Some things just can't be fixed
When the preview dropped for this, I was already invested. Now that I've seen it, it was worth it in every way. It was intriguing and captivating. I was mostly awed by the quality of acting. Expected from the main but the support really stepped up and delivered.Ken and Bright wowed. Ken in the role of Pleo with a limited education, marginalized and constantly ridiculed never gave up til the end. His determination to find the truth created an emotional and electrifying performance.
Bright as Korn, broken and cowered by previous events, found the strength to fight for what was right, no matter the cost. One thing he was sure of, Pleo was the best thing that happened to him and he wasn't going to fail him. Bright embodied the timid Korn.
Linn, as Best, did a wonderful job. There was no love in her heart and it showed. She was the 'best' manipulator and pulled all the tricks out to get whatsoever she wanted. Collateral damage meant nothing to her. While I enjoyed her acting, I welcomed karma. She was very polarizing.
Typhoon, Poom and Noom stand a cut above the rest of the supporting cast with their believable portrayals. Ter, his father and the gambling druggie Man, brought the corruption, violence and proof that the present cannot be changed. It may be different but not changed.
Enjoyable as it was, there are still some things that could have been done differently. The script felt a little dumb with the repetitive lines. It was a bit frustrating with the constant time jumps. Too many actors daring the other to shoot them with the barrel against their forehead. Korn's 2024 deductive skills were a little slow. Why did Pleo choose to live 17 yrs in hiding? I believe this was to keep the timeline correct for the future. But, here I will ask, if Ter was erased in 2024 following the timeline, why couldn't Pleo knowing the date, do differently to stop Korn? Had he tried to come back to the future, he also would have been erased as he was already dead. Those events may not still be possible to exist as it doesn't show Best and Man in the future after his last return. Then, why did the accident still occur as it did? All of that should have been erased as Korn's coworker had an appendectomy and not beaten by Man. Probably, this is just me fishing for a different ending or the script didn't quite capture the events to fix the ending.
Lastly, interjecting the last shoulders touching, Pleo holding Korn's hand with Korn saying that Pleo is the best thing that happened to him, didn’t sit too well with me. Was that done to entice / appease bl fans? They could have used different words to convey brotherhood without alluding otherwise. I'm a bl fan but the script didn’t need it.
I would definitely recommend this series. Action filled, entertaining and acceptable outcome. I really liked it.

