Wen Yi Fan is my favorite character in this story. Once you get her perspective, there are a lot of layers in her character, and it brings so much depths to the story at the same time instead of the typical boy chase girl story. And, I love this story for it.

Dian Dian came from how she wrongly wrote her name back when she was a kid. This nickname used by Si Qiao and Xiang Lang who were her friends and classmates back then.

Shuang Jiang is the nickname given by her father. Because she was born around the time of first frost (Shuangjiang = "Frost Descent" from 24 solar term). Her family members use this nickname, and call her Shuang Jiang, Ah Jiang, etc.

Sang Yan added her surname "Wen" to that nickname and call her Wen Shuang Jiang from time to time. It's Sang Yan's exclusive way of addressing WYF.

I came over from KDrama not too long ago as well. It took me a bit of an effort to get used to CDrama airing schedule. In the beginning, I was wondering how long do they even take to finish airing a 40-episode drama basing off from the KDrama airing schedule.

It's both a blessing and curse lol. Following more than one airing CDrama at a time is basically watching drama full time every night. 😂

This is the emotional trauma WYF needs to overcome, so it's tied to major plot developments. The gist is, WYF decides to open up about everything to Sang Yan eventually after all those events.
