They Had the Romance, the Looks, the Embroidery… But Not the Writing
I wanted to love this. Truly. I’m a sucker for a good love story, and I’ve enjoyed these actors in other projects — but unfortunately, this was a full-on cringe fest.Let’s start with my biggest ick: the time travel. It was absurd. The female lead, Park Yun-woo, doesn’t even wake up somewhere mysterious — she just turns up in a pool in the modern day. Cringe. I get that there used to be a well in that location 200 years ago (where she was thrown in), but… what if there wasn’t a pool now? Would she have just landed on concrete and died? The whole setup feels lazy and barely thought through.
And it gets worse. The second time she time-travels? She arrives in a different outfit. Why? The first time she wore the same one she was thrown in with. No explanation, no consistency — just chaos.
Yun-woo herself adjusted shockingly well for someone who jumped two centuries ahead. But naturally, she just had to befriend a cleaning robot (why do K-dramas keep doing this?). I’m not going to break down every issue I had with her behavior, but honestly, she was far more compelling in the Joseon era. Once she adapted to modern life, she became flat and boring.
The pacing was all over the place — fast at the beginning, slow in the middle, then it rushed again at the end. I don’t mind slow parts; what bothers me is when big developments get crammed in without buildup.
Now Kang Tae-ha. Here’s the thing — he did have depth. His heart condition, his trauma, his strained family dynamics — it was all there. But none of it stuck. I literally watched the finale yesterday, and the only thing I remember is his face and the way he talks. That’s the kind of boring I mean: not empty, but emotionally forgettable. A character that leaves no lasting impact.
The rest of the characters didn’t help either. The family drama, the “mystery” of who’s good or bad — it was all predictable. Which is fine in theory, but I didn’t feel anything for any of them. No attachment, no investment. That’s a problem.
What kept me watching was the romance. I can’t lie — I enjoyed their cute moments. The chemistry was there. But everything around that relationship was a mess.
That said, one thing I absolutely adored? The costumes. The embroidery, the designs, the colors — every time Yun-woo walked into a scene, I was excited to see what she was wearing. It was hands down the highlight of the show for me.

