stays with them.

IS MESSING UP THE FINAL EPISODE A TREND?
This is the third sequel, and it's still has the same quality with the previous one. Each individual cases are so good, some of them are impressive. This show doesn't have the big case that connects each individual cases and I think it's good since that type of case usually draggy. We don't need to talk about the cast anymore. The chemistry between the Rainbow Taxi team is just getting better and better. Jang Sung Chul has more involvement to the story this season. They don't potray An Go Eun as a nerd with supercomputer skill anymore which is good and more realistic. Kim Do Gi is more brutal this season, which also good because as a fighter I think he was too soft in the previous season. The writer also decided to remove the romance at all this season. In overall it's a journey between ups and downs, UNTIL YOU WATCH THE FINAL EPISODE.
While the individual cases are good, there are several flaws in this show. They're even more noticeable compared to the previous one. The beginning of this show is quite shocking. It has no introduction. It starts with a case, not even from the introduction of a case but from the middle that it looks like this show is S2E17 instead of S3E1. They didn't even try to build a connection between season 2 and 3, although they set each season in a different timeframe (the deluxe taxi and other taxis changed). This causes a bit unconfortability and confusion during watching. Also I don't like the fact that the cases come to the team out of nowhere consecutively, not from the call. It's not like they want a revenge, but the Rainbow Taxi is making them to take a revenge. Several things which disturbing me for each case: On Ro Mi case, they suddenly forget about her manager which Do Gi crashes out with taxi; it doesn't like he gets what he deserves. On the Samheung Island case, they're firing a shotgun too much consecutively without reloading. This case also has too much plot armor, they don't have a good preparation before going to the island but they survived. As for the final episode, I lost words. What possibly hit the writer's head, or is he joining the trend of messing up the final episode? That final case resolution is underwhelming and quite... makjang? Why does he take a bullet? He has never done it and always has another way around!
This season is a combination of upgrade and downgrade. Several cases has better storyline, but I think they put too much plot armors this time. Still it's a good show, they even have a soundtrack this time. It's also good for rewatch as it doesn't have a big connecting case, so you can do "small watch-ing" case by case.
PS: They should sell that Elements lightstick as merchandise!

When the splendid moon sings
He Yan dons a mask and assumes the identity of the eldest son of the He family, taking the place of her frail and seemingly dying stepbrother, He Rufei, to safeguard the family’s inheritable noble title. Trapped in this false identity and desperate to escape an arranged marriage to another woman, she chooses the battlefield instead. Years later, she returns as a celebrated war hero and is personally rewarded by the Emperor with the title of General Feihong. Glory, however, proves short-lived. Her stepbrother recovers, covets her achievements, and conspires with their father to steal her title and rewards, leaving her blinded and presumed dead.Against all odds, He Yan survives. With the help of her former tutor, she gradually recovers her sight and reinvents herself once again, this time joining the Xiao Army under an assumed name. The army is led by Xiao Jue, her former classmate, who fails to recognise her without the mask. Still, he quickly grows suspicious. Her military skills far exceed those of a new recruit, and his doubts deepen when he discovers that she is a woman. Yet, ability speaks louder than gender, and He Yan proves her worth repeatedly on the battlefield.
In Yezhou, she befriends Chu Zhao, a gentle and refined scholar who is also a student of the Chancellor, a political adversary of Xiao Jue. Friend or foe, Chu Zhao occupies a precarious position in the larger struggle. As life-and-death experiences bind the trio together, both Xiao Jue and Chu Zhao fall in love with He Yan. The question then becomes not only who will win her heart, but who will survive the ruthless game of power surrounding them.
Despite the generally positive reviews, it took me a long time before I finally started watching this drama. The English drama title initially reminded me too strongly of Mulan, a name that has become almost synonymous with the trope of a woman disguising herself as a man to go to war. Mulan herself is a fictional figure, and I have little interest in yet another retelling of that story; I have watched more than enough variations already.
Ancient Chinese history offers few documented examples of outstanding female generals and none had disguised as a man. For a delicate woman to pass off as a man for prolong period, it needs her comrades to have vision problem and the premise stretches realism. Furthermore, cross-dressing heroines are an extremely overused trope in historical dramas.
That said, once I finally began watching, I found the drama surprisingly entertaining. It ticks all the essential boxes: attractive leads, strong performances, exquisite costumes, evocative theme music, polished cinematography, and impressive CGI. The story itself is engaging and filled with suspense. There is little mystery regarding the villains, as their identities are obvious from the outset. Instead, the appeal lies in watching the battle of wits unfold and holding one’s breath to see which side key characters will ultimately choose.
What truly stood out for me was the second male lead, portrayed by Zhang Kang Le. Although he has appeared in dramas I have watched before, this was the first time he truly caught my attention. He delivers a convincing performance as a pivotal character whose choices can tip the balance between victory and defeat. Torn between following the corrupt path of his tutor or adhering to his own moral compass, his internal struggle adds considerable depth to the narrative. I do, however, lament how harshly the drama treats him in the end. After all his efforts to live an upright and principled life, he deserved a more compassionate resolution. While he does make a grave mistake later in the story, he already pays dearly through emotional loss and a deeply fractured love life. The emperor should not blame him for his own error in decision which is the consequence of his own suspicion and mistrust of his generals.
In most dramas built around a love triangle, the suspense is often squandered far too early. The endgame pairing is telegraphed either through the narrative itself or, worse, through trailers and promotional material. What could have been a delicious source of tension instead becomes a foregone conclusion. Sadly, this drama falls into the same trap. The writers could easily have made He Yan’s choice far less obvious, allowing viewers to genuinely speculate about where her heart would land. After all, Xiao Jue treats her abysmally for much of the story, while Chu Zhao makes no secret of his efforts to court her with patience, warmth, and respect. A little narrative misdirection here would have elevated the emotional stakes considerably and made the romantic arc far more compelling.
Finally, I must comment on the English translation of the drama’s title. It is uninspired, unimaginative, and painfully mundane. In fact, it was the main reason I delayed watching the series in the first place. A more poetic title, something along the lines of 'When the Splendid Moon Sings', much nearer to the Chinese title, would have better captured the spirit of the story and perhaps enticed viewers sooner.