Aigoo, Who is the True Victim & Who is the Actual Villain here, hehe :)
Trust No One!Suspect Everyone!!
Do not miss to watch this interesting Crime Revenge Drama.
***
First of all,
The Title misled me little -- I expected Supernatural theme more but in entire drama, there are only three such scenes.
This is exclusively, a Crime Revenge family drama n not Supernatural.
So Supernatural genre lovers, be aware of it -- Watch, without expectations!
Even though, it's just minor content (3 scenes -- Opening scene of the drama, Resurrecting the criminal & One scene in Finale), I LOVED THIS IDEA of including Witchcraft / Resurrection/ Supernatural element in a Crime Revenge Drama 👍🏻
It's NEW and DIFFERENT!!
***
Opening scenes of the drama -- introduction to Resurrection by tribals (or whoever is practising that witchcraft) -- all those scenes are well directed, Cinematography there, is cool n Visuals are Wow.
As a Supernatural genre lover, those are mesmerizing!✨
***
Story, Direction, Cinematography are Good.
Pacing is Slow for most of the episodes.
OST -- Opening theme music n Closing credits song are Very Good
The idea of using three languages -- Taiwanese, Thai n English, as per the story demands, is Good.
*** STORY:
Set in a fictional city, Two mothers desperately fighting to seek justice for their kidnapped daughters, go to any extent to avenge for their daughters like using witchcraft, kidnap the culprit etc.
In their journey, we get to see Different Characters, many Secrets, many Selfish acts n Manipulations by everyone, Threats, Blackmails etc.
It's sad to see the Moms who teamed up for their daughters, turn as rivals, because of bad guy's manipulation.
The Story progresses with a lot of Twists n Turns, making the viewer to suspect every character.
(At one point in the drama, I lost trust on every character n suspected everyone, including the two moms, haha)
Also, in some situations, U will definitely feel bad for every character including the bad guy.
Watch it, to find out Who the True Victim is & Who the Actual Villain is!
Those twists are Good.
The Story took a turn from
Supernatural
To 3 girls being kidnapped
To Their moms trying to take revenge on the culprit
To A big spam call fraud involving teen gals
To illegal money laundering case involving an organization.
*** WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE:
I need to rant about STORY NARRATION.
It is confusing at times.
For eg, the Timeline and the Location of the crimes are very confusing.
Initially, it is said that moms are fighting from an year but there's a lil baby gal, related to the crime, who is around 5 years -- This is made clear only in the finale.
Also, whatever crime that happened with the 3 gals and the money laundering organization are based in the fictional city, where they speak different language (mostly Thai), not Taiwanese and only few people speak Taiwanese.
So, it means the entire drama is set in that city only n moms stayed there for whole five years (without knowing the language), huh?
But then, there is a time limit of seven days for the resurrected perpetrator.
So the entire story / drama has happened within seven days in that fictional city, huh?
Or moms are fighting for justice from 5 years and came to the fictional city, resurrected him n entire drama has happened in those 7 days.
If so, jin jin (coma patient) should already be in Taiwan, not in that city and they shouldn't be speaking about an air ambulance for her.
Some points in the writing of the plot do not add up clearly.
Location of the story is ok but I'm not at all clear with the Timeline of the story.
I'm not sure whether this confusion is caused by the Editing of drama or lost in translation of the dialogues.
Whatever, these confusions made me to lose interest to watch n I couldn't connect with the flow of the story, though the overall story is easy to understand.
*** EPISODES:
First three n last three eps are Very Interesting n Captivating.
Remaining three eps in the middle are Good but Execution is lil bad. The story progress is very less here.
The Mystery and Suspense of
What exactly had happened with the three girls in that city in the past,
Who the actual culprit is and
Who, among all the characters are bad -- Everything is Well Maintained till the end of the drama.
Finale is lil rushed.
The Final Twist in the climax is Very Good.
*** RATING:
My Rating is 8/10.
(Though some eps are 8.5 or 9, Slow Pacing, Rushed Climax n Confusing Narration made me give, just 8 )
Definitely, a Good n Interesting Drama but One Time Watch!

A very precise & deal introducer review.....
It was different than what we had expected from the trailers and synopsis, but that only made it even more fun and rather more stable of a storyline to enjoy throughout the 12 episodes. It was weird but in a good way. The surprise element of split personality gave a fresh air to the drama. It's also something which made it unique to it's own and iconic. Something that people would wanna watch as they get interested in kdramas, in the coming years.
The quirkiness of Do-rami was really interesting and something that excited me a lot. Those scenes were so artistic in a sense.
I would say it was a pretty good watch, especially with all those unique elements.
Unfortunately there were a few parts which didn't made much sense to me. Like her level and passion towards liking the ML since they were basically strangers. So I can't expect someone to like a stranger so so much right from the get go. Then, the issues between their love translations, I could pretty much understand both of them so how couldn't they with each other. It was only almost in the last half that actually made me confused about her language a little as well. Otherwise it was pretty much clear so why was ML finding it so hard too understand. But you know that's how it is between humans....sometimes it's just so hard to understand other beings when they are totally different from us because we never know what they've struggled with in life.
Their chemistry, acting and the cinematography played a significant role in making this drama a success. In a sea full of below average dramas these days, it shines brighter than most.
I would still totally recommend it to people

They tried to blend all genres into one series and it's not working...
Tbh, I really had to think twice about rating this series. The idea and concept are actually good, but the execution left me confused. I honestly don’t know who to blame, the director or the screenwriter, because this pair is genuinely beautiful, yet the show couldn’t maintain a consistent tone throughout all 8 episodes. At first, it felt like a criminal psychological thriller. Then out of nowhere, it shifted into mellow melodrama. Not long after that, they started pushing comedy, especially through sponsor scenes. Like, what was that yogurt scene? I really couldn’t take it seriously.
The tone kept switching back and forth and it felt very random and out of place, especially for this kind of story.
The sponsor scenes honestly ruined it for me. The final part where they tried to make the noodle cup scene iconic too also felt forced, like they were doing it purely for the aesthetic rather than serving the story.
That said, the cinematography was perfect. No complaints there at all. I just wish they had developed the side characters more, because some plot points felt illogical, especially considering the prison setting.
Acting wise, all the actresses nailed their roles. However, I really got the ick from some of the male actors, especially Pond. His acting felt way too exaggerated for me. Ter is the only exception.
Belle, on the other hand, was amazing. Her performance stood out, and there’s no doubt why she’s been trusted with main roles before. She as Kae is perfect.
If only the mood of the series had been consistent from start to finish, I would’ve easily rated ClaireBell a solid 9.0 but the constant tone shifts kept it from reaching its full potential.