The perfect spin-off
If we never get a season 3 of Hospital Playlist, I will die happy having watched resident playbook cuz OMG what a show. I truly have to give it to the creators of both HP and RP cuz they know how to make a drama with relatable characters and relationships you can't help but fall in love with. Everything was perfect from casting to music and literally everything in between. My second favorite part of the show r the wonderfully written charactersSa-bi our smart, studious, ai-like doctor didn't steal my heart right off the bat, but with each episode I grew to love her robotic delivery and objective personality. It frustrated me at first how comically unable she was to emotionally connect to patients, however, seeing her struggle to cope with her peer doing better than her and learning to find answers outside a textbook really humanized her character. She wasn't cold and pretentious but oblivious like a robot learning to be human which was adorable to watch playout. The actor for sabi was perfect for the role and rly embodies the essence of her character.
Um Jay our idol turned doctor makes mistake after mistake and exhausts his seniors with a million questions but that's because he really loves his job. Of the four residents he is my favorite. He acts as the glue keeping their friendship together, even when he keeps getting turned down. While he isn't the brightest, he is the most dedicated, hardworking, and passionate of the four. He takes great care of his patients knowing what to say to soothe their worries and provide comfort in their hardest moments. Also I'm officially a stan of Hi-boyz cuz that song was too good.
Nam Gyeong our socialite. The trendy doctor who dresses up to work and is always going on blind dates and up to date on the latest trends and slang terms. I know I said Jae-il was my favorite, but NG holds a special place in my heart. She is the most normal of the four imo, but her flaw is being more concerned with status and looks. I found myself really relating to her tho, she always compared herself to yiyong and had one-sided beef, she tries to be nonchalant but is in fact very chalant. I can't help but love her especially when she tried to run away after being overworked but ran back just to check on a patient. Gosh I love her growth.
Oh Yi Young, our main girl and nonchalant final boss. I find it hilarious how the most reluctant to working was the best at it. Honestly kinda hated her cuz imagine someone who doesn't even like their job being the best at it(sabi i feel ur pain). But I gotta give it to her tho, she is humble, talented, and genuinely so down to earth and relatable. It's so fascinating how unbothered she is at times and blunt even with her professors, like straight up saying no to their face(boss shi). But then, when she's with her man she is so freaking cute and when she delivers her first baby and starts rly caring about her job I can't help but love her character. Watching her come to rly care for the patients and want to do her job well even if she says she hates her job, and slowly getting closer with the other first year residents despite consistently saying they r strictly coworkers, like my girl is a tsundere fr, she will do someone a favor even after saying no when they asked her.
This show was perfectly casted. I love how mostly newer or relatively unknown actors where casts as the main leads. Each actor brought something special to this drama. I definitely will be checking out the actors' future projects, especially my girl shin shi-ah cuz tell me why i didn't know she's the girl from "The Witch pt 2", had to rewatch the movie and indeed shi-ah is talented af.
Now to the supporting cast, they understood the assignment. Ku do won, Mr. fine shyt himself, is the sunbae everybody wishes they had. he protects his hoobaes and corrects them when their wrong. He is kindhearted and dedicated to his job that's why everybody loves him, and did i mention he is the cutest when he smiles omg he is literally so good looking in a subtle way. I know people were saying he isn't good looking but they must be blind cuz this mans aura alone is so attractive. I need him in more projects.
Professor Ryu is mvp fr. He gives off girl dad vibes. Him laughing at his own jokes is literally so endearing, but his best moment was when he stood up for Sabi like the girl dad he canonically is. Ugh I love his character. Now a character I don't love, in fact rly hate is Myung Eun Won. So very annoying, a snake to the core, no shame at all whatsoever, she can fall in a ditch for all i care. Professor Seo Jeong Min is a real one for never falling for her bs and being a very good mentor for yiyong. Yiyong's sister and her husband r so couple goals. Please that man loved his wife so much and honestly if my man ain't like that i don't want him. Their marriage was a breath of fresh air in this drama. The patients also ate down. Everyone rly made this show feel so complete.
Now unto my favorite part of this show...the romance. No cuz the romance was my favorite part in HP too cuz the writers do it so well. The tensions, the buildup, the confession OMG everything is so perfect. Especially that last episode GURLLL!! Cuz wdym handshake rizz(if ykyk) and a kiss scene in the snow during new years, yall had me giggling, blushing, and smiling at my screen the entire episode. Like the creators of this show know how to get the mood just right, the aesthetics, music, everything. They never miss not with a single ship. I love how they handled every relationship, didn't rush things and they all played out differently and matched the characters.
Lastly, as someone who watched and loved hospital playlist...I was SCREAMING at the cameos. Seeing our couples come back or even just talk to each other on the phone had me losing my shit. When Ahn Eun Jin(Chu Min Ha) appeared I almost cried she is so freaking petty and when she called her HUSBAND and was like "yeah we r newlyweds" I was screaming my head off cuz they were my favorite ship in HP and I love them so much. I genuinely wish everyone watches Hospital Playlist cuz it's the magic in Resident playbook x10, it is so freaking good. Anyway, Resident playbook did not disappoint as a spin off. Great watch even as a stand-alone. Recommend especially to people who watched and loved grey's anatomy(like me) and was missing the vibe of the earlier seasons.

