From dramabeans recap for ep 11:
"The goddess can’t save her life – she’s destined to die – but she can erase Myeol-mang and Dong-kyung’s roles in each other’s fates. Dong-kyung and Myeol-mang will forget each other, and their contract will be void. She’ll no longer have to choose between the world and the person she loves."

But how does the date disappear from the calendar? I've already started enjoying this drama like it's the Penthouse of fantasy romances, but I find it hard to believe the writer intended for that to happen lol

If the point of the reset was to make it so that she and doom never met, how does the contract exist to begin with? Unless the contract did stay in place, then what was the point of the reset and the amnesia?
This was such a filler episode. Like nothing happened at all. Writer used the cliche trope of "forgetting each…
Did it move forward, though? Or did the episode count just go up? I don't think I've noticed progress in about 6 episodes now, the only difference is that now she should feel pain because no contract, but does she look like she has terminal cancer yet?
Mine got a workout today. Vacuous script plus nonsense when they actually open their mouths, I just stopped to look at the pretty people making pained faces. Seo In Guk is totally wasted on this drivel, but he's nice to look at when he's suffering. Ottoke?
Okay mini rant time: (╯‵□′)╯︵┻━┻WHAT the flying fudge was this episode and next preview?? CLICHÉ…
I had a great laugh at the scene last week where they were all speaking Korean at the dinner table and the aunt seemingly didn't understand a word of English, clue him into anything that was being said, etc. I couldn't tell if she was apathetic towards him, if he secretly understood everything and was just pretending not to, or, likelier, it's just another example of the craptastic script they've been given. I have to say, I'm enjoying the unintentional hilarity, even if the drama seems to be oblivious to it.
THANK YOU!!! I was wondering what it was. I wonder if the composer is the same for both dramas or at least they…
No idea, but it definitely reinforces the point another reviewer made, where this show missed the chance to embrace its own trashiness :D fwiw, I thought it was the same song for the first few episodes it played xD
