P.S There is a japanese movie that is an adaptation from the manga, but I have no idea how it is.

No. This is a standalone kdrama. The plot is completely different. I remember reading some chapters from aku no hana and it has nothing to do with this. If it was based on aku no hana it would be stated.May I ask why did you think that it may be related?

The movie? I haven't seen it, but the description is completely different so probably they are nothing alike.

We will see how it plays out. I hope that there aren't any cliches. There are a lot of things to take into consideration since the woman who led him into the room saw he was alone. But then the culprit could break in...

No but there are basically two people that know about it. His daughter and his mother in law. And if the preview is not deceiving and he is supposed to be kidnapped then that basically ruins his alibi.

It was a video call and they could easily understand that he was somewhere where he shouldn't be.

You should watch until episode 3 and then decide. Certainly it is not for everyone, but I think it deserves a chance and from experience you should really give a chance to any drama until the 2-3 first episodes.
There are many examples with bad first episodes that are great series overall.

Εγώ το είδα μιας που το έδειξε η τηλεόραση αλλά δεν μου άρεσε. Δυστυχώς είχε πολλά αρνητικά στοιχεία, αλλά ευελπιστώ να βάλουν και αλλά kdrama στο μέλλον.
Πράγματι είναι θετικό το γεγονος ότι είναι μικρές οι σειρές τους. Αν δεν σου αρέσει και όλη να τη δεις δεν έχεις χάσει και ιδιαίτερα πολύ χρόνο.
Εγώ δεν έχω πρόβλημα με τα φαντασίας αν και ούτε εγώ τα προτιμώ, αρκεί να είναι κάτι αξιόλογο.
