As they say absence makes the heart grow fonder. Since Pran has been there all along with him, he thinks Ink is the one he's been crushing on. Once Pran ghosts him, I bet his feelings will hit him like a truck. Boy am i waiting for that.

Its like Pat's mind kind of blocks off any thoughts about Pran that are romantic in nature. He saw Ink and Pran chatting and felt uncomfortable. So he came to the conclusion, he likes Ink because he possibly couldn't
have liked his best friend Pran. Pat up untill now hasn't even given a thought about considering Pran as his love interest.

Hope it reaches 15k like cherry magic. Its not surprising why it's popular, given the string of low quality shows we had to sit through. The story is not about two hot guys who show off their abs and are attracted to each other without any valid reason . The show doesn't have a manipulative toxic person controlling their partner. The show doesn't encourage any top or bottom trope. There is no annoying female leads interfering with the story. The leads are not delusional .Pat and Pran genuinely do have feelings for one another. Given the amout of time they have spent together, its not hard to understand why. Both were caught up in a rivalry which they themselves never intended to be a part of. The characters have many layers too. They aren't the shallow characters we usually get to see in thai bls.

I remember the first time I was watching the show , ,Wai was being chased by some Engineering students and I was like "Here we go again. Again an engineering college". Just glad that I kept watching and I will say that to others as well. Keep watching

Yes, agreed. Pat simply doesn't know that his heart beats for Pran. Often we tend to not notice the things that are near us. ( Pat's feelings for Pran in this case)

I think this episode was there to help us understand Pat's feelings for Pran. Many had the notion that Pat knew Pran liked him and that their feelings were mutual. Pat clearly had feelings but it hasn't dawned on him yet that he too can get attracted towards someone of the same sex.

You've hit the nail on the head. Had he really liked Ink , his set of examples should have been different. Instead he subconsciously goes on to narrate whatever he did for Pran. So Pat in reality is just using Ink as an excuse to know how Pran feels about him.
You're right. The heteronormative upbringing automatically led to Pat blocking off any romantic thoughts about Pran, as he regarded him as just a friend for years. I hope he realises his feelings soon enough. I could not deal with this heartbreak in ep4 . To imagine what will happen when their parents join in the fight.... 😟 🙁 sends shivers right down my spine

Yes, you're absolutely right. I bet he knows he likes Pran in his subconscious mind , but it still hasnt dawned on him yet. Pat does care for Pran in his own way without understanding.
And given the context, Pran's response too is a legitimate one . I'm trying hard not to doubt the preview of episode 5. But given the emotional roller-coaster we were all forced to aboard in episode 4 , I still feel a bit uneasy. That episode hit me like a bullet train leaving me an emotional wreck.

Yes, Pat is really a dense baby in need of validation from Pran. Pat has always been the one who tries to approach Pran no matter what the circumstances maybe. Many a time, Pran has left Pat for his friends( when the funds were not enough and Pat was telling him not to worry and look for a guitar) he retorted that his friends are not the ones getting transferred. Pat on the other hand has always been beside Pran in his difficult times. I guess more people will get him once the story gets narrated from Pat's point of view.

Episode 4 served a major blow. After seeing all those happy flirting moments in episode 3 , I guess none of us would have anticipated anything like this happening ( I didnot atleast)

You understand Pat pretty well yourself. Spot on observations. I think that by now most of us can understand whatever Pran is going through since the drama is being narrated in his point of view. Youre right, the nuances of Pat's character are being missed out, thats why i made it a point to post about him. You too can post your observations about Pat. As long as people understand characters in the drama, Im happy😊

But as you mentioned the previews are misleading. That is why Pran's pain and sadness hit me just like a bullet train. I was surely hoping to see something cute and fluffy as shown in the preview and then......

Tell me about it. I had a headache the entire day after watching the episode. I dont know, the last time I saw something this impactful. It was like I was the one who had got hurt. I too am looking forward to their reconciliation. How bout you? Did you also cry your eyes out?