Not one the best special episodes I've watched
I watched the special episodes thinking I'd get an ending for all the other couples from the drama but they didn't bother with that. They just told us that Ton and Chon ended up together. There was nothing special about it just a wedding proposal. They dragged the whole thing for an hr i just skipped and watched it. The really should hv just included this in the drama instead and cut things out. I'm kinda disappointed but I'm done with this drama never watching it again

Beautiful and very well done!
I Loved this drama so much! It had everything a good drama needs. The story was great, and very well excuted. I loved how they did the flashbacks to the past by turning the screen into brown and white.
The visuals were stunning and the music very beautiful.
All the actors did a great job and Billy and Babe were fantastic. Their chemistry is undeniable and the intimate scene's perfect.
It's so nice to see a couple that is so perfect together, in acting and intimacy.
This one is a must watch, i will watch this more times in the future for sure!

A new storyline with perfect romance
C-dramas have been killing it lately, and the bar is high since the past few ones. This one, especially had a relatively newer approach and honestly, it was surprisingly good. Love between lines depicts mature, understanding love which is always a treat to watch.STORY:
Hu Xiu, FL, accompanies her friend to a VR murder mystery game where she meets Xiao Zhi Yu, ML who is a popular NPC there. She begins to grow fond of him as she keeps playing these games. Fate brings them together as FL becomes the landlord of ML and he also becomes her boss in real life. Both leads are smart, talented and hard-working. The rest of the story continues with how they end up falling in love, and ML unfolding the truth behind the death of his father.
ACTING & MUSIC:
Chen XingXu as Xiao ZhiYu and Lu YuXiao as Hu Xiu, the casting couldn't get better. Leads, their besties, SML, parents, colleagues- acting was good. Nothing negative to say here, everything was good. Coming to music, opening OST is perfection, im hooked!! and music overall was not bad at all.
CHARACTERS:
ML is a calm, mysterious, caring CEO whereas FL is lively, mature, courageous underdog. I LOVED FL's character. Her confidence, her style, her personality — everything, she was cool af. Confident women are always the coolest to me. And ML, when he subtly flirts or smiles, oh my. They match each other's personalities perfectly. I love how both of them are not shy of expressing their love towards each other>3 Also FL's parents were adorable while ML's mom idk what to say about her. The friendships were heart-warming, and so were colleagues. I wanted to see colleagues reaction but ig we'll never know haha.
THE GAME SCENES:
I enjoyed every bit of those VR game scenes set in republican era. The cinematography was insane>> Rongcheng was visually breath-taking, the costumes were apt too, specially the FL ones were so good. It was nice seeing a sensible, smart FL. And I knew that their confession typa kiss was gonna be in the game!! And not to mention when she went on a killing spree after being upset at him irl.
MY FAV PART:
The leads chemistry was fire, I mean who doesn't enjoy mature romance?! All their intimate scenes were natural. I loved this specific scene the most in the whole drama. In EP 17 ending, when the ML starts getting anxious in the dark, when he momentarily hears her voice calling his name, and finds her in the dark, gosh that scene is stuck in my mind. It's a metaphor for saying he finally found his light in the darkness, the background music and the way his expression seems a little relaxed after seeing her gosh i love that scene. And later in the next scene, he smiles thinking about her, I think that's when he realised he could never not fall in love with her. And the confession scene was beautiful.
The second male lead, unlike others, i didn't root for him at all. I never felt him and FL were compatible. Although initially he seemed not bad as a person, and at some point, i pitied him but later nah. He lost the empathy i had for him, he turned all jealous and it was weird. Glad he payed for his crime and talked to ML properly at last.
It is applaudable how they showed just the right amount of angst required before the leads got together. And I truly enjoyed EP 26, seeing her cry broke my heart, and him being upset all alone in rongcheng while she runs back to him and consoles him, that was truly sentimental. It was a roller coaster of emotions and I truly enjoyed every bit of it. When he rushed back to her and confessed at the thought of losing her, when he always waited for her quietly when she's stressed, when he gets all jealous, it was adorable.
Honorary mention to the end credits scene, LYX is stunning!!! My first drama of CXX, i saw him for the first time on weibo night awards in the viral clip IYKYK. Hope his new dramas are successful, and LYX, watched her in love in the clouds, and what an actress. And now after love between lines, im a fan, and just heard the news of another upcoming drama of hers, hope she slays again! Story, cinematography, acting, music — it was peak. Thanks to everyone who created this masterpiece, found another drama which is close to my heart, worth a rewatch!

