I think the only time I actually found Sheng being mad mad, was when Hua called in sick and Sheng turns up to their apartment in hotel X. Only to find out that Hua had taken the pheromone modifier again, to have his scent be omega again. When I read that in the novel, Sheng really came across as mad. Him saying I’m done and wanting to walk away, Hua did a lot of things, but never was it that bad that Sheng said I’m done and leaving.

I don’t know if you read the novel, but Sheng at some point realizes that Hua is still the same guy he fell for. Quote from the novel; “Clearly, Hua Yong was still the same Hua Yong - gentle expression, soft voice, the scent of orchid-laced pheromone still wafting gently through the air. Apart from the fact that his traits leaned more towards Alpha now, everything else remained exactly the same as before.”

Only thing Sheng has problems with after the marking, is the fact that - in his eyes - he is treated like an Omega by Hua.

If you still not completely understand why it was necessary for Hua Yong to make up this plan and act on it, maybe try reading the novel, it’s a bit more explained in that one.

Almost every straight c drama is restricted because of the censorship, it doesn’t matter if it’s historical, modern, costume, fantasy, there are no nc scenes. Characters kiss, thats the most you can expect. Desire and Revenged Love already went further then most straight series. People who are still complaining about the nc scenes need to realize that these are Chinese series, you cannot expect Thai practices when it comes to NC scenes!

The community all seem to agree on that PitBabe isnt actually a Omegaverse, they use Alpha and Enigma words, but thats about it. I do agree Pitbabe is about sex being the plot (not as much as My Stubborm, but still it’s very present), where as Desire doesnt. Honestly I kind of like the fact that it’s parts censored, the scenes are more sensual, kind of warmer and more artsy then just the “plain” Thai nc scenes. The team had to resort to other means of getting the message across and for me it worked.

From what I remember, Hua is “cleansing” the scent from the female omega who Sheng was with. He will do that a couple times in the series when that clingy female omega has been all over Sheng. Cleansing is basically a scent shower, it “washes” away the scent. But that will leave behind Hua his own scent, it’s basically a temporary scent marking, it’s different from a permanent marking. So not really seducing more like claiming him temporary.

The reason I think they are maybe changing it is because of the amount of episodes we still have and that combined with the main couple still having quite some moments that we still are going to see. They either going to rush things, change the storyline or cut it down.

Aroumd episode 4 it was a 8.4, but then got down voted a lot. Same thing happened to Revenged Love. Some people are just bitter and don’t want their favorite series to be “over taken” by other series.

“Are you and SWL together?” Easiest answer is “No we are not together”.

I thought he becomes pregnant from ths first rut/heat after the marking. That would be the third time, them being together.

GT also can just ask, he also doesn’t do that.

GT was so stubborn, him, the baby and WL suffered because of his decisions. The fact that he risked his life and the baby’s life, by not even being near an compatible alpha until he went to hospital, never really sat right with me. Same with the 7 proposals, what more do you want a guy to do for you. Honestly WL had so much patience, I would’ve walked after the 3th and just asked for shared custody (but hey thats me and I’m not an Alpha suffering from Mate Seeking Syndrome). From all 4 characters, GT is the one I least like. But you are right, it couldve all been prevented if only they communicated.

I honestly have a hard time understanding any of the parents. I feal disgusted by GT parents, both parents honestly. GT mother talked/forced him a trauma on, GT dad was willing to sell him for the right price, who does that honestly.

If GT his mother had been an adult about it and actually taken the time to talk to GT in a healthy way, she could’ve just explained that being an omega was going to be difficult and dangerous. That he needed to be careful, not to trust people easily, GT probably wouldn’t have turned out like that.

And than you have WL his parents which is a whole other story. SSY his father isnt much better, he put so much pressure on SSY from an early age. Let’s not mention HY his dad, what with him being number 14?” and dad only acknowledging the first 7 of his children.

You have been saying that to almost everybody who doesn’t share the same opinion as you, for the last couple of hours. We get it you hate Hua Yong, we don’t care. Some of us actually like the characters and are trying to enjoy the series! I hear you talk about Hua Yong but I don’t hear anything about Gao Tu, who also lied for years and years to his supposed friend and person he loves. But let me guess, that’s different, right?

I think this might be an unpopular opinion, but I honestly wished at some point while reading the novel WenLang would fall for somebody else. I got really pissed at GT for running away and not telling WenLang the truth. Even though I know he is doing what he thinks is best for him and their child.

But honestly denying the father of their child to meet said child for 3 years, made me feel so revolted and repulsed by it. All because of (unfounded) assumptions and fear to an answer of a very generic question, which seeing the hate WenLang holds for Omegas the answer was to be expected. GT couldve made it a bit more personal or even a hypothetical scenario.

WenLang missed a lot of firsts because of what GT did, first time smiling, first time walking, first words, etc. GT took that from WenLang. As soon as WenLang found out that GT was that omega and pregnant, he did everything possible to find GT. Yet everybody kept stepping in and keeping him away from GT, he suffered so so much. GT couldve just gathered his courage and told WenLang the truth, seeing how WL reacted after finding out the truth, I like to think that even though WL would’ve been probably angry at the beginning, he would’ve helped. GT never even gave WL a chance. I hate to say this, but GT his life couldve been a lot more easier if for example he had cut off his dad, I know Asian families and cutting off family is practically taboo.

WL trusted GT completely, GT had never given WL a reason to doubt him, so why would WL even think for a second that GT isnt the beta he says he is. People who say that WL should know by now, seem to forget that what we as viewers know and see, the characters don’t know. WL trusted GT, yet GT couldnt ever give that same trust back to WL. Hell GT couldve written WL a letter, explaining everything, he didn’t expect to ever come back, running away like that, so why not write a letter explaining it?!

He shows up in one scene, when Hua again uses the pheromone modifier, because he is the doctor who administered it to him. And then in that same scene he hits on Sheng. But you are right he doesn’t hold any significance for the novel, he is barely mentioned.

You could have just said that you don’t know of don’t understand Omegaverse. The reason Hua went for Sheng and not the other two dudes (which did not even happen in the novel) is because Hua has already “chosen” his mate. I’ll explain Mate Seeking Syndrome for you, seeing as you probably aren’t going to look it up yourself.

Mate Seeking Syndrome is a condition that affects an Alpha (and in this case Enigma) who is experiencing their rut, without the presence of their destined mate, causing extreme pain, madness, and an unbearable consuming urge to find and claim their mate. Hua has “chosen” Sheng to be his mate years and years ago. So during his ruts Hua will do anything and everything to get to his mate. Hua doesnt want to hurt Sheng, so he chains himself up, to prevent that.

The hotel was Hua losing control. The whole reason why he chains himself up during his ruts is because he doesn’t want to hurt Sheng. He suffers from mate fever and from mate seeking syndrome, look it up if you don’t know what that means. But I’ll repeat, Hua lost control of himself during his rut and was practically a wild animal! Don’t expect human morals in an Omegaverse story, where they work with different rules and hierarchies!

I feel like there is a high probability that the storyline of GT and WL is going to be changed. There are only 5 more episodes and honestly the main couple still have a lot of moments that are supposed to happen. I dont think there is going to be enough screentime for the second couple if they follow the storyline of the novel. They have already started changing scenes, for example the scene where GT and WL visit HY in hospital didnt happen in the novel.

You might want to tag that as a spoiler, not everybody has read the novels and knows what is going to happen.

Don’t take this to heart, but I’m glad the writer didnt went that way! Hua Yong could never become as deranged as Jaemin (secret relationship) was.
