Rrally like Jeremy but here I wish Shen Ran was his FL and not Shen Zhen - SFL is still very young compared to the ML but has a feminine aura to her and is starting to have a good character development.
For the first time, the age difference is too much for me, Shen Zhen is just like a kid and I can't help but think he would be better as her very young father. It already looks like he's going to adopt her 😅

Basically , Jisoo is the most competent cop there and is single-handedly solving all cases while those two whine about it out of pure envy and jealousy - their characters are a pain to watch and boring. At least FL should have some development, for now she just doesn't have a personality to her - grumpy face is not a personality but she literally doesn't show other emotions or thinking process for that matter

For being part if so many drinking scenes, Korean actors rarely portray drunk people realistically, one might think by now they would have mastered those scenes but no - every time they're cringe and obviously fake. If you gonna be famous with it and do it so often, at least do it right for once 🙏
I cant believe Koreans drink so.much if their actors are so bad at acting it out on screen, show me the real deal or never claim anything! 😁

She may fail because she gives away the information too quickly - the purose of the spy is to gather info and relay it to the right people, not the first moving soul on your path lol

Saaaame! It's so realistic but optimistic, gives you the feels but never does something for the drama of it - it heals you right away even if something "bad" happens. A simple but rarely good plot and I cant think of a single annoying cliche! Like, this doesnt have an annoying psycho ex, I mean - hello, why is no one talking about that in the light of all the shows that introduce such cliches but this one continues with the good storylines?????

FL would need a brain transplant to improve, she has the intellectual and emotional level of a dying jellyfish. Its difficult to watch the cases and the fun (and quite smarter) ML when she appears on screen and ruins everything 😭
And I will say again - that disgusting car, what is wrong with her, she cant even put trash in a trashbin and literally throws it on the floor of the car?!? 😭 How can she be a romantic interest?? ML is truly brave cause I could never risk my health inside that car that is screaming to be put down forever and be saved from its misery

Hopefully, first case was not bad
But Ep. 3 FL was even worse - after he solved the whole case she was behaving so out of line and childish. She gave no credit, didn't have basic decency and was rude towards her coworker even - totally unacceptable, and that is supposed to be a "leader" of a team. There is no logic to this abusive behaviour besides an obvious inferiority complex. This character lacks integrity and is being a total bit*h. She hasnt proven to be the competent cop she shouts she is. I cant stand her, honestly, I might drop just for this horribly written character.

As of now, FL is insufferable and really immature, a lot more than ML(as is her coworker). She is rude and jealous and that car....ew, total ew. I wont mention the clothing "style" they chose for her 😬 Hope they have development later on, especially her character.

Agree with you, actors were good but for me the plot felt like a mess even earlier than ep12. I didnt know that Soo Min and Min Hwan drama would be to the end, thought her second life would be about other things too...however good the villain actors were, their characters were not interesting enough to be in the series to the end.

Also, tha ex-girlfriend or whatever... totally unnecessary. K owing how this is supposed to be close to the webtoon or novel, I would imagine I wouldnt enjoy them too, if that plot about her ex husband and best friend manipulation was so important in them, too. I don't think it deserved that much attention and yet people talk only about it (yes, because there wasnt angthing else lol).

I remember still the best episode - ep. 3 when she got back to her school bullies. That ep gave everyone so much hope and immediately after it everything changed and she reverted back to how she used to be for quite a long time and pace stayed slow and confusing. So for me, it went down from ep 4. and by ep12 it was ...I dont know what, a lost opportunity that was lost soooo long ago hah
I gave this a very low rating. Even though the theme of manipulation was serious and at times welll executed, most of rhe time everyone and their cousin was annoying and went in circles.
