Am I the only one who loves Bai Jue more than Qingmu?
I also love Bai Jue more than Qing Mu even though I see Qing Mu and Bai Jue is the same person.
With that said I can see Bai Jue able to express the sweet love the way Qing Mu can because Bai Jue have shown me that he could. His sacrificial love and him enduring his pain silently just makes me love him so much more. I can never understand people for losing respect for him or hating him. For me, Bai Jue will always have my respect and Love!
Someone please tell me if I did well replying back to this person by stating that he was wrong and defending this…
Sure, I'll be your friend, I saw your FR but when I clicked into it's gone, so have sent you one instead.
And I am shocked to know there are people agreeing to that comment, seeing it makes no sense to me in terms of what that hater said about Bai Jue, doesn't seem like that hater understand Bai Jue at all. Well good luck with your reply. I've seen a few Bai Jue haters in here...which is πππ to me. I can never understand people for hating Bai Jue or not understand his side of the perspectives. That's all I'll say. In the end, just don't let those haters get you in a bad mood ^^
Badly waiting for the subtitles. I really want to watch Baijue and Yuanqi 's conversation........
Oh you will cry, that whole scene is so touching and sad at the same time, because it was considered Bai Jue's last moments with Yuan Qi before he proceeds with his plan.. ππππ What I saw in that whole scene was Bai Jue is such a loving father, and Xu Kai played and express his emotions so well in those scenes πππ if you understand the dialogue, is even more emotional
Someone please tell me if I did well replying back to this person by stating that he was wrong and defending this…
Lol i love how you said "dude" ππ When I see comments like that it makes me wonder if we are watching different dramas because even if it was clearly explained, Bai Jue did all this, ENDURED ALL THIS PAIN SILENTLY, people still dont see that he's suffering so it's not only Shang Gu/Hou Chi who is hurting!!!!
And honestly times like this I just want to chuck my Bai Jue's perspective at them to shed some light.
I say you can reply that dude/idiot, but honestly these type of people is not worth the time because they don't even understand the story. Hope it won't get you into a bad mood afterwards. If that dude continues to reply with their nonsense then just agree to disagree.
Baijue want to shanguu live foreever but he make her life worst then death oh god savee me from this tyoe of loveπ π π
Well, why don't you try to look at this from his perspective and why he endured all this to have Shang Gu hate him and misunderstand him.... so that she wouldnt feel sad when he's gone...
And did you ever consider how Bai Jue felt back then, when Shang Gu decides to sacrifice herself for the three realms...? You make it seem like Bai Jue didn't care for Shang Gu, when he did all that to ensure she wont feel sad when hes gone. Even before he sacrificed himself, he told her to not think or dream about him anymore. That already shows that he cares and wants her to live on happily.
But back then when Shang Gu sacrificed herself, she have also hurted Bai Jue in the process by leaving him all by himself.... so why can't you empathise this from Bai Jue's perspective here. He actually shows me more grief when Shang Gu was gone than compared to what Shang Gu failed to show me to that extent (in terms of grief) when he's gone......so.....
Im on ep 32 already and i already feel sad knowing i dnt have anything to watch after this lol. I kinda liked…
Miss the Dragon cannot be compared to Ancient Love Poetry. It does paled in comparison where Ancient Love Poetry is better, but for me I did enjoyed Miss the Dragon for the second couple in there.
What I like:- The battle against Wu Huan, how Bai Jue and Tian Qi to help Shang Gu fight against her, and I am…
Character like Wu Huan who have a deep inferiority complex are not appealing to me.
Maybe I will check some fanfiction out on my end when I have time.
As for the sequel. I may not support the novel sequel judging from what you shared earlier (of that link), but the drama adaptation and story tends to be better on the most part with these changes in the adaptation in ALP. For the most part, I enjoyed the changes, and what's it's given me as a bonus, so if there's still hope, I will support it from the drama side of things for a sequel. For what you said there, that's why I love that scene between father-son in Episode 48, it is a blessing that we get to see that, and for Bai Jue to have that father-son time with Yuan Qi before he sacrificed himself. The novel just hurts so much IMO.
