Is it a thing? I haven't noticed anything, I just thought it was adorable in this show how Mhok waited to see if Day would check, and then it was cute that after he teased him he made a point of saying 'good night' himself, as if to make it up to him, that was sweet and funny. Is 'good night' a new trend? Thai BL's love their trends 😂

Nice nice. Seriously, it's great to see a more mature and serious storyline in a BL that is directed and acted well. I just commented somewhere on this site other day that a BL story should have a plot which may include a love story, but not just be a love story which eclipses the story plot entirely. I feel like this first episode was giving the former vibes, which was nice to watch.
I can't say I'm sold on the supernatural angle though, the water scene had me squinting like 'wtf' because I thought the psychic thing was the extent of it from the tags but then, well, the water scene lol but it's not a dealbreaker for me.

Extra Notes:
- Chart would make an awful cop, he has 'sell out his partner' and 'stab a colleague in the back' written all over his shady ass.
- Fun dynamic between Phaya and Tharn, it'll be good to watch it develop further
- Yai's body deserves individual kudos, because DAYUM.
- I look forward to seeing absolutely NO UNIVERSITY UNIFORMS in this, fingers crossed.

Welp, that ending scene with the 'good night' thing was pretty adorable. Good kush.

This is actually really shaping up, great second ep. I liked the fish tank scenes, the very first one especially, I thought it was a good moment to show a different side of Day (even if there was a lame continuity error because that eyedrop bottle fell down OPEN, but Mhok found it closed). I also like that this show isn't drowning in over make up'd and over dressed characters, although Mhok's hair started to look more 'styled' halfway through the ep and that's a bit of a loss, it looked better without that overdone middle parting. Also, also, is it just me or is the actress who plays Phojai really pretty? Good stuff, keen for ep 3.

Hm, yeah I kinda see that. Like he turned into an a-hole because he feels like life is screwing him over sort of vibe. It's a pretty good start though, I like the pacing and the narrative so far.

You may regret learning about Omegaverse, because that sh*t is messy (did I intend this as a pun or not? Yes). OR you may discover you like it and you'll be down the rabbithole, good luck friend. My advice is Google it to get a basic understanding. Don't let the show explain it, I'm pretty sure the show is aimed at people who already know about it.

Ep 1: ngl, I don't like Day so far. Maybe he's supposed to come across that way. I'll see. Def not put off from watching, Mhok is a hilarious mess. Also, Phojai is hot.

Well, I can't say I totally disagree. I think my estimation is based on how much of it I actually read, which is not a lot. 😂

A/B/O is 90% dodgy ick though imo. The fact someone decided to adapt it in any form of media outside written fiction is like, wow, what are you doing. I'm not sure I trust BL's, which already have so many bad questionable tropes, to fall into the 10% that is decent A/B/O fiction. It is true that I won't know if the comments are right unless I try it though, so maybe when I've got nothing else to do, I'll try the first ep.

I'm always confused by how emotional people can be. The stuff they were talking about at dinner all seemed pretty commonplace to me, nothing to cry about imo. And to get so attached to people in a few days is wild. But that's just me. All the same, Eri and Bobo are the highlight here, good people, good friends. Love it.
The elimination thing seemed out of left field to begin with for a dating show, but I'm not surprised about the one eliminated, I wouldn't be surprised if he told the producers he wanted to leave after his first day there, and they decided to write it into the show so it didn't look random or give bad vibes to the other contestants. He didn't seem keen from the moment he showed up.

It sounds like hard cringe from start to finish 😂 and yes, indeed, MaxTul® are SPOT ON. Even retired as a BL couple, to me they're unrivaled.

I'ma just gonna' go ahead and believe you and not waste my time, because I was already preeeeeetty sure I was gonna' ditch this show after the first ep or less. Trailer looked like sex-shock-factor trashmash and that's a hard sell for me on a good day. Also, you seem to appreciate the quality that was MaxTul® and it makes me trust your opinion here 😂

Hm, I struggle in general with watching Japanese BL tbh because the story lines are always very, I mean, asinine, but that's just my opinion. As for the angel, can't say I was curious. I was more distracted by the fact that his wings are so unrealistically small. Cheap CGI would have been better. I think I probably should drop it. Thanks for the answer.

Does it get more interesting after ep 1? I'm struggling to watch more.
