Agree, every ep is the same and characters are the same, feelings are the same as in first ep, both past and present are predictable...it's very monotonous in feel and plot. It's now tiresome to watch a full episode

Bevause of the badly done last episode, it was sudden for them to make such a unnecessary dragging ep, too, so I am wondering why the ~writers~ had to negatively impact such a good show with cheap dragging and no plot in last ep.
It was one of my favourite dramas - I can enjoy a cute well made drama just fine, thank you, but when a favoute drama deserves its critism it would naturally get it. first - the schedule and now - first ep with no real plot for its one hour time. As if we had nothing this week.
I am happy when drama is deserving of all the praise it gets but as a fellow user in MDL I also encourage people to share their criticisms without being labelled "as not knowing how to enjoy things" or other label like rhat.

Yes!! That was succh a badly done scene, so unprofessional and stupid and added nothing to the plot except low level drag. I am thoroughly disappointed in last episode, they lowered the quality of the drama and ruined the flow completely

First dragging episode in the series - the content they had for it was for half the time they gave it! Basically nothing happened and we were waiting!
And now another week...

Yeah and Reborn rich was a failure at what it attempted, it was hard to watch and I couldn't finish that immense drag - it's a business drama with subpar acting from Son Joong Ki. Didnt watch the other suggestions

Yess, last episode almost didn't have them in it, it's not fair. Like, if this didn't have good romance I wouldn't even watch, no matter the revenge - not enough to keep me hooked haha
If next ep there is no romance again I wouldn't be able to give the high score I planned for this drama.

I am most excited about the lieutenant and third sister's relationship - he has those hot eyes that burn for her, true chemistry and potential there.
Main leads ok...but not my type of romance. Though, it's still not romance. ML is too comedic of a character to personally take him as a man in love. He doesnt have that manly energy and in turn cant spark something in FL pther than friendship for now. It's that simple but true, just psychology (or more like, biology haha)

I think "people" like her are broken, they live off other people's fears and were long ago left with nothing of their own inside. If rhey didn't have other people "under their feet" they would have nothing to stand on.
When their victims finally escape through strengths of their own and a support system, these obssesed and weak individuals will fall down - they have nothing anymore. If they were to truly be alone, they wouldn't even have themselves to rely on.

Narcissistic types are weak types that crumble emotionally everyday in their lives. Obsession makes you weak and fully dependable on other people, I can't view that as strength - power is not as long-standing as strength. Strength you either have or not, you cant take it from someone - power on the other hand comes from outside. So I cant ever view evil stepmom as strong.

When the time comes she will brake the hardest be ause she is ultimately empty. Strong people persevere

Western dramas (hirstorical or fantasy, we talk costume dramas) can have so many seasons and the creators take care of their craft and still build the proper sets best for the work they're going to have. They even build them in other countries - they dont even confine themselves to their own country. I find rhat commendable that you take what you do seriously as an artist in this field and not just look for the cheapest and easiest option. It's an entirely different approach

unfortunately I havent seen the same dedication from most Chinese series creators. Recently MTJY was a welcome exception. We should see more dramas made by true artistical.people that give attention to every detail, have their own style and create their own world, not dramas in the same places and style that viewers just have to accept because of the 1000th "reason"

Why is there always noise on Chinese sets? I jnever heard that problem from other countries dramas.

On set recording is so much more professional and high quality than dubbing which has fakeness to it. If you dont have the money to build your own set then dont make the drama, esp for big epic dramas (this one is not but still). I think RoP did their own sets so beautifully and used the real recording, it was an especially grand and well made drama. Did MJTY make their own set - it looked so artistic and original, not like every other historical drama with the same buildings used

I think dubbing should have been abolished like 10 years ago already. It lowers the quality, no matter rhe reason (that to me is plain excuse - the noise, the accent of a tors... I've heard it all, nothing is enough of a reason to keep doing it)

Except evil stepmom - she doesnt get to deserve the "strong" title. Shes not strong, she's an obsessive, insecure narcissistic psycho and nothing else. Its that sick driving force that moves her, not strength, she's made of insecurity after insecurity

Her daughter is a spoiled, self-entitled little bitch that when loosing something falls apart entirely - so she also not strong.
