Not liking him for a thing he had no control over when he was a child isn't cool.
Disliking him for being a clingy/obsessed/delusional/cowardly a-hole. Perfectly okay.
They need to sort this schizo/DID plot point sooner rather than later. It's making an already complicated narrative more complicated narrative than it needs to be.
Why do ya'll keep saying this? My Boyfriend is Cupid is a rom-com with a SERIAL MURDER subplot but managed to…
Opinions can be wrong. It doesn't mean you can't state them - I don't need to agree with them tho. Clearly people don't agree with me. What has that changed? lol.
You are really active in the comment section. You must be really passionate about this drama!!!People get so thrown…
Naw. I got time today it's Friday. And it's one of the two ongoing dramas I'm watching.
And nothing is being executed well. People always say that when the tropes appear. heard it in Perfect Crown too. Oh it's soooo different. No it's not. It's the same thing.
Some of ya'll have no idea what a rom-com is. lol. Rom-com doesn't mean no angst or problems. There are genre specific obstacles that are common with romcoms - you don't need to add in unnecessary melodrama to have problems. Come on people.
While most of y'all are enjoying it, some of you seem to have expected all sunshine-rainbow and cotton candies…
Why do ya'll keep saying this? My Boyfriend is Cupid is a rom-com with a SERIAL MURDER subplot but managed to keep the comedy throughout. Stop making excuses for piss poor writing and pacing. Sometimes things aren't done well and that's okay.
And people - cause I keep seeing this - she's not dreaming - she was in Joeson , she was also in the hospital. The two souls are competing if you will. Hence the memories and whatnot.
Dansim is in both places (the brief coma unconsciousness/death sent her soul back - comet had something to do with it too tho they aren't being consistent with that theme) - they likely resuscitated her and she's back as Dansim - but that also bought Seori "back" as well.
So in short - Dansim's soul returned to Joeson when Seori "died" in present day. It should have stayed there - she (Seori) was resuscitated bringing Damsim back to present day. Though I don't think that was supposed to happen. Her strong attachment to Segye is what brought her back (my guess is that's what they are going with b/c there isn't a logically reason for her soul to return) - But her "death" allowed Seori's soul to return - hence all the mixups of memories, scars etc. Dansim is still the dominant soul for now.
I'm *assuming* Dansim's soul goes back for good at some point. That's what they are hinting at anyway and we will be left with OG Seori. My guess is missing Dansim memories at first - which she will ultimately regain to get the happy ending of the MLs.
I predicted everything with the coma, the nurse, and the friend. crazy lol. the previews are deceiving so I am…
I never said it would be a sad ending. I fully expect the ending to be a happy one - the comment is more how "happy" the next two episodes will be depending on how they handle the reincarnation trope.
I want revenge plot more why they are only getting stabbed 😭😭😭 Istg if shin seori didn't slapped that…
I thought we were gonna get rom-com with some sweet revenge. An OG time traveling badass who ruled the harem with an iron fist and OG half-breed chaebol who had scores to settle come out and kick everyone's ass - but nope. lol. Melodrama. Tears. Bullsh*t. Sigh.
Which is why I stopped watching because I saw that writing on the wall. I'll wait 'till it's finished to see if…
There is nothing "deep" about my comment. Tonal consistency with what I'm watching is not "deep" - basic expectation when you tune into something. No one is "burning' themselves out. As I've already stated I don't like the shift and will wait 'till the rest of the episodes play out to decide if it's worth finishing. So far, not looking good. If you like any old thing that's fine, but it's not "deep" if others don't and pointing that out is not being "defensive".

1. Possible amnesia plot
2. Possible Child Segye save Child Seori
3. Possible Mundo redemption arc (a stretch but very possible)
Place your bets!
Man - I'm gonna watch K-Drama this year that sticks the landing. Unfortunately doesn't look like it's gonna be this one. Sigh.
