In Ji Eun's case of "body horror", we can actually see her struggling in these 2-3 scenes where she attempts to use the public bathrooms in her male form. Each time, she heads toward the women's restroom, only to be met with screams, forcing her to apologize and rush out. When she looks at the men's side, she ultimately gives up and doesn't go inside. I felt so bad for her and honestly I bet that's only the tip of the iceberg of what she has to deal with daily.
I also believe that YJ should stop allowing others to walk all over him and become firmer. He could indeed learn a thing or two from Min Ju about how to reject someone without leaving them any room lol

Hmm on the contrary, I believe that if Min Ju were the guy and YJ the girl in this situation, things would be worse and the criticism would be even harsher. No amount of pretty or handsome privilege can excuse that kind of behavior. While some might enjoy red flag characters in fiction, I doubt the majority would be comfortable with it, especially if the FL already had a good ML by her side. Just look at Min Ju and her stalker situation.
In my opinion, the fact that Min Ju is a woman and that this script is written as a rom-com are the reasons why the series allows Min Ju to get away with it. However, even that is becoming tiresome now. The writers really need to straighten things out.

It seems that there is no specific reason behind the curse and Ji Eun may remain as a guy for the rest of her life, considering her grandmother's situation. This could explain why her mother was so tense and cryptic in the prior episodes. Our girl is really going through it...
On another note, Min Ju is so annoying and doesn't seem to take "no" for an answer. Honestly, YJ is receiving too much criticism. While he could be firmer and more assertive, he has denied her advances and has told her that he already has a girlfriend. However, he really needs to step up, as Min Ju is crossing all boundaries! He must go all out and cut ties with her for good or he could lose Ji Eun! I mean, our girl is already dealing with enough stuff and sure, this must have been a shock to him too but still she is the one having the hardest time adjusting as the person directly involved.
Btw it's really so hypocritical of Min Ju to act like that towards the stalker guy when this is what she has been doing to YJ.

He said that Shao You deserves better people around him because the ones he has are incompetent or smth and after watching today’s episode, I can’t help but agree lol His subordinates are trying to undermine him and get him removed from the CEO position, yet they haven’t made any progress in their research all this time and to make matters worse, one of his "friends" is trying to honey trap Hua Yong for his own gain in Shao You's absence...

I honestly doubt it. As someone who's read the novel ( even though it was long ago), I think they can wrap it up in just one season. Sadly, even with Stay With Me (the 2nd live-action adaptation of Addicted ), which was based on a much longer novel by Chai Jidan, only got one season that covered just the first part of the book. The second was never adapted, only released as an audiobook... still salty about that. So yeah, I really don't think a 2nd season will be necessary this time.

Just saw the update on X and we're getting two eps today and then one episode daily starting tomorrow??! Finally, they’re going full Cdrama style with the release! 🥳 These past few weeks have been tough trying to hold back and save up episodes to binge later… but now I can finally pick up where I left off and start watching! ☺️
That said…I am a little sad because this also means the series will be ending soon and the post-drama withdrawal is going to hit hard 🥹

It's entirely possible to appreciate one piece of work without tearing another down. Personally, I enjoy both BLs for different reasons. I understand that this one might not be for everyone, especially given its theme but that doesn't justify belittling those who do appreciate it.
