LOL. I think they’re all very pretty people. I guess we all have our preferences and things that we tend to place more of an emphasis on. Mine has always been the romance. If the leads have chemistry and a lot of screen time, and not a lot of dumb drama / non communication / love triangles, and if it has a happy ending, then I tend to overlook other aspects of the show that could have been better. Like I wish TPoB had more fight scenes, and it did end kinda quickly, but it didn’t bother me because the romance was stellar. Was there some glaring plot holes in WDBtD? Yeah for sure, but I didn’t care because I loved the romance so much 🥰 Other people may emphasize the graphics, or the plot, or the quality of the fight scenes etc. Me? just give me a solid romance with a happy ending and a plot that has some intensity and I’m a happy clam. 🥳

Interesting. I agree that LOFG didn’t need those extra episodes - I wish WDBtD had more episodes for the mortal realm and modern realm 🤷🏼‍♀️

It’s interesting that from my side it seems like FH and LITC are awesome dramas and super popular with the audiences. I wonder what the Chinese audience considers a “good drama”, and yet at the same time I am thoroughly enjoying them myself.

I think both couples have great chemistry. Disagree about Arthur - I thought he was amazing in his role. Glad to hear that the leads are always together in FH 😊 ❤️

My personal favorite as of this moment is Cheng Lei from Shadow Love 🌶️ 🔥 Granted, I may be cheating just a little bit because it’s not necessarily xianxia per say, but… I mean come ooonnn 🤌🏻 HMH might top that for me though 🤭🤭

Nope. A bit of progress towards that was made in episode 13 I think, but in terms of him finding out who she actually is or what her agenda is, I don’t think that happens for quite a while :/

Is there a way to have IQIYI NOT include subtitles for the ost? It’s especially annoying with this show bc the song subtitles cut into half of my tv screen when characters are talking 😒

I am almost 25% into FH and it’s GREAT. From what I am seeing from others, people generally seem pretty obsessed with it and it’s getting heavy praise. There was someone in that forum whose favorite show of all time was TPoB and 2nd was WDBTD - and they said that Fated Hearts was a contender to those shows. I can see it.

That tends to happen with me, too. I pick up a lot more the second time around when I already know who the characters are and don’t have to concentrate as much on remembering names and relationships. This show was absolutely golden.