I actually have a alot, but the one that stands out to me the most right now is ep 48, when we get a father-son…
It was a blessing moment for him and us, and that scene was touching and brought me to tears every time I watched it, and I've watched that scenes 5 times now T ^ T. Bai Jue sacrificed so much, and it was well deserved for him to have this moment (this time, as his real self) with his son <3 And that part where Yuan Qi called him "Father", made me cried so much.
What I like:- The battle against Wu Huan, how Bai Jue and Tian Qi to help Shang Gu fight against her, and I am…
Jing Jian is the only decent one in the family. Jing Yang, I don't like, but he did redeemed himself to me, especially with what he said to Wu Huan, is a slap to her face in which she deserves that with infinite slaps. Wu Huan is just too greedy for power, and I always wonder, if Shang Gu, made it clear to her back then, when she took her in, she never had the intention to have anyone replace her, then would things turned out differently, but then the story would not become like this now. I honestly hate Jing Zhao on my end, she's as worst as her mother for me. Mu Guang, while is not evil, but I don't like him, sure he sacrificed himself for the peace, but to his last moments, he have disappointed me, the same way how he have disappointed Shang Gu and Yuemi, and Yuemi's kindness to Mu Guang back then...
God Realm was decent under Zhi Yang being the one in charge, and wish it was like that throughout the story, but without the fall of the God Realm, then there won't be a story to tell.
I can't believe the author didn't give any lovey moments between Shang Gu and Bai Jue, I mean, after all they've been through to have it end like that in the prequel, and not even in the sequel, we get to have some lovey dovey moments, is such a disappointment :( Only by reading the final chapter of the sequel, I can tell that it's not a sequel worth reading because for me, I am someone who looks at an ending to conclude the entirety of the story. I don't mind how much angst it is, but the ending needs to end on a happy note (fulfilling one), to make up for all the hardships/heartbreaks both the characters, and us readers, have been through.... Well, this is why we have fanfictions, I am going to imagine my own sequel to their story, instead of the one the author wrote up :/
What I like:- The battle against Wu Huan, how Bai Jue and Tian Qi to help Shang Gu fight against her, and I am…
I can't help it, because you rose my curiosity... lol. I was wondering why you don't recommend it and not like the ending. When I read the comment, I already got spoiled, but thought I will check out that final chapter myself...
Honestly, did the author hit her head, or got drunk when she wrote that sequel...? >.< Honestly, just that final chapter, I was speechless, what the heck, how can the author do this to Yuan Qi... I am not going to take that sequel as canon. I will just imagine my own spin off and the family bliss between Bai Jue, Shang Gu and Yuan Qi.
Oh that would be fun to read, and we can learn about their back story too, if there is one on Bai Jue, Tian Qi and Zhi Yang, before Shang Gu is born, I will be looking forward to it. Ep 1-16 is also my favourite too, it was a good back story, that shows what's their life was like before all the tragedy happen. I do prefer the God Realm back then, when compared to the Heaven Realm under Mu Guan's being the emperor...
What I like:- The battle against Wu Huan, how Bai Jue and Tian Qi to help Shang Gu fight against her, and I am…
Oh no lovey dovey/sweet moments between Bai Jue and Shang Gu? T ^ T
Your comments about not recommending it and not liking the ending, made me curious, so I jumped to reading the comments first, and then the last chapter... Wtf, I am speechless, how can the author do this to Yuan Qi??? What kind of ending is this?! (β¬βηΏβ)β―Now that I know, I actually don't want to take this as the sequel, and have my own version to the sequel... (I am actually speechless of that ending to be honest.....)
Ahh, that's right, omg, so many head canons, between the trio. And one time, it's hilarious because Zhi Yang even silenced Tian Qi too, because he didn't want him to say further, and LOL, I can't imagine he will do the same to Bai Jue, hahaha. Honestly no need to do it on Bai Jue, since most of the times, he doesn't really say a lot, he keeps a lot of things inside, whereas Tian Qi is the chatterbox lol.
I kept comparing Bai Jue and Shang Gu with βLove and Destinyββs Jiu Chen and Ling Xi.The thing is, i love…
I don't feel the same though, Xu Kai played his role in bringing out Bai Jue's character well with his emotions, and I personally find that he was made for the role, and made Bai Jue loveable with his great expressions/acting IMO.