doomed yuri that is not actually doomed (?)
was so great at first, then started getting super convoluted around episode 11 or 12, and i constantly felt like i was missing something i was supposed to be following. the main plot points were all easy to keep up with, but there were smaller details that kept leaving me confused. loved the ending tho; the last episode was good and brought back the interest i had watching the first half of the show. really just wish the gl subplot was a more major part of the show :( but hopefully it being a part at all means therell be more gl stuff popping up in the future <3. lets go lesbiansand shoutout choi kyung my g

Good drama and different plot
This drama was good and not a common plot at all, this is my first impression of guli nezher the Fl actress and it did not disappoint at all! actually I stayed for her although I'm not so familiar with the drama,She's really good with expressions. Although Hou minghao is handsome, his acting really didn't impress me much compared to that of the Fl,he was a little stiff here compared to Love in the clouds and even worse in uncloyded soul, but overall his charm contributed the beauty of the drama. The side characters are also doing great and the CGI is really nice. I like this drama so far and I might rematch one or twice. Was this review helpful to you?

So stupid, it's funny sometimes...
Of course I do not expect much from vertical formats, but this time the show did not take itself serious which is a plus in my book. There is a lot of overacting, a lot of slapstick comedy and at least the action scenes do not look especially awful compared to many other shows. This is not a good show by any means, but it's not as bad as many other shows. So, it's mildly entertaining and I had some laughs even when the script isn't stellar, the acting is ok, the production value is decent. I can confidently say, I have watched worse. 🤣

Interesting premise with insufferable leads and excessive flash-backs, slow-motion and voice-overs
A good drama follows conventional script-writing but excels in it. A great drama breaks that convention but executes it well. This drama, particularly this director, tries but fails miserably.Typical dramas have a protagonist, a antagonist, conflict and resolution. This drama has a few antagonists that were not properly setup, nor did they get enough screen time.
The one basic thing 101 in scriptwriting that defines a good drama is "show, don't tell". Well this drama has a lot of telling, in the form of voice-overs. Dialogue is deliberately spoken a lot of times in very slow unrealistic speeds. It would work if the dialogue is engaging and touching, but most of the conversations end up like a poor rendition of poetry - they try to inspire but are bathetic.
Instead of having proper acting and conventional conversations, the drama uses excessive voice-overs to inform the audience what the actors are feeling instead of having the actors act them out. There is no nuance and finesse
The other part of the drama that is excessive is the use of flash-backs to the past. The young Yoo Mi-rae and Lee Ho-soo has so much screen time that they dominated in most of the episodes. Yet these younger actors are obviously only support cast, yet they feel almost like the 2nd female and male lead.
The leads also are not properly defined. The audience knows Park Bo-Young is the lead, but is left wondering whether Yoo Mi-rae or Yoo Mi-ji is the lead.
Yoo Mi-ji propels the drama in the first half as we are drawn into her situation without knowing what happened to her. The audience is left to wonder exactly what happened to Yoo Mi-rae, but , but Yoo Mi-ji instead dominated the screen time.
Lee Ho-soo (acted by Park Jin-young) is the male lead, but his screen time and screen presence relegated him to feeling like the 2nd male lead. His romance with Yoo Mi-rae starts only in the 2nd half of the drama, and even then was neither sweet nor dramatic. His character is one that is the most inconsistent and flips-flops.
He hates his mentor Lee Chung Gu for using underhanded ways to win lawsuits, especially in his use of media and affiliation with the judge for Kim Ro Sa's case, but yet asked him for help with Mi-ji's sexual harassment lawsuit. Right up to episode 9-10, he is a coward for breaking up with Mi-ji, lying about the funeral, and shouting at his mother.
Why do the characters in the show lie without batting an eye-lid, and self-pity, make assumptions and self-blame so much until growth only happens at episode 10-11?
The really only good parts were the first moment when the Yoo Mi-twins hugged and cried, moments between Yoo Mi-rae and her grandmother, and Yoo Mi-rae's conversation with Kim Ro Sa (acted by Won Mi Kyung).
Park Bo-Young's acting in both her roles were good, but was given way too self-hating and self-pitying roles (Mi-ji) all the way to almost the end of the drama. She is often typed-cast for cute energetic roles, with a bit of a irrelevant personality, and Mi-ji has sort of that vibe. Mi-rae's role was way to gray - even for a person who suffered from office abuse. She is often cast in those roles because of her stature and "cute" face.
Contrast her performance here as Mi-rae to her performance in Concrete Utopia. Both were adult roles in their 30s. Park Bo-Young shines in Conrete Utopia with her mature acting.
Overall, Our Unwritten Seoul is overhyped. Park Bo-Young delivers somewhat, but everything else falters.

