Your friend knows what's up because I watched 1 hour of that snoozefest before finally dropping it. I'm still mad I watched so much. Not to get too off-topic, but bro, it was both misogynistic and also kinda racist aside from being boring asf 😭 The two MLs are just misogynistic pricks that have NO redeeming qualities, and I just wanted them to fail so bad. And don't even get me started on the awful stereotypical portrayal of Latinos in this drama because that was a level of cringe I didn't think I'd be seeing in the Lords year of 2025 from NETFLIX at that.
All it has going for it is the visuals, tbh. I'd say I'm surprised it's rated so highly, but most titles that are rated very high are usually grossly overrated and are barely an 8 for me, so... It makes sense 😭
