I think she feels attraction for LBY but thinks he’s so out of her reach and not her type. I think she rather go to live in the Lou Manor rather than live among Royals and high society with malicious people (so many mean girls) . At least she is familiar with relatives bullying her but with royals, she’d have to hurt herself as in the incident where YY was pushed into the water in order to fight back. She saw how powerful the mean girls’ families were and how they stuck up for their daughters. she does not have that kind of power or backing to fight that kind of battle. In ep 17 & 18, we saw how she was able to handle herself nicely at the Lou manor. At this stage, she must have an inkling that LBY and YS likes her but she’s already engaged to LY

I found the smile very creepy and CSS also creeped out when she saw that smile.

Ha ha but YS has a sharp tongue maybe Yang Yang will change him for the better if he even looks at her.

YY likes books and studying so obviously she likes him but he likes CSS.

Yes so heart warming. Our heroine finally getting some recognition. What she did in Hua city and how she saved 3rd aunt and their entourage really brought honor to her family

But remember she told 3rd aunt when 3rd aunt was trying to calm her that she was afraid the Ge’s would take issue if YangYang ended up not marry as well. What the..?? And she didn’t want CSS to marry first before Yang Yang. Yes one other reason was the Lou family situation is a mess. However, her attitude started to change after she saw LBY was paying attention to CSS

Let’s just say she is at least improving. Hope it keeps up.

LBY’s story is very tragic. From YouTube commentary, LBY and his aunt secretly witnessed the killing . His aunt made him take on the name of her son LBY. Her own son died so she switched their identities. When all this is finally known, his name becomes HBY since his real surname is Huo.

It’s because she’s a sis to the first, verbal sparing partner to the next , love interest to the last. I just can’t like YS at this stage. Yes he’s interested in , probably love at first sight, in CSS but baiting her at every turn is not the way to win hearts. Brings Attention yes, but not win friends and influence others so to speak. If someone did that to me all day, I’d try to avoid him/her.
