🤣 Yeah nope instead we got torture and suffering until the very end. Like she couldn't even grieve while he was dying because she was too busy SMILING for him... like seriously 🤣🤣🤣 I'm sorry but by that point I had lost almost all ability to care. I felt sad but detached not crying worthy. Honestly the thing that suprised me the MOST in the the was that the sister came back and hadn't killed herself off screen at some point due to her trauma and survivors guilt.

😅 I saw your comment about him dying last night when I still had two eps left to watch tonight and I was just like "sigh... I'm not even mad cause it LITERALLY figures" 🤣

It was like the most non-spoiler spoiler for a "sad" ending I've ever seen after everything else that happened in this show 😅

- One of the characters kills a woman with by bludgeoning her to death in front of everyone. Bloody holes are shown in her face.
- One of the characters has his hand almost sawed off
- one character kidnaps the hand saw character mother and girlfriend and in middle of crowded street tells him to choose one: save mother or gf. they will kill mother or have gf strip off all her clothes in front of everyone.
This character is forced to do something else and hangs himself. His gf cuts her wrist but lives.
- one character has a chain put around her neck and is forced to play piano for a crowd, guy randomly shocks the chain with electricity
- one woman is forced on hands and knees to bark and pick up a bone with her mouth or they will go to her son's school.
- one character is kidnapped and shown strapped down to an female exam chair and gangr* with a literal LINE shown outside the door.
- one character is peed on by another
- one character rakes a hatchet and kills another
- one character is beaten to death
- one character bites the head off a frog

yeah... I'm honestly SURE there's things I'm forgetting but 😅 you get the idea

You're amazing!

This was a very interesting watch. It's not heavy on the romance and spice scale, and it clearly had a much smaller budget than some other platforms minis but the story was fascinating.

There really isn't and it's Iqiyi so there probably won't be unless someone does private subs but I wouldn't get your hopes up.

I was personally expecting the "twist" to be that the two sisters had been in a cycle of rebirth for while trying to get their lives "right" and they would keep switching back and forth between during the various lives... So I was expecting that she'd end up dieing in the end and there'd be another foggy scene where she's laying on the ground as the other girl this time and it would show the story start over again and fast forward and then start "again". (So in the end it almost worked that way just NOT 😅)

😅 It's funny I saw this comment and then went to watch the last several episodes and was thinking "okay, yeah these are twists but I still saw them COMING" 🤣 But yeah... that last one 🤯 - I was expecting a COMPLETELY different final twist.

Finally watched some more and up through 15 and yup... This is both so good AND so unbelievable 😅

For Everlasting Longing, I agree 🤣 and that's where Im watching it too Im just behind on updating some of my shows 🤡.

For Princess 😅It's short but I think it's funny. It helps in my head that it feels more episodic than some verticals end up being so watching "JUST" 3 minutes isn't so bad actually in my mind.

🤣🤣🤣 Fair enough. There so much stuff constantly coming out that watching something that takes brain power just to try and determine what's happening based on piecing together the subtitles is a hassle. Right NOW it's probably a 7 but that's "mostly" again because of the subs - this STORY feels like it's interesting enough to me that if I could fully understand it it'd be more of an 8 - the production itself is just too low to justify anything higher for me.

How are you liking Everlasting Love though?

So I literally just took it as "this man has been through a LOT and HE'S not bad. He can help ME with my revenge against my family, so our goals align for the most part." Because she did initially think he was aligned with her sister and was wary of him, but when she realized that he was just using everyone for HIS agenda, that's when she warmed up to him.

So from what I have been able to gather here's the story: When the ML was a child his entire family was killed. It was covered up by a lot of influential people including his "uncle" the man the FL thought was her father. In the ORIGINAL timeline she really had no idea she wasn't the daughter. In THIS timeline she knows BUT it seems that it might not even be true because there was that line about the other girl and ML tampering with the mystical device to make SURE it said what they wanted. FL fought back by saying she was "already married" (had slept with him) and so she was still to go through with the marriage. BUT 2FL changed her mind (like FL knew she would) and demanded she ALSO marry the ML. So the Emperor made them BOTH marry him.
He has the Emperor ear because when he was in the army still he saved his life.
Now there is palace politics AND "sister" politics in play because 2FL feels that she grew up "with nothing" and the world owes it to her. So she plots to ruin her sister.
Meanwhile, the FL now doesn't like her sister or family because of 1st life and killing her so she is helping ML with his plan to find evidence of her family being part of the assassination.
The "friend" of ML keeps telling him that she IS the daughter of the enemy though so idk if that means that she really IS and its ALL a plot...
But I'll admit I am completely lost about the guy that they were interrogating and how his marriage was important to the palace OR how the 2FL is now calling Empress "Jiejie" 😅

I fell asleep after ep 10 and so far it's "slightly" more of a "two women fighting against each other" type story - but it's "mostly" a romance.
I just wish the subs were better because they always seem to mess up during the "actual" plot where details and intricacies matter instead of reading "The prince her house was burning dead" (not a real subtitle just example off my head)😮‍💨

Going under the name Heal the Moon on Iqiyi - machine subs (again 😭)

First, she isn't a god-like character. She doesn't have access to information about events going on other places except right in front of her. So while she may lack sympathy when she is "cruel" in telling him some of the things she does, from HER perspective it is all done with the strict purpose of saving his life. You all (and not just you but a lot of people here) would seemingly rather have seen a strictly unrealistic show which depicted that after a woman who has been married and fully morally devoted to a man for seven years, finds out that her first husband is ACTULLY still alive, that she immediately changes her detailed plans for revenge for his and his families death and instead they run off together. That the Emperor just said "Oh sorry, my bad, here divorce my high ranking Grand Tutor and instead I'll allow the only General who's name strikes fear into our enemies, and who even "I" don't like and am afraid of, to stop his military duties and live with you in seclusion. Oh, and that son who HAD thought your husband was his daddy? He's just going to get absolutely ZERO trauma being ripped away from everything he knows and being told "sorry baby, this uncle you ever never met before is ACTUALLY your daddy, not your daddy that loves you, dotes on you, and plays with you.
It's hilarious to me personally that people (Again not just you) are upset about her to the extent they are. Yes, she is annoying because the PLOT is annoying at times but it's the PLOT not the CHARACTER. You literally can't have something both ways... she IS married to her husband. She has been married to him for SEVEN years. That man is the one the world acknowledges as her son's father and the one she promised he could have because he couldn't have children. (Did he lie, yes, but SHE doesn't know that). Yes, she loves the ML but she literally ONLY contemplates actually being with him and divorcing her husband when she finds out how much he has had a hand in trying to KILL the ML, and that it WASN'T an act, even siding with their enemies to do so.

If anything, she is the exact OPPOSITE off a fair weather girl. Staying loyally by her husband's side even against her own emotions and desires, despite any hardships she has to weather for the cause and to ensure that this cause does NOT harm the man she loves, causing him to directly die. 😅 (The poison doesn't count because she didn't know he was already so badly poisoned previously).