Disappointing /unlikeable FL
I totally dislike the FL lead and her character. Not into liars and dishonest people in general. Gorgeous ML, too bad they gave him a character without spine, someone who will forgive anything just because the FL looks like someone he knew before but that someone is no longer the lovely, honest person she was before.Hope to see the ML in better dramas.

The least threatening zombie show ever
This is a zombie show where almost nothing happens. The cast is just way too big for starters. For how many characters there are, almost none of them die. This show didn't have any actual intense moments or moments that kept you on the edge of your seat, and it should since it's a survival show! Here are some things that take away any intensity
-It only takes place over a couple days, and the water and electricity are on for most of it, so there's already not much to worry about in terms of survival there
-A lot of the zombies are blind, so as long as you're quiet there's no threat there.
-Super easy to kill the zombies
-The zombies still go about their lives as if they're still alive and then all huddle in one area with their leader once a day, so if you avoid those places once again, you're safe.
-The zombies have feelings so if they remember you, you're safe
Some other things I didn't like about it
-Again, just way too many characters
-Almost none of the characters were given any backstory so I didn't care if they died
-For how many characters there were, a very small handful were likeable characters, and even they were just not as stupid or annoying as the rest
-The ending...wth was that ending? It didn't feel like a season finale and felt more like an episode ending. Also, it doing a one-month time skip...don't get me started.
-The group of people who were in the greenhouse were given so little screen time that I forgot they existed until they showed up again.
-Ning. I just hated her and was rooting for her death.
-Way too much explaining and theorizing was happening and way too little action
Some things I liked
-The cast! Loved seeing so many familiar faces
-The blood and effects on the zombies were great
-Had a great opening. I loved that it just threw you right in
I could honestly keep going, especially if I went into more of the characters of the show. This show was just not good. Thai horror and suspense are usually so good, so my expectations were quite high, and this was just severely disappointing. Nothing against any of the actors at all, I think it was just a bad script.

Goofy in a fun way
I love that we got more episodes with this cast of characters! This storyline was definitely a little silly, but still very fun and enjoyable. The chemistry between all these guys is so good and so enjoyable to watch. I'd watch another season or more of these guys! Can't recommend this story enough! Was this review helpful to you?
Wish I could rewatch it for the first time all over again
I loved this story so much! The chemistry between the main two as well as the other characters is amazing! I looked forward to the new episodes every week and was so sad when it was done! All the relationships in this show were so healthy! It's not very often that happens, most the time we just have to overlook that it's toxic, but not here! I loved the relationships so much!
ThomasKong killed this and I need to see them in more ASAP! I fell head over heels for Thomas right from the start.
The spice was fantastic as well!

Came for Eunwoo, stayed for the plot (and Eunwoo)
I watched this for Eunwoo but it also really intrigued me. I liked the story a lot, though I did feel it was a little slow at times, but not enough to want to stop watching or annoy me. I loved the main two characters a lot. Some scenes might be hard to watch, so keep that in mind.Eunwoo looked so FINE in this, and he NEEDS this long hair more often!! I'd love to see him in more stuff like this!

If you just skip a good chunk of the finale, it's an amazing show
I love love LOVED this story...until the finale. The finale was absolutely awful and honestly ruined the rest of the show for a lot of people. The chemistry between the actors was fantastic and the concept of the story was so unique! I looked forward to the new episode every week! Even though I didn't care for the finale, I'd still recommend! Was this review helpful to you?
A story of desire
This was a pretty interesting story and a nice watch. This story definitely felt like it was more about desire than love, which I liked a lot actually. I do wish we got to see a bit more of them being intimate and there was a little bit more of an ending, but it was cute overall. I liked the chemistry between the actors too.Was this review helpful to you?
