I know that she had childhood trauma and got jealous that despite similar circumstances in their families, Ji Won had a loving father and got love, while she didnt. Maybe many people would feel a bit jealous but since she was psycho that emotion continued to haunt her for rest of eternity and she leeched on to Ji Won in the hopes her love and everything Ji Won has and is, will become hers if she stood close by and even if she stole it. It was unhealthy and became dangerous.
Ji Won was her life force since she didnt have a proper self - partly be ause she didnt have a good upbringing, partly because she may have been born psycho and mooostly her choice - she had a loving friend and she could have used that support to become a better person but she couldn't view life abd people like that since that would mean she would have to make an effort and change herself and be on her own fighting difficulties and taking responsibility like everyone else- instead she chose to be another person almost,, while at the same time hating on that same person because it turned out she couldnt completely absorb her and at some point that person(Ji won) fought back which left Soo Min with her hatted towards everyone and her underdeveloped self.
She was also mentally unstable and couldn't form proper hunan connections as she really didnt see other people as that - people.

How is her being a loving single mother to her child in anyway connected to her relationships and decisions concerning others? And does being a good parent to your kid make you a good friend or good whatever else, automatically?
Is Hong Ran really her friend? She is very inconsiderate and why did she tell her that? There was really no point...who is she to do it? It's not her place to take sides or give such information with her own interpretation. What a rude and cold person
This drama's plot is a total mess again...actually whole plot lacks direction and meaning and keeps repeating old things...the high rating is not in anyway deserved, not even close to reality. Like, even if you like it, you know it's not quality. Every single character is bland and underdeveloped, including the main ones... how they even managed to do it, I don't know.
If it's trying to be a telenovela/makjang but fails even there because there is just not enough fun with this plot, it remained the exact same since the beginning, just like its characters.
14 episodes, it's at the end and it started going back in circles just like earlier🥱

The quote "It's ok, let's stay in the bottom of this pit, let's stay down" or something of sorts was just...one of the biggest truths and lessons of life. In hard moments - stay down, it's ok to be there, it's not as scary(it most probably is though) and that is where you're supposed to be right now. ..just let go and suffer for a while., let everything collapse .This is truly a mature drama

Agree, stupid is definitely not the word here, it's immature to say that. Maaaaaaany people behave exactly like FL and they, like her, are far from "stupid", thats quite insensitive and judgy to say, especially since at a point in our lives we all have made mistakes like that where we were irresponsible to ourselves due to perfectly valid reasons and only later we realise we should have done some things differently. You live and you learn.

Good first episode - I like the premise and characters and stories are believable and meaningful. Didn't expect that honestly, that's why you have to give chances without much thinking beforehand Hope it can find a good pace for rest of the drama but....havent seen such a good first ep from a Kdrama in a while. Maybe only in Tell me That you Love me but they have different feel to them and yet sooooome similarities - characters at difficult points in their lives, on the edge of change and destruction of old beliefs - that's what good stories are made from!

Yeeess....every single episode she has at least 2 major moments where she is "finally" deciding what to do and that things need to change and how people she knew were not who she thought they were...GIRL, those were your lines from the second part of the first episode, of course these people are not who you thought they were - you had your biggest wake up call about that when they killed you back then... Every ep she is giving that confident smile that is trying to convey that she now has a plan and what happens later...nothing, she doesn't execute anything, she continues to play a game she shouldn't be a part of for any reason, being disingenuous to herself and her goals - continuously rejecting help cause she can supposedly do it on her own ......she won't get my bravo for that little insecure speech by the lake. Asking for help is being strong, period. Modern dramas better stop promoting that self-sacrificing "independence".
And the plot is honestly missing...I dont remember even what was it, where we are again? There were talks about revenge, then some food project, then other things ..what is it finally? Is it decided yet? The preview for the next ep with her fake "confident" smiles looks totally disappointing in turns of story direction. Here we are, back at it again with no character growth.
If they wanted to show how these traumatic events affect a real person who understandably can't continue with live again...well, they dont have the writing for this, cause it could have justified the slow progression but the drama just isn't about that , what they're doing is entirely different and it lacks any sense.

There were so many chances in the last eps to turn the plot in some more interesting directions, they had the base for it but alas it didnt happen and always the most predictable resolutions were made(like no resolutions at all). They didnt bring the plot to anywhere, just...there were potential , especially with No Suk Min, his wife , FL search for justice....imagine his wife makes a deal with the devil to bring her husband down, imagine that whole.plot wasn't dealt with so quickly just for a boring showdown at the end with the undead No Suk Min(they drg that to the end cause of no other interesting storyline)...there was never a culmination in the important moments, the writing was going somewhere and just as it started building up to something....always the writers chose the predictable way out.

I felt her emotions when she was standing up for herself in front of her "family" and when she was looking for justice, looking to find herself in a world that was always against her, to grow as a strong person. And then...nah, let's write off that whole story, we're not going to do it like how we prepared it for - put the ready for use betrayal-breakup plot device that we put in every other drama even when it's incoherent with the particular story.
This series really became lukewarm, no creativity, completely agree. If other episodes alluded to that, last two eps confirmed it
Finished ep.6. This truly hit something inside, like it forcefully is healing , I just....I am full of emotions ans feel silly that it all came from a positive drama trigger. Wow, actors actually could do that to you and it happened not even in a conversation, they were talking in the sign language with no subs and Im there watching their faces, flabbergasted. I think this right there is what actors and...humans are all about. My eyes are red from happy/sad/confused emotions, thinking about my own life and experiences. Again , wow. This drama caught me in a funny moment in my life and even if I forget about it the feelings would remain, Im sure.
Hope for a good story ahead, the journey will be moving it seems..yeah, it would actually move things inside. Might as well say thank you to the writers and Jung Woo Sung, jeez - who taught you to be this good at what you do? I wasn't ready, hold on,.my heart 🥺
