I'm speaking up cause i think I'm the only one - I am completely a SuHo fan- and I didn't expect that considering…
You're definitely not the only one, but I totally agree. I normally am not here for cold leads, but I lead that we're immediately dealing with the trauma(s) he's suffering from. Plus, like you said, it is cute that he is softer with Jugyeong - specially the "real" her.
i started this drama by moon kayoung, but now im in it for soojin too lmaocould someone who read the webtoon tell…
She is an antagonist in the webtoon, but they've already changed so much about her character that I doubt it'll be the same. They both will have feelings for Suho according to the relationship chart, but the actress (Park Yoona) said Sujin is a well-meaning person.
Is Soo Jin in the drama version not like the same in the webtoon version right? From what i remembered (still…
Correct. Sujin in the webtoon fakes being Jugyeong's friend but tries to sabotage her potential relationship with Suho, and she's known around school for being "easy" because of how she dresses or whatever. They probably got rid of the latter aspect because it was problematic, but it seems she'll still have a crush on Suho. Hopefully she won't become manipulative!
In the preview for episode 3 the FL says I love you... Has she fallen already for Suho? Does she fall for him…
I'm almost positive it's misdirection. She's probably saying it in another context, kind of like how the older trailers made it look like Suho said "That's disgusting" to her, but he really said it to the comic shop owner. As for when she falls for Suho in the webtoon, she even has a boyfriend first before she realizes she likes Suho, so it'll probably be a few more episodes!
I am waiting for suho to show some expression on his face lol I am fed up of seeing his straight face... don't…
He was furious with his father, scared with Jugyeong on the roof, soft at the comic shop, melancholic when looking at Seojun in class... Where are you getting straight face or not feeling anything? It's fine if you prefer the SL, and I'm glad you're happy with Gayoung, but Eunwoo is showing plenty of emotions.
Can anyone spoil me with the Webtoon? I’ve stopped after a bit when the 2nd male lead hooked up with the1st…
It's still ongoing, but in the latest chapters, Jugyeong and Seojun break up because he's debuting as an idol. Then Jugyeong gets jealous thinking Suho moved on from her while he was in Japan, and he confesses he still has feelings for her while she's drunk because he thinks she won't remeber.
Have you read the webtoon? I'm guessing the drama is following the webtoon plot where suho is his typical cold…
I'm pretty sure he figured it out after that scene. Maybe the note was accidentally left with him after all, or he sat down to think about it, or she did something very Jugyeong-esque etc. The other option is that he was purposely cold to her because not doing so would raise suspicions - until it was a dire necessity. Either way, I have no doubt episode 3 will back up a bit to show up when and how he figured it out.
For those who read the webtoon, can someone spoil me if Suho already know Ju Kyung's identity in the earlier chaps?
If I'm not mistaken, he figures it out after he sees the same keychain on her backpack both at school and at the comic shop. So while the exact events of ep 2 didn't happen, the final scene is around the right "pace" for him to figure it out. The show just added the rooftop scene as a way to further explain exactly why no-makeup Jugyeong is different to him than "other people."
Episode 2 was better than Episode 1! I think Eunwoo and Gayoung have the cutest chemistry at the comic book shop, especially the ramen scene. The ending was epic, too! Inyeop had a strong first appearance, and I can't wait to see Suho and Seojun's backstory unfold. Finally, I'm SO happy with how Sujin is being written so far. Park Yoona shines, and I'm living for Jugyeong's friendships with her and Sua. Here's hoping the show follows through on revealing the "more than skin deep" aspect which the webtoon kept forgetting about.
True Beauty is off to a great start! No spoilers, but I think the first episode proved to me that Gayoung and Eunwoo are perfect for their roles. Gayoung is a MASTER of acting and really brought out Jugyeong's pathos, and Eunwoo improved so much and matches so well with Suho. 2 of the OSTs are already stuck in my head and I need them now!
Is eunwoo really a bad actor...I have seen him only in gangnam I'd and I loved that drama (mainly because of plot)and…
I don’t think he’s bad at all. Inexperienced compared to those who act exclusively or have been acting for 5+ years, yes, but he has potential and improves every drama. I think criticism are exaggerated specifically because he became so popular so quickly.

Suho and Jugyeong are the only ones with a double line, while Seojun likes Jugyeong and Sujin likes Suho. No guarantees, but I expect the drama will keep to the first half of the webtoon where they're in high school.