Sunshine meets grumpy
It was a perfect series to binge on a long journey - charmingly fun, intriguing and visually appealing with strong, lovable characters, including a finicky cat sidekick.Set in 1930s Shanghai, the story focuses on an accomplished authoress's emotional journey from a comfortable life beside her husband, through betrayal, grief and some murders, to a comfortable life beside her photographer friend Weiwei …or, in other words, from a relationship with one unhinged person to another (slightly less) unhinged one;) Youyi is that ‘ray of sunshine’ person who radiates positivity and warmth. Nothing gets her down for long. I’ve always been drawn to people like that in my life, so I wasn't surprised Weiwei fell under her charm so quickly. Weiwei, in the classic opposites attract way, is mysterious, reserved, suspicious and constantly on the defensive. There's unmistakable chemistry between the pair and their acting was very natural, but the quality of writing and editing dragged everything down.
My main complaint about this series is that while the plot was engaging, it was way too shallow to stay in my memory for long. There was more focus on delivering cute and funny scenes of the girls, skimping on emotional depth. Too many important moments between them (like the big confession about Zhang Wan) happened off screen which felt disappointing. Instead, we got served long emotional scenes with Youyi's ex. I was completely uninterested in the one-man pity party that was Yifan. No idea what the writers wanted me to feel for this character besides annoyance. Story would've been much better if they cut him out. I don't want to nitpick or spoil anything, but believe me there was some truly lazy writing. How many car accidents can you cram into one story before it starts feeling like a bad parody?
All in all, it's a good pick-me-up series if too lightweight and predictable for my taste. In any case, I still have high hopes for season 2 if/when it happens, because it looks like the focus will switch to Weiwei’s dangerous past. Btw the series ends on a happy, domestic note. A new conflict gets introduced in the last few minutes as a preview of S2, but the story of S1 gets resolved with a happy ending.

