I have never in my LIFE seen Viki upload a fully subbed episode so fast! Everyone who is interested in watching the first 2 episodes today can definitely do so ASAP. Viki dropped episode 1 as soon as it finished airing, so I am sure they will do the same with episode 2 in half an hour.
Hyunwoo hasn’t been a male lead since 2016 🤷♀️and if you don’t like eunwoo being the lead over hyunwoo…
Your implication was that Eunwoo could only be the lead over Hyunwoo if "they cast based on appearances" or because Hyunwoo's role requires "a stronger actor than the role of the male lead." I'm saying there are other considerations. Eunwoo has much more going for him than appearance, such as his marketability, and Hyunwoo will do just fine as second male lead.

As far as I know, that cdrama has not come out yet. It filmed several years ago, and currently there is a ban on korean actors appearing in chinese projects, so we will still be waiting awhile. I obviously was referring to Liar and his Lover when I said 2016, so forgive me for getting the year wrong by 1 lmao.
ETA: My point is that CEW has filmed several projects in which he was the male lead since the last time LHW appeared onscreen as the male lead. Currently, they are both male leads (and Bogum is indeed an important and interesting part of the story), but it's perfectly reasonable for Eunwoo to have higher billing given his current fame and popularity - and the fact that he's recently proven himself in the eyes of Korean industry leaders.

It’s honestly very frustrating that it is constantly suggested that we “cew fangirls” only like him because he “pleases our eyes.” I would rather you simply think I have bad taste, because I do think he is a good actor who has done what his roles required of him, and my eyes being pleased has never before affected my perception of talent.

He wasn't the male lead in Money Heist Korea, though, so he hasn't been male lead since 2016. He's as much a lead here as he was there. Anyway, the director cast them thinking they were best for their roles, and hopefully you will enjoy regardless.
are y'all not going to watch it while airing bc of one ep per week or bc of the possibility of no ep for a week…
I think it's mainly cuz of the one episode a week thing, but I for one will definitely be watching as it airs. As an avid TV watcher in general, I have no problem with a weekly airing schedule lol.
AGDTBAD BTS is a whole new level of cuteness, they're so adorable 🥹🫠https://twitter.com/christyroha/status/1705131765936042150?t=owWA5dhWxy1F7laNuKqPSw&s=19https://twitter.com/christyroha/status/1705124304445403580?t=TtVR8pBbPA0A6QjLNBPLRA&s=19https://twitter.com/christyroha/status/1705136395856277733?t=ielstA9ER8MKBO15A-xIRA&s=19
They're so cute together! I'm happy to see that the cast seem really comfortable with each other, and I can't wait to see behind-the-scenes clips as the episodes progress.
if they don't hate on him and just critize his acting, I don't see the problem, but yes, they are free to either…
It genuinely feels rude to say that his fandom comes from his looks, I don't know. And yes, every fandom has toxic elements, but don't you think the constant battering he gets (which I would also argue comes from his looks) is toxic too? Especially when fans aren't allowed to say anything nice without being brushed off as "oppa won't notice you."
I am reading the webtoon and was surprised to see the tiger on the poster. That isn't revealed until ep 34. I…
I was thinking the same! My guess is that they will reveal him as a mountain god working behind the scenes by the end of the second episode, so that he seems like the ~villain until the reason WHY he is being a hater is revealed near the end.
I don't get how Eun woo has soo many fans, when he can't act very well (in Island he was good), honestly, it's…
I've liked both his "coldhearted" performances as well as his warmer ones, and there are plenty of pretty faces that don't move me nearly as much, so I don't know what to tell you. Perhaps different people just have different tastes.
