I can’t tell if you’re being sarcastic or if you’re taking jabs at me for no good reason 😅So I’ll assume you’re a nicer person than that. I have looked, but there is also a possibility that I am not looking in the right places. I only got heavily into Asian shows a year ago. Started with Korea on Viki, then fell into historical China on Viki, IQIYI and WeTV. I’ve been interested in stepping into Japanese TV shows, but maybe I am not sure where to find them. I tried googling historical Jdramas and couldn’t find a whole lot. If you have any tips or recommendations of ones to start, I would welcome them 😊

Do you remember if haters tanked the ratings of Glory and TPoB at the time they were airing? I am a recent MDL member and I wasn’t around here when they aired. TPoB is my favorite show.

So a few people have been complaining about the FL stepping up and acting like she’s a leader of the family even though she hasn’t known any of them long. I am assuming that IS her role as she’s technically the widow of the eldest brother and their mother has died?

Is this why there aren’t many translated TV shows depicting historical Japanese culture? My partner and I have been wondering why we can’t seem to find any TV shows about the samurai culture.