Braving the cold and winning thru the calamities of life to find a HOME | TRUST above eveything else
Is it really that hard, exhausting and heartbreaking to find a home?I feel so bad for Zhuang Hanyan for having to suffer all those traumatic and inhumane experiences growing up; only to experience a more intensified and horrifying events after she went back "home" when all these times, going back means so much to her as it gives her hope to finally feel the warmth and comfort of a family she never really got to experience growing up.
This drama seriously deserved the popularity, all the praises and everything it received. I was utterly speechless on how grave the situation and all the occurences was on the 1st episode and I thought it was just an opening act of how crazy this drama is but soon it shall be lighter...but man! How wrong was I for thinking that way. They placed the intensity and chilling aura on top and never really tried to lower it down even once! Even those romantic and seemingly lighthearted scenes always ended up on a terrifying comfrontation I never really expected at all.
Consisteny on this drama is top-notch. What's more astonishing is their decision to keep the drama's vibe grim and dreadful till the very end! I say, the scriptwriters deserves a whole round of applause for this impressive masterpiece. From ZHYs remarkable first appearance infront of the Zhuang Mansion, to how she stirred some troubles to see everyone's true color and intension towards her really made me realize that she shouldn't be underistimated in any way.
I mean, she should've been buffled that the one who welcomed her was her father's consort whose kindness felt suspiciously dangerous but no she was not! Not to mention the treatment she received from her Mother and Grandmother during her first week on the household—getting refused to meet them + the blatant words her Mother threw at her were like daggers piercing-through-deeper each moment. The emotional burden and torment must have been tough but she carried on and was still able to fend for herself every now and then. Although she fails oftentimes to see through the schemes, what I like about her is that she was always ready for a counter-attack. And at the end of the day, those experiences served as a good reminder that she shouldn't be complacent and should always be alert as the danger lurks around her 24/7.
Additionally, Zhuang Hanyan never schemed to harm her family despite the countless betrayals from them—all she wanted was to give them a warning, a lesson. So It really must be painful for her to see them attack her with all their might to the expense of her life.
"Saying the softest words while doing the doing the most ruthless things." ZHY to ZSY.
The line above etched in my mind for how accurate it was. I say, a well deserved spotlight goes to Zhuang Shiyang (Hanyan's father) for how cunning, cruel, manipulative and ingeniously vile he is. Man should win the MVP & Best in Scheming Award for how seemless his plans were and how great he was in feigning ignorance and portraying this kindest-man-ever role while seemlessly manipulating eveything in the shadows. Man was a shit of a husband and would pass as the shittiest beyond salvation Father that I have ever known in my entire drama watching journey in this lifetime. A malevolent and an evil incarnate person—Purely diabolical! The type of person who doesn't deserve to be a Husband, more so a father. He deserved to be unlove and to suffrt the most painful death there is.
Chemistry between our main leads are actually good. I love how both of them sought one another not for love but for a different purpose yet still ended up together. I also like how it's the male lead who ended up helplessly in love and is always in agony for every expected yet unexpected betrayal from Hanyan. He love her already but still did all the scheming so he's expecting her to be mad but never really expect her to go as far as try killing him every single time. This man is easy but at the same time quite complicated to love. So I was really glad when they started to truly help each other at the end. Specially after Ruan Xi Wen told Hanyan that it is not love and affection that's important in a relationship but TRUST! So it feels nice and fulfilling to witness that they've finally become a couple who have developed mutual understanding and trust towards each other.
Lastly, the trademark of this drama should have been blood-stained Hanfu's. Althrough out the drama, what truly stood out to me are the Hanfu's who's stained by blood—specially Zhou Ruyin's when she was cleaning her son's (Zhuang Yu Chi) blood, Zhuang Shiyang when he stabbed Ruan Xiwen and Yuwen Chang'an and Ruan Xiwen's during their wedding banquet.
Talking about the Wedding Banquet (that turned into the Last Supper) surely is the most heartbreaking scene of this drama. The bittersweet taste still lingers in my mouth and I still can't shake off this disappointment and heavy feeling off my heart everytime I am reminded of how they ended up together but shortly aftet had to experience the most painful and traumatizing way of death (Night of their wedding day). They surely would've been a wonderful couple for sure. Too bad we were not given the liberty to witness it, and I curse Zhuang Shiyang to death for that.
"That day, the warmth I just gained in my life turned into a cold corpse once again." - Zhuang Hanyan's statement witnessing her mother dying in her own arms...
Story - 10, An emotional roller coaster than never never tried to keep the intensity and momentum down a bit the moment it started on Ep 1. The emotion on this drama may seem light but is truly heartbreaking. Every scenes are filled with words and actions meant to kill physically but oftentimes emotionally.
Acting/Cast - 10, I am really happy with the cast, specially Chen Duling! Been seeing her to a lot of dramas I watched all throughout the years and been always wonderding why she's not really that famous yet given how beautiful and good she is in acting. So watching her attain that in this project made me feel happy for her. + I know Xin Yunlai by face but doesn't really know him that much but I am glad for him too. While I have this mixed feeling seeing He Hongshan here. I am quite irritated on her acting ever since I watched her on The Legend of Phoenix. Lol - P.S. Yu Entai and Wen Zhengrong deserved to bag all the acting awards they'll be nominated for portraying their roles in this drama.
Music - 10, Emotionally touching and pensive songs that can make anyone feel lost and melancholic. I was truly moved and touched. Great set of music for sure.
Rewatch Value - 10, This is not even a question at this point. I am not the type of person who likes riding the wave of popularity of dramas but this one genuinely deserves it.
Overall - 10, Everything about this drama is perfect for me. Specially since I am one "Emo" guy. Lol I appreaciate everything on this drama—from the very first episode till the last. I love all the things (Heartbreak, joy, excitement and thrill) it gave me and would surely love to experience it again. Highly recommend!!

