Sageuk Lover

i will be surprised if netflix takes this show, they normally don't get sageuks if it doens't appeal to modern kdrama fans or if it doesn't have someone who is a big name

this sageuk is more like the old style sageuks where there are more political scenes than romance and other aspects. if you like this one i do recommend the king of tears lee bang won.

I miss her so much too, hope she's given a very good quality project very soon.

I've waited for a year for Moon Chae Won to attend award shows and get an award. I do respect the dead and respect the decision (I even thought even if the Payback cast attended that she might not choose not to attend since she might not be in the mood to celebrate) , but it's honestly so disappointing. I hope her absence doesn't mean she will not get any award, I hope that she can still get whatever award they would have give her if she would have attended.

There's more than 8 Korean celebrities that have committed suicide since I first became a Kdrama fan. I believe most celebs have at least been acquainted with at least 2 people who have committed suicide.

It's so unbelieavable. I mean just last year, he and my fave Moon Chae Won were announcing the winners at SBS Drama awards, thinking that this year they'll be the ones to win the same awards. Never expected that he had less than a year to live.

Rest in peace, so sad

please stay strong

rest in peace

I don't remember much crossdressing here.

it's a quote from this drama.

That is what happened in real life though, the characters here are mostly real people except for male lead and female lead whose existence are both debatable. Here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ue_lxcEWioU ) was a documentary released when this drama was airing, they were talking about the possibility of the male and female lead whether they were real people or not. The female lead's scheming father and male lead's family are all real people.

I thought his acting in his last appearance in My Demon Episode 10 was really amazing.

Oh really?

Payback => waited 3 years for Moon Chae Won comeback and she wasn't given enough to do.

The leads' 10+ year age gap is giving My Dearest vibes.

Shin Se Kyung is good in historical dramas people should give her a chance.

I'm not familiar with Goryeo history, can you explain the role of Choi Soo Jong and how will he be relevant in the story? Thanks :)

This is Park Eun Bin's drama and I can't imagine another actress playing this character. If we're giving idols a chance at acting, we should let actresses give their chance at singing too especially if they sing good enough for their roles.

Lee Re is amazing, as much as I love Park Eun Bin, I have to admit Lee Re's song is what I remembered the most in the drama.
