I'm in the minority again for not feeling really sorry for the bodyguard 😅
I mean I pity him for falling inlove with the wrong girl BUT you should NEVER fall inlove with your best friend's woman. It would have been fine if he and the FL has a history first, but no. He knew from the very beginning that the ML likes the FL . The moment he learned that she's actually a girl, he'd been observing her and he let's himself got too close and fall inlove with the FL. It's like betraying his master/friend who's been so good to him. I'm glad he didn't really act on it.

It got boring for me when she returned to the capital city so I just skimmed through 101-132 episodes as I really don't care about that anymore and just went through the ending.

8/10 because of the leads performance. otherwise I would give the story 6/10.

Good : fast-paced drama, leads are adorable, funny

Bad : a lot of many petty/ unnecessary misunderstandings. Even when they survived life and death, they're still not honest to each other.

Oh upon checking their profiles, the main leads has new modern drama together.

I'm currently watching this for the visuals and humor. I like the actress and the ML acting's good too. However, I will stop when shit starts (based on comments) as not to ruin my mood 😅

I rarely ship FL with the 2ML, and when I do, it means the ML is really terrible and this is it.
ML barely acknowledged the FL and can't even look at her for the 2/3 (2hours of 3.2 hours) of the drama, then suddenly he became jealous and possesive. I don't get why the FL easily forgave him. He's really so rude to her even if she didn't do anything wrong. Altough they had a forced marriage, he could have atleast acknowledge her as a person, but no. He hated her immediately for no reason at all and throw her to another courtyard (sort of cold old mansion).

So why writers! LOL We could have had the best couple of a foodie 2ML + a chef FL!
I'm so loving him. He's the best I've ever watched. A low-key prince, funny, understanding and can fight who always comes to the rescue when the FL needed it the most. The ML, what did he even actually do?? Usually in dramas, the 2ML is the possesive ones and always jealous, the 2ML here may have a bit competive to the ML but only in a few scenes and didn't make a fuss after that. He even helped the ML and FL.

Agree. The story is consistent and really focused on the main plot. But the execution was really boring. I usually finish mini dramas in one sitting. This took me days.

It's the usual grab for power plot. While it stays true and consistent to the story, the execution was boring to me. It was funny and enjoyable on the first part then became bland. As bland as how the ML portrays his character. His brother and side characters were so much better in acting than him.
The FL is fine but I cannot feel their chemistry as she seems the only one showing feelings on their supposed sweet moments.
While other dramas use excessive makeup to the ML's, this is the complete opposite. I thought at first it was to show that the ML was really sick, but even when he got better, the makeup didn't change. I was really distracted with his dry/cracked lips 😅

9/10 ⭐ definitely worth to watch/rewatch.
Story and pacing is well-done and ending was good.
Besides, there's no annoying 2ML/2FL. The only character that I didn't like was the 4th prince. He's stupid yet so narcissistic he thinks the world revolves around him. He's supposed to be funny but in real life, I really hate this kind of person.

So if you aren't confident enough with how you look, you create an alternate ego and appearance that's hotter than you actually are and make the girl fall in love. LOL

this is going to be my first 2ML syndrome 😅 He's more of an ML material. Just need to improve his acting.

I came here after watching "The Only Girl You Haven't Seen"
But I'm already bored after watching more than 40mins.
No exciting, funny or romantic scenes that would keep me engage or enjoy it.

Another good watch for a mini series. The actors are good, even the side characters. No cringy FL (which is usually my pet peeve lol)
The ending is a cliffhanger because this series has a season 2 which I already watched too.
I enjoyed this better than the season 2, where it got more serious.

I came here for Yang Ze but I ended preferring his other drama than this.
For some reasons, I cannot really relate to the FL as well as their 2 lifetime stories when I already know it's just for tribulation. Like, no matter how tragic the ending of each story, they will just be back in the heavenly realm after that.
Anyway, Yang Ze's acting never disappoints. The kissing scenes which he's actually good at, didn't do justice because FL's part is lacking.
