Holy sh!t, 80 lbs is insane. Isn't healthy weight for a 5'6-5'7 girl like 120 lbs? Even 100 lbs is super skinny unless you're 5'2 or under. But I live in the west so I guess standards are different.

After seeing her in Shining Just For You, PXR looks so skinny in this drama 😯

Sounds familiar but I can't remember what it is either.

So far it's mostly comedy and cuteness, but a bit light in the plot department. But the exciting bits should be coming up very soon, when the villain starts to implement his schemes.

He's not evil though. He just has no choice because he works for the villain.

I think it's safe to say that FL's charisma and sex appeal carried this drama. Normally I'm not really a fan of Republican-era costumes, including qipao, and I haven't been that impressed with JT in her previous dramas. But here, she is like magic. Everything about her is smoking hot, especially when she's in badass domineering mode.

P.S.: Xi Xi is SOOOOOO CUUUUUTTTEEEE OMG she makes me want to have a daughter lolol

For some reason Chi Lan reminds me a lot of Princess Lan from Shining Just For You, even though it's not the same actress.

YHY from Ever Night is my personal fav. CQ from Princess Agents and Z17 from Ancient Detective ain't bad either. But yeah, there aren't enough badass female warriors in C-drama land.

Her illness is a very important and integral part of the plot. The reason will become clear towards the end of the drama. Her health improves when she's with the ML. But if you're expecting her to become actually powerful, that doesn't happen until the very end.

She is bad but she is definitely not the worst in C-drama land!

I find it strange that the daughter of a powerful warrior father doesn't know how to fight at all. But if she knew how to fight before, then she should instinctively still be able to now, even without her memories, just like how she still remembers her cosmetics/medical formulas and sailors' knots.

I loved her in TFoL. She overshadowed the FL in every way possible.

Didn't they mention at some point that she was bored and randomly sent letters to a whole bunch of people?

She's played cute characters before in her contemporary dramas like Rebirth of Shopping Addict. In the beginning of that drama she was really naive and useless because she was spoiled but then her family went bankrupt and she had to learn to take care of herself. She had a very cute and bubbly personality there.

Everyone is calling this a lighthearted and cute drama... am I missing something here? Are we even talking about the same drama? So far, it's just been the ML abusing the FL nonstop. Also, the most handsome man in the capital? Really? He's quite handsome compared to your average man, but compared to other actors he's average at best.

Yes he was hilarious in that drama. I can't really picture him as a badass general though 😂

You know she has an awesome dad when he's played by the same actor as Ban Hua's father in A Girl Like Me 😄

They all look way older than their character's age. She doesn't look 18 and older bro definitely doesn't look 26.

MY probably used something to hide his scent. After all, he almost never interacted with HZ/CL outside out the palace, where it's normal to have incense burning all the time. WJ couldn't have recognized him because he never interacted with his real brother, and then he was raised by the imposter. The emperor and empress should've noticed something though. Unless MY spent a long time studying the real prince and learning his habits/mannerisms before he killed him.