The b(romance) is real
I almost missed it since I thought the person on the right is a woman based on the poster 😆 I'm glad it popped up on Youtube.Given it's a short series, it did really well. In fact, I love it much more than a lot of the longer series. Amazing acting, great fight scenes and definitely deep chemistry there. The only thing I wish is for an alternative ending/special episode. Other than that, I really love this.
It's also a treat knowing Ah Yu is the "arrow guy" in Blood River. It's lovely that they use talented and experienced actors in this series.
SPOILER AHEAD
It's one of the favorite dying scene I've watched (although I hate such ending). When Jiang Hu called him "AH YU"- it's basically saying i love you without saying it. It really hit the spot there.

A beautiful way to start the year with a romance drama
In my opinion, this is one of the better romance dramas to come out this year. If the ending hadn’t felt a bit forced, I probably would’ve given it an even higher rating. This drama is not your typical romance. It’s not just about falling in love, but also about mental health and healing from past trauma. The character development of both leads is very noticeable. Kim Seon-ho’s character slowly learns how to open up and be honest about his emotions, while Go Youn-jung’s character finally confronts her childhood trauma instead of letting it control her life.
Their chemistry is really strong — honestly, it’s been a while since I’ve watched a romance drama where the chemistry felt this natural and believable. Their relationship feels mature and emotionally grounded.
Another big plus is the soundtrack, which fits the mood perfectly, and the beautiful visuals. With filming locations across different countries, the drama is visually stunning and genuinely pleasing to watch.
That said, the ending was a letdown for me. The plot twist about the female lead’s family being alive felt unnecessary. Emotionally, the story was already complete once she had faced and overcome her trauma. Introducing that twist so late, without properly exploring it, made it feel rushed and added in just to extend the runtime.
Even with that flaw, this is still a solid and recommendable drama, especially for viewers who want a romance with emotional depth and meaningful themes, not just a simple love story.

Really simple pure fluff plot
For a MFlow drama i think they did really good but i wish this could be a 8 episode drama instead of 12. The plot is too simple for it to be a 12 episode drama. I dropped this drama 4 times and used it as a stress buster between stressful dramas😆. It's a good stress buster but cz its pure fluff with no plot u might get bored. The leads get together in the initial 2 or 3 episodes and then the whole drama is about them dating with near to 0 misunderstanding. The only drama would be Ai's problematic mom (hate her).
I dropped this watched "tonhon chonlatee" which i really liked and then realised they were shared universe. I'm not sure why they changed the character and story soo much like in TC AiNhai were more mature and had a really good plot going on. I am guessing it is cz that drama got hate for having a homophobic ML who then falls for a guy himself so they didn't wanna add that here cz in that universe AiNhai don't come out for a long time cz their friend was homophobic. They also showed us multiple couples but none of their endings🙃. We had 4 couples including the main one n only got the main one's ending.
They changed Ton and Chon's story too in the original universe they were childhood friends n here they meet in college.. i think this drama would have been much better if they kept it in line with the other universe.
The only unique thing about this show were the gay dads. I've never seen a BL where the dads are also gay and i loved their story much more than AiNhai❤️
Overall it's a good stress buster but also a boring one u won't be able to finish it in 1 go.

