"Your driving sucks, just like you" haha 😂 Samir is funny… plus I like his acting. First time I didn’t…
I thought the same! He's the first foreign actor whose acting doesn't feel off at all, maybe because his Korean is very good? but there are others with very good pronunciation too and they still make me cringe. I don't know, but I really like his character.
people are funny.. why do you think others don't understand what romcom is.. or can't appreciate..for a lot of…
Girl, wtaf are you saying 😠get a life and stop terrorizing people with your stupidity. Don't reply to me anymore.

She isn't a cheater and you need to chill. Also even if she was a cheater, I don't think we've ever had a FL cheat in such settings. It's a silly kdrama, just enjoy it.

When the hell did I say people who don't like this drama don't understand romcoms? My comment quite literally only said if you enjoy dramas with a lot of romance and comedy, then this is for you. If you don't, then you don't. I don't give a crap.
Do you know what a recommendation is? Because that's what my comment was.
My comment is offensive? I think you need to get a life. I literally didn't say anything remotely offensive, you're really just a loser.

Why are you taking offense in my comment? I'm just saying that if you don't like romcoms this isn't for you, and if you do then it is. And if you do and still don't like it, well good for you? Or bad? I don't know, but my comment is an appreciation to the show and nothing else. Unclench a little.
Overall a really good watch but only if you like romcoms. If you get bored with lots of romance and comedic scenes, then this is definitely not for you.
I love how they're following the webtoon storyline very faithfully and how all the relationships and connections are developing just as beautifully as in the webtoon.
Hyesun is an extremely excellent actress and I knew I could trust her to portray Jieum/Juwon perfectly, but I still can't stop appreciating the way she delivers her emotions and every scene. She's such an amazing actress. I love everything about this drama already.
Idk if it’s cos I read the webtoon but I found ep 2&3 boring… maybe because I already knew the sequence of…
I also read the webtoon, but I actually love the show. I watch it thinking about whether they'll follow the webtoon line or add extra things, which they have but I feel like those extra subplots have contributed to making the story more interesting, rather than harming it (ex. Aegyeong). This is my favorite webtoon ever and this drama is imo doing a great job adapting it. I hope you can enjoy it more later too!
I feel like everyone is taking this drama theme way too seriously. She's a soul that remembers her past lives…
In the webtoon, she also mentions that she isn't usually reborn immediately after dying, and that it sometimes takes years or decades for her to be reborn. But when a life ends too soon (aka, as a kid), she is reborn again faster to live in the same time period of the previous life. I don't know if this will be included in the drama, but it'd be the explanation as to why she was reborn fast as another girl in Korea, and not some dude in Iceland, like someone else said.
I feel like everyone is taking this drama theme way too seriously. She's a soul that remembers her past lives and has lived many lives, but in all of them, she's always a new person and lives her lives from the beginning over and over again. She meets people and loves people in all her lives, in all her ages.
Many people are missing the *most important* part of their relationship, and it's that being around Seoha made her feel like she was just a 12yo girl again and nobody else. Just a kid with a friend she loved. She wanted to protect him, she wanted to be there for him. As a 12yo girl. She didn't use her centuries-old knowledge in her 18th life to "lure" a kid into a relationship with an old soul. She was a kid who liked another kid. That's literally it and there is nothing p*do about it. Yall saying it makes you uncomfortable doesn't mean that the plot is problematic. Yall are projecting way too much onto a very light romcom.
Someone mentioned that it's weird that she approached a high schooler as a 9yo girl and told him to marry her, but yall are once again not paying attention and forgetting that the reason why she asked him to marry her (both as a 9th yo and as 24yo Jieum) is because that's what Seoha told Juwon in her 18th life, and this is Jieum's way of trying to make him remember her.
"She should've known better than to stalk him for years." Okay, and this is a fantasy show about a soul who remembers her previous lives and who wants to keep the promise she made him in her 18th life that ended too soon? Like I need you people to understand what "fantasy" means. I'm not saying you can't find flaws in the things you watch, but make sure to find actual flaws and not just project your own ideas onto the show so that when it doesn't align with your beliefs you won't call it weird or problematic.
