okay I am 100% your team but there's just one thing I'd like to point out ...all over the course of drama the…
I get you, yes, her emotional state really explains why she behaves like that but it's only that - an explanation that is not an excuse . It would be ten times better if they have shown sone character development later with her apologizing for doing the same as him and for her over-reaction and blaming it all on him with zero constructive communication or self-reflection. She could have realized what she was doing, owned up to it and tried to be better or even go to therapy . The way she yelled hysterically just like her step mom...totally uncalled for and pissed me off. But I guess drama wouldn't go that deep and she then continued explaining to him how keeping secrets hurts more all while not realizing the obvious fact that she did the same thing for whatever reasons, ugh. Immature and feeling a bit like gas-lighting.
Even when they both experienced the crash and both experienced death - for her only her death and experience seemed important. He apologised and ahe was like - Okay, I will accept you because you love me so much.
Think she totally needs therapy - first because of what those demons did to her and then for her trust issues and anger issues also, they-re like tied together
The ending hahahah This drama has good production and some original takes, I also like the FL - strangely sometimes I think she has more chemistry with her cousin, the actors are good together.
ML should be thankful for that tango the script writers gave them, because he had one expression through the whole ep! Boy, get it together, you look bored and the cousin's really gonna rizz the girl up with that smile of his while looking in her eyes (abd you in the distance with mouth half-open)
I didn't like the first two episodes but the last two surprised me, drama looks and feels fresh and new
FL got mad that ML didn't tell her about his death but she also didnt tell him about hers and what happened...she is the only one that gets to be angry and sad. They explained with her not trusting that people can love her ...still, it's both sides here, she is not always the only one suffering or her problems that should be first place - a relationship especially takes two, she is keeping secrets from the start and I don't remember her owning up to that, only expecting it from him. Snells if victim complex with no true accountability
ML's brother in law had to get him out of his house just to tell him a single sentence just because plot needed it for FL to get abducted ..ugh
Is this drama any good, or is it pretty much the same as others?
It's not something really new but depending on taste can be enjoyable watch. FL is fun and natural, ML to me is a boring character. It's a little early to say..
Actually, some of my Korean or Japanese colleagues do indeed speak with heavily accented English, it's not that…
I can understand accents but he obviously struggled to pronounce some words and they came out as totally different words, to me he was visibly uncomfortable speaking in English and in turn sounded like a robot, was not like natural intonation. Same for some of the actors with exception to the mother, she was a bit better and had confidence while talking Foreigners were badly written , yes
I think there is nothing wrong with translators , especially in professional setting where they're often hired, they can just speak their own language so everyone is at ease
Can anyone tell me why their English sound so bad as if theyβre lip syncing?
It would be best if they didn't speak it and botcher every word - better speak your language with a translator if you're not good at it and it's a professional setting. It was cringy but...nothing new I guess
Their English scenes was painful to listen to... especially ML π Just..maybe just stop with foreigner scenes because how can a future CEO of a company not know some basic English?
And the foreign characters were presented as some over the top positive grown ups that behave like kids. Is it a sin for non-Koreans to be normal human beings and not smile all the time while always not knowing what's going on?
I agree with the first statement,FL is much better than him , eveb though she isn't that good too, but ....the…
She has potential yes. First two eps had no plot but third was better and she showed more of herself. Wish drama can keep up this tone, she seems to be better in serious dramatic scenes - this ep felt like from a different director, it worked better for her character. ML is just like...a side kick lol. we'll see
another drama with song kang's awful acting but i have to watch it because he is probably the hottest guy ever.
I agree with the first statement,FL is much better than him , eveb though she isn't that good too, but ....the second?? π I mean, Son Suk Ku exists, this lil baby boy could never
Yes, you can thank me later π π
more like, not π chill, keyboard warrior