Worth at least a one-time watch, well put-together.
Green flag lovers and fluff lovers will rejoyce on this one.I am only green-flag tolerant at best, and too much cotton candy makes me sick. There has to be something more to a drama than just oxytocin fluff or I don't vibe with it.
Well this drama has more to it. Yes, there is copious amounts of fluff, but beneath that there is some substance. The acting was really above-average, and these two actors are both capable of delivering really great scenes with a wide range of emotions. And that was fun to watch.
The OST/BGM were sort of all over the place, and yet it had it's genius moments and vibed pretty well with the drama most of the time. The styling was not the best but not the worst. The interiors/exteriors used for the scenes are really cozy and style-forward.
The script is the downfall, and sure it's extremely trope-y, but I don't mind that. I don't down-rate for just that alone. What I thought was really the downfall of the script, is that it hits moments where it's so subtle and so elevated, the psychology is on-point, and then it just loses its momentum. There are many almost-breakout moments in this story.... with more care given to this script, these actors could have pulled out A performances, and the bones of the script would have had real meat on them.
Also, the actors had good friends-chemistry, a very comfortable vibe about them... but not a lot of sizzle. The kiss scenes were well done though, so that kind of compensated.
As it is, it's a mixed bag of goods and bads. But just on the meta-level, this is a step up from most short length dramas. Definitely check this out just for the acting alone. Both the ML and the FL just need the barest of polishing and someone to give them a good breakout role, and they'd be able to pull of high-caliber roles in A-list dramas.

Going Nowhere Together: Something's Not Right indeed!
As someone who has watched many K-BL dramas, I found this series to be particularly frustrating. The central friendship between Do Ba U and Ji Hun, which is supposedly rooted in childhood, lacks the authenticity and depth one would expect from such a long-standing bond. But somehow they made it seem as though they’ve only just met, making it difficult to understand how their friendship has endured over the years. The contrast in their personalities, one slightly mature, the other more childish, had the potential to create an engaging dynamic, but it was poorly developed and ultimately became tiresome.Jung Ha Min, a character who could have brought depth or tension to the narrative, was reduced to a familiar cliché. His actions often came across as intrusive rather than helpful, particularly in his attempts to support Do Ba U. His presence added little to the story, and his character could have been utilized in a far more meaningful way, but we got the cliché. The central misunderstanding that drives much of the conflict felt contrived and unnecessary. For characters who are portrayed as childhood friends, the lack of open communication was both unrealistic and frustrating. While fear and hesitation are understandable, the prolonged miscommunication undermined the emotional impact the story seemed to aim for.
Finally, the romantic confession, a pivotal moment, was disappointingly random and poorly timed. There were several earlier opportunities for a heartfelt revelation that were simply ignored, which made the eventual confession feel forced and disconnected from the narrative’s progression.
In summary, this drama had a promising premise but faltered due to weak character development, overused tropes, and missed emotional beats