Character Driven Moments Within a Conventional Love Story
This drama has all the cliche tropes you can think of, which makes the drama predictable.Godfrey Gao’s portrayal of Wang Li Chuan is the strongest element of the series. Just his movement alone, especially the way he carries himself as someone living with a disability caused by illness, felt natural and restrained. He did not overplay the pain or fragility, and that subtlety made his performance believable and, at times, genuinely touching. His calm presence is honestly what carries the drama.
In contrast, Jiao Jun Yan’s performance as Xie Xiao Qiu on the other hand, was mediocre. Her acting often felt awkward and exaggerated, especially in emotional scenes. Instead of coming across as earnest or endearing, she frequently felt over the top, which made it hard to connect with her character. I ended up skipping many of her scenes because they dragged the pacing and broke immersion.
The romance itself suffers because of this imbalance. Wang Li Chuan feels grounded and mature, while Xiao Qiu often comes off as written and performed like a much flatter character. Their chemistry relies heavily on Godfrey Gao’s performance rather than on genuine emotional exchange between the two leads.
Overall, Remembering Lichuan is watchable mainly because of Godfrey Gao. This was one of the roles I felt challenged him as an actor because the previous few works I saw, he played a comedic role. If you enjoy slow, melodramatic romances and do not mind predictable plot points, it might still be worth a watch. But if strong acting and well balanced leads are important to you, this drama can feel frustrating.

Xing Hao Huan Shi Ni(2025) or I Love You (2024) is a nice romance miniseries with Zuo Ming (as Ji Yan Zhuo) and Sun Lu Lu (as Yin Xing Yue) in the leading couple’s role. The cast did a good job delivering their characters and the leading couple had a suave romantic chemistry. Even though the drama is classified as a romance, it is more like a romantic comedy given the bothersome fact that the writer presented a strong female lead that uses her fists more than her brain. There are too instances of slapping all over the drama’s duration and an abundance of kidnapping that becomes senseless. Still, it is nice to see the leading couple steadfastly loving and protecting each other. In the meantime, this drama can be found in YouTube under the caption:“The girl punched in the rich man in the eye, which made him fall in love with her” (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uq8qxDG2x38) or (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uq8qxDG2x38&t=636s)

Great acting but...
Things I loved1 The kisses. Finally, real kisses that honor the series. It's great to see the leads behave like real adults who love each other.
2 The ML acting. I think he was great at embodying the heroine. Truly convincing and I'm sure it wasn't easy.
Things I liked
1 The premise and I would have put it on the "loved" list but I realized that although I love the premise I'm easily bored an distracted while watching. I'm not sure why and if there are other dramas with the same premise I would love more.
2 The best friend. I though the relationship between the FL and her best friend was great. I particularly loved the character of the best friend.
Things I disliked
1 It's sad to say but I didn't connect with the FL. I think she did a good job with her character but something was missing. Maybe it's because I came from Hi Venus where I loved her but here it seemed like she didn't enjoy her role. To be honest I felt depressed sometimes when I was watching her. I'm not sure if there was a lack of chemistry probably that played a role as well, but it's also possible that she was so good in Hi Venus because her costar shines and you can't help but love their couple. Maybe she is an actress who holds back. I don't know, but it left me wanting something more. I won't look for any dramas she plays because she made me feel sad and it's not what I look for in a comedy.
2 Although I was expecting this i's still a cliché to say that the whole plot was a novel plot. Not original and not interesting.
Things I hated
1 The whole asteroid plot. So stupid, unoriginal and contrived.
2 The way she reacted when he asked her to be his girlfriend at the last episode. So depressing and infuriating.

WHAT AN EPIC COMPETITION!!
I think out of all the seasons aired, this one was by far the best. The games were crazy genius, and so were all the contestants. My head hurt from trying to understand the games, but I was completely glued to the screen throughout. Also, the teams were very evenly matched compared to previous seasons. Up until the last moment, it was really anyone's game. But the winners truly deserved it. All these people are just mad geniuses, man. Like every single team this season was crazy smart. What a brilliant show. Personally, SKKU was my favourite. It was their first season, and they absolutely killed itWas this review helpful to you?