Lmao, when I heard this webtoon would be turned into a Kdrama I 100% knew there would be someone saying this in…
Why exactly is it weird? You're making it weird by thinking too much about it. It's a single sentence but that is the whole point of her affection for Seoha, a little boy that changed her life. That's really all there is to it. Maybe if she didn't die so young (and so new to his friendship with him), she wouldn't have felt such "deep" feelings. Either way, she felt like her purpose in this life was to meet him, and as she mentioned, after she met him again she felt a deeper connection. Like, there really isn't anything weird about it, but as long as you want to make it look weird it will always be weird.
Ok, I love the leads in other shows and they are great actors and I have no doubt they will delivery. The reincarnation…
Lmao, when I heard this webtoon would be turned into a Kdrama I 100% knew there would be someone saying this in the very beginning of the show and I wish I was wrong. There is an important point and is that Juwon/Jieum said that with Seoha she didn't feel like she lived so many lives, that she felt like she was a real 12 year old girl and nothing else. There's nothing creepy about it, it's a fantasy romantic comedy with a childhood love plot. There's really nothing else to it.
Political side of this drama felt so messed up to me. Specially the court scene in the last episode was so bad...in…
The court scene was soooo bad. As someone who likes to watch law shows, this is probably the worst court scene ever. It didn't follow any court procedures and everything was just very obviously placed for the happy ending, lol. Not like it's that important because that wasn't the point of the show, thankfully, but it was so out of place. Other than that, very good watch.
That is exactly how I've been feeling about this entire season. I wrote a review as well in the earlier eps because it kept being a disappointment. It's not like this show is bad because like you said, especially the production is really well done, and in the acting aspect there are zero complaints. But the plot and resolutions are very shallow and unimportant. Season 1 was one if the greatest kdramas out there, but this one was pretty lackluster. I guess eps 15-16 kinda picked up, but suddenly dropping everything like that was also kinda mediocre. Suddenly everything was connected and they had been chasing the evil since the beginning. Oh please. I hope S3 is better but like you said, I don't think they will tone down the comedy and instead making even cheesier and underwhelming.
I haven't caught up to the most recent episodes yet, but I agree with the "hacking" stuff. I feel like the first…
It's so annoying. I've been complaining about that for a while but people here always say that real hacking is slow and boring and there's no reason to show that, but that's not my point, lol. The point is that it makes the show look cheap because they resolve everything with magical hacking and access to every little piece of information about everything and everyone, like you said. Keyboard smashes, black screens with green letters, "hacking mode" floating screens... It's the only solution to everything.
I also feel like S1 was a lot more realistic even though Doki had superhuman strength, lol.
They need to add the comedy tag on this show and remove the thriller and mystery tags. This season is nothing like S1, and it just keeps getting more boring and blinder. I like the crew and Le Jehoon, but that's the only reason why I'm still watching it. There's nothing that makes me look forward to the next eps, and I can't help but compare it all the time with S1 because that was a really great show. This isn't necessarily bad, but it's just completely different.
EDIT: Also, I'm gonna keep complaining about the mediocre "hacking" - although I don't even know if this can be considered hacking anymore - but whatever it is that allows Goeun to see literally everything that happens in real time through imaginary cameras from different angles. Like, why was there a first-person camera in ep 6 when Doki was in the photography studio that followed him everywhere and which showed exactly everything Doki was seeing? And why was there a body camera in ep 8 when the cult leader was opening his safe and taking out all the gold and money? These things might not be that important as a whole, but to me, things like this really ruin the quality of the show. If they were done on purpose and in a comedic way, I would overlook them. But the fact that they are "proof" of Goeun's "hacking skills" really throw me off and don't let me fully enjoy the show or take it seriously.
Not to mention the fact that they always have some earphone connected to everyone and that works everywhere but you never see it no matter in which angle the characters are shot. It's like they installed an earphone in their brains, lol.
