CP chemistry is good & some scenes are really funny...other than that,nothing much to watch in the story...if You're bored in life and want to watch something purely to have a good laugh and entertain yourself,It's worth giving a try

Liu wei & Bai xiao ling's scene arguing in the rain was very very well Directed with fantastic dialogue delivery... i dislike Liu wei's character but her lines were so strong i couldn’t just deny but agree to some points lol

I like the dynamic between Da hui hui and Li De, so much remind me of another fav duo of mine Jeongwu & Noh seongchul from Black out kdrama (2024)

Wang duo played his role really well,From the very first episode zeng jie was giving me chills with his creepy smile... And now in ep 10 ending, he's seriously a cold heartless and evil guy omG

Idk if you watched TJOL or not but It's really a good drama and far far better than SAB or any other overhyped shows this year..The script and story had very minor issues there bcz of It's half-explained transmigration plot but that drama really kept a traditional wuxia story intact and The journey of Xiao Qiushui was truly amazing in and out...The Ratings of TJOL in MDL & IMDB got hate-bombed by CY haters from another fandom within 3 days of It's airing when only 7/8 episodes were out,otherwise it'd get solid 8+ Rating for sure....In china, TJOL was getting 35-40M views on yunhe daily and it also broke 1.6 billion views recently and douban opening score of TJOL was rated by 330K+ watchers, 2nd most highest number of raters for any dramas released in china this year (A popular drama gets an average opening rater number of 50k to 100k usually) just imagine how many people were interested and were actually watching the show! not to mention the other chart toppings of the characters and the drama itself...It maybe Isn't the best drama out there like other CY drama MLC,but it surely was a good drama which got commercial success and popularity...The Martial arts scenes were one of the best in decades. It's just that TJOL got criticised for editing issues & sloppy CGI, which surely can't be an indicator of whether It's a good drama or not..