Swoony, emotional, non-toxic, green flag ML, and one of the best vertical dramas
Vertical dramas are never really meant to be taken too seriously. That's the only way this increasingly popular format gets away with some of craziest, dumbest, and most toxic, nonsensical romance/revenge/sacrificial/misunderstanding plots you'll ever encounter -- recycled, over and over and over -- and still hook viewers.I've watched a few dozen verticals at this point, and part of what makes Xin Dong Huan Qing Gao Su Wo stand out in an ocean of toxic verticals are the two leads, whose chemistry really make this "love after marriage" trope plot work. Lin Qian has lived her entire life as her family's punching bag and pawn. She obediently and demurely played the filial daughter, then becomes the docile and deferential wife to Fu Yuchuan, to whom she's been married for two years (not four as another reviewer stated). She tried to nurture a relationship with her husband, but this was a marriage arranged by Fu Yuchuan's evil stepmother, who already tried to kill him once years earlier. Because of this suspicious arrangement, Fu Yuchuan has always kept his distance and put his guard up against Lin Qian, while his brother and secretary kept an eye on her movements and investigated whether she was acting as a spy for his stepmother. They urge him to divorce once he secures his position as head of the company. Despite his wariness, Fu Yuchuan has always respected the institution of marriage and takes his vows seriously; divorce was never a consideration. The married couple has spent the last two years being polite and distant roommates; he is away on business trips for months at a time, turning the family business into a successful company while she waits dutifully at home for him.
All this changes when she receives a shocking diagnosis: she has advanced-stage cancer with only about half a year to live. With nothing left to lose, she decides to live freely as she's always wanted and wastes no time ticking off the items on her bucket list of 100 things she wants to do before she dies; she is defiant and brutally honest against her malicious in laws; she no longer puts up with her useless and spoiled brother; she stands up to her abusive parents; and she stops playing the compliant wife and plans to divorce. This sudden change in personality draws the attention of her husband who is both confused but intrigued. He can't help but be drawn to Lin Qian's new-found strength and suffer-no-fools forthright manner, and begins to care for his wife. Lin Qian is not immune to his change in behaviour either. Without realizing it, they fall in love -- two isolated islands connect and form a place called "home" -- as the epilogue describes, navigating the obstacles of an abusive family, delusional rivals, and ultimately, a disease that will invariably bring heartbreak.
Spoiler: It's a happy ending. But for a vertical, they do a pretty good job building the suspense of how this love story will end, and for the most part, viewers are generally not left too frustrated or feeling like they are being unnecessarily strung along for kicks.
This vertical also sets itself apart because it keeps viewer hooked not because it has an abundance of steamy scenes to fog up your screen, or a toxic, abusive alpha male who force kisses the female lead into submission at every turn (or worse) and somehow still gets the girl at the end. And while it has its share of popular tropes, it shockingly does not include some of the most recycled vertical plot devices: the one-night-stands, the aphrodisiac drug that someone slipped into one of the lead's drink, and virgin sacrifices to pay a dying parent's exorbitant hospital bills. The male lead is about as green of a flag as one can hope for. He is respectful of the female lead and *actually asks permission* to sleep with her. This is pretty much unheard of in verticals, where even rape doesn't stop the abusive, selfish, loser from ultimately getting the girl in the most toxic of storyline examples. To be clear, this is not weakness, but strength -- only weak men use physical strength to get what they want. And despite this wholesome, non-toxic approach, the romance is still swoony and the sexual tension is still there. Fu Yuchuan lets Lin Qian go when he knows its what she wants, while still fighting for her in his own private way. Again, this is not weakness, but strength.
I give this a solid 7.5, which for my personal ratings scale, is by far the highest I've ever rated a vertical, and on the higher end of my ratings for short-length dramas in general. (I put a 1 for music only because you can't submit otherwise, but I don't actually have a rating for the music since I watched this on YouTube, where the background music and ambient sounds are removed in the vast majority of these short-length and vertical compilations.)

it's an ad
it is i, the niel.it's an ad. bad music. couldn't even find the second episode, so i might've been missing out on a lot of the plot that was shoved into that 1 minute. i'm just going to assume, like the 6 other episodes, that i missed nothing because the entire thing was literally just an ad and had no plot, lol.
toodles!

I liked secondary couple more than main couple
I am a fan of Huang Bo. I watched this drama on 16 February 2025 but forgot to write a review until today when I am doing homework on his dramas. What I liked:
1. ML characterisation - He was determined to make his marriage work after he had time for his personal life. He respected his wife. Huang Bo looked dashing in a SWAT uniform.
2. Supporting characters - I really like FL's best friend as she was spunky. I was intrigued by ML's brother from very first moment he appeared. It's good to see that he had his own arc. FL's senior doctor colleague was memorable & a good rival to ML.
3. Romance - Sweet romance once the awkwardness was gone. A lot of caress and hand holding. It's also cool that there is secondary romance story in this drama. They were so adorable.
What I disliked:
1. ML's action - I wasn't fond of ML for leaving his bride for work immediately after wedding & no communication until 3 years had passed. He never apologised for this action.
2. FL characterisation - I found her too timid for my liking. Her character wasn't memorable. I only remember she attended to husband's wound in the middle of hospital hallway.
3. Antagonist - FL's rival was annoying and unbelievable. How could she become a medical intern / officer with that reckless behaviour? There was also another woman who thought she should be ML's wife.
Favourite scene
When FL's bestie met ML's brother

