Why is it so difficult to get a sensible and coherent plot with Mainland dramas…… this started off great for the first 20 episodes……. Ok maybe not great but quite good…. Towards the end it just… had so many unanswered questions….
Shitzzz, this will be cancelled… noooooo…. I was really looking forward to this…. Oooo maybe Netflix will still release it… like they maintained Word of Honor…
This series is super addictive and makes my heart skip a beat though the plot is so predictable and simple…. Execution is super important… totally reminds me of What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim?…
This series is so real, maybe not all relatable due to them being in the police force but they showed such a real and raw side… the storyline and especially the script is so….. real, practical and just reflects reality… one can only imagine the daily lives and family lives of police officers especially in dangerous countries…
The heart wrenching moments in this drama is so surreal, that goes for the unfairness. As much as it could be an exaggerated, it at least depicts the outline of the police force and politics in South Korea…
it’s sad that Season 2 is up in the air without further development… also no idea why they removed it from Netflix.
Wow. I’m impressed, maybe because my expectations were super low. Production quality is super high for a Mainland drama; acting of the cast has room for improvement but bearable.. think the supporting cast of each case are more natural compared to the leads…. especially the detective…
Have not watched Story of Minglan actually. Is it a good show? I'm afraid with the long episode btw.
yes! It’s SUPER good. The best Mainland drama I’ve watched aside from Joy of Life… I mean there are like a few more but those are like wuxia/fantasy genre…
This is so good….. the visuals….. the storyline is even quite surprising except for the slow start…. The editing is not as good as Story of Ming Lan… but this is defo a 8.5 for me…
do u think it's okay for me to skip ep 6-14? cuz I'm bored with the drama already but you said ep 15/16 finally…
Totally agree…. It’s kind of different from the first 9 episodes…. I understand they needed to build the backstory etc…. But just something was off, can’t pin-point exactly wot… but this has been so good since episode 10… and all the food shots/scenes super well done, kinda like all the Netflix food shows.
i am going to watch this so the correct oders is 3-4-1-2?
Yeah. But I deduced it from the storyline. I don’t think it was explicitly mentioned anywhere. You would get confused a little regardless coz of change in actors and actresses so probably need to try to remember their names or something…
I actually thought this was really good… lol. Sounds like I’m minority… and Elvis Han is really charming although he’s short. Like his smile is really warm for a dude… very fitting for the character….
i found it here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gTdrAgEZXIE
Should defo watch it in chronological order…. Less confusing and a lot more enjoyable. Better background to the characters as well esp since the change actors and actresses for the same character. It should be 3–>4–>1–>2.