What I like:- The battle against Wu Huan, how Bai Jue and Tian Qi to help Shang Gu fight against her, and I am…
It's funny because I always get a feeling that Zhi Yang will side with Bai Jue between the two LOL. But they are close in terms of camaraderie, which I love to refer them as 'Xiong-Di'.
Tian Qi has indeed done those sins, but he did it all to protect Shang Gu, in the end, he was stopped and didn't go through with it, his character have also developed for the better at the end of all this, which makes him loveable.
Omg, a sequel on Yuan Qi's adventure?! :O That I will definitely check out. Is it in the photo page? I might check it out. I want a sequel, hopefully we get to also see some time between Bai Jue and Shang Gu too, and the other characters that we came to love in the story (in the sequel).
What I like:- The battle against Wu Huan, how Bai Jue and Tian Qi to help Shang Gu fight against her, and I am…
Oh wow, that is surprising, so Bai Jue original being is water and not fire? I was wondering why he will go to North Sea, since his original being is fire, and fire and water don't mix well. But that is an interesting change/set up.
I also didn't read the novel from the beginning, since I only jumped to reading a few chapters before he sacrificed himself, and read from there instead (lol).
Um, okay about Zhi Yang there, but considering they changed the set up in the drama, then it would be nice to know what both Bai Jue and Tian Qi represents.
does anyone know conversation between shanggu and tianqi after she gains all her memory back ?
I am guessing you meant episode 49?
Here's the translation you want between Shang Gu and Tian Qi (which I did my best to translate for you), when she regained her full memories:
Shang Gu: So, you already knew all this right?
Tian Qi: Shang Gu, you died 60,000 years ago. He spent tens of thousands of years to put your soul together, and he used the identity of Bo Xuan to raise your body to grow up, then he disappeared in the North Sea.
Shang Gu: North Sea. Qing Mu. He becomes a clone. All this is to obtain the Power of Chaos. He broke off this love/made me broke of my love, because he knew already that the Tribulation of Chaos will come back. So, he can take this tribulation on my behalf.
Tian Qi: Shang Gu, Bai Jue, never broke off his love for you, he just don't want you to feel sad(when he's gone), that's why he's been keeping the truth from you. He's been enduring this very painfully. Shang Gu, you should go and send him off.
What I like:- The battle against Wu Huan, how Bai Jue and Tian Qi to help Shang Gu fight against her, and I am…
This leads me to wanting to ask, we know Bai Jue original being is fire, which I think it represents the 'sun' right? Because when he died, snow came (so no more sun),
What I like:- The battle against Wu Huan, how Bai Jue and Tian Qi to help Shang Gu fight against her, and I am…
Yeah, they have been through many challenges and difficulties while growing up, but this is something the three of them would know and understand, since they literally did grew up together. And while Bai Jue stayed secluded away from the God Realm, he still did care for both of them, because he will even go and made that Brush Pen for Zhi Yang from the fur of the Nine-Tailed Fox, and then when Tian Qi expresses and asked Bai Jue why Bai Jue only prepared gifts for Zhi Yang, Bai Jue gave those brewed wines (which he have prepared for Tian Qi) on his end, shows that despite he is an 'Ice Cube' with his cold personality, but he cares for both of them equally. Which is nice to see. They have different personalities, and different mindset when seeing certain things, but no one can deny they aren't close, since they were there for each other when the heaven and earth was first created. They know what happened back then (secrets etc) that only they know, and others don't. This is why as much as I love the romance between Bai Jue and Shang Gu, I also love the bromance between these 3 on my end.
Well it's an ending with the 2 main leads being at the same place. However I cant say if it's an happy ending…
IKR, that's still considered a happy ending, but I am adding the word 'unsatisfied' to me, because it left me unsatisfied in the end :( They deserves an extended moment after all they've been through! In the end, we only got like 2 minutes of them together, when she waited 503 years for his return!!! And they both waited over 60,000 years just for that happy ending, but it was just too short!! :(
With that said I can see Bai Jue able to express the sweet love the way Qing Mu can because Bai Jue have shown me that he could. His sacrificial love and him enduring his pain silently just makes me love him so much more. I can never understand people for losing respect for him or hating him. What about Tian Qi and Zhi Yang?