A Promising Romance Held Back by Its Short Runtime
Ore-sama Yakuza to Hetare Shachiku: Kuni wo Koeta Jingi Naki Dekiai is a charming series, but it definitely feels like it needs more time to fully develop. The cast does a great job with what they're given, but the short episode lengths leave many questions unanswered and key moments underexplored. While the chemistry between the characters is evident, the brevity of the episodes prevents it from truly shining. A re-adaptation of the show would be a great solution and keeping the same talented cast. . With the episode count remaining at 10 but extending the runtime to at least 30-45 minutes per episode. That would allow for a deeper exploration of the story and relationships, making it a more rewarding and fulfilling experience. Was this review helpful to you?

Strange but good.
The chemistry was good. I liked seeing a new boy love couple. A few things I didn't like was the how the story was hard to follow at times. It seems to jump around a bit. It showed the darker side of the entertainment industry and how easy it is to ruin ones career. I liked the actors better than the story line. To me it boarded on is this hate or love. At times it seemed aggressive. I didn't cry during this series. I think that was because i didn't know how the two leads actually felt about each other. I hope if they make a season two they show off more of their personal relationship out side of the acting stuff. I really look forward to watching these two actors create a career for themselves and I hope to see them together again. The reason why I gave this series a 10 is because its one of the most interesting series I've seen this year. Was this review helpful to you?

ehh?!?!?!!!
it is i, the niel.the music was fantastic. it was so weird and didn't really fit in any scene. i don't care what anyone says, it was perfect. the story? nonexistent. the characters? barely any dialogue. there was no build-up to anything, but an attempt was made. this sort of storyline would've clearly worked better if it wasn't in a miniseries that literally had 30 minutes of total runtime.
in most stories, you get exposition, rising action, climax, falling action, and then a resolution or conclusion. this show practically had none of that. somehow, still more compelling than 2gether (see my review). there's nothing i can even say about this show because there's not really a story, but it's a perfect late-night watch when you're borderline delirious and can consume any media. will be rewatching this again.
i don't know. 10/10. deserves a 1, but it's perfect.
chef's kiss!
best,

Really jarring, not for the faint of heart
I will come back and do a more thorough review at a later date. This show is so disturbing.. It really unsettled me. Every time someone did something horrible I kept asking myself "how does a person willingly play a role like this?" That in and of itself was incredible.
This show explores these deeply troubled characters and their paths. It also talks about the effects of trauma. To me, I felt that it was very eye-opening how they were able to discuss these really complicated topics in such a way that the characters don't really understand it to that level, but the show itself reflects that reality.
The relationship between our leads is really messy, but as I watched I couldn't help but get attached.
This is not a feel good watch at all.
For me personally, I felt that one of the underlying ideas of the show was something like... knowing that you can't live the polished life that society advertises. In times of deep distress where you can't be normal, maybe a different (hopefully temporary) normal is okay.
Sorry for all the disjointed thoughts, but essentially that's the show. If you think you can stomach the dark themes, I really recommend this show.

absolutely breathtaking
this show was absolutely brilliant ,every scene was breath taking. From the production to the ost everything was absolutely perfect.LJW’s and JBA’s acting was absolutely craxy the emotions that they were able to portray to make the audience feel it aswell was crazy.KJW was absolutely great HES just perfect for the villain role.I don’t know about anyone else but I loved the romance that they put in this show, the main couple’s chemistry is extraordinary. And I have to say it again that OST was way too good it gave me goosebumps,my first rule is that isf a show has a good ost it’s already top notch.Overwll I would definitely give this a 10/10 everything was too good, the amount is times I cried was crazy.I was a bit disappointed to see the low rating this deserves an 8.5 minimum…but yhWas this review helpful to you?

Pourquoi ma note me direz-vous?
