WHAT KIND OF MONSTER...

this was a pretty entertaining drama if you know the right places to skip and speed up. i really enjoyed the main couples chemistry, they were so good together. i got attatched to most of the characters too, and was so sad when some of them died. i really hate when they kill off the father in like every histroical cdrama. and they also had to kill off the big brother. why. the logic in this show kind of made 0 sense sometimes, and all of their deaths were stupid so that made me more mad. the ending was rushed too.

still, i honestly had a lot of fun watching this, the story was really interesting. when it ended i felt that weird empty feeling. i guess this always happens with long dramas, you get so used to their world and seeing all the characters, that when it ends it feels like you almost teletransported back away from their world.

glad te younger brother got a happy ending. and at least their family can be happy. i am on team, "she's alive and was in hiding for a while" cause yeah, otehrwise i'll feel too sad. the sets in this show were so pretty my god. what the hell. they must all be so expsensive.

this is a sweet no-conflict drama that was really fun to watch, it also had some interesting scenes, the ending got a little draggy, but i enjoyed most of it.

hahah. this FL is something XD at first i didnt really like her, but there was a typical scene where they get photographed looking "couplely" or whatever, and the whole office starts gossiping about them. of course this would be the cue to avoid him now or be worried about how they're seen at work, but she actually ends up being excited because she writes mystery/crime novels and has never been "followed" before like her characters lmao.

i love the two side couples. omg, i just love them. i think all the main female roles in this show are really likeable.
the lawyer and guy friend are adorable (theyre already so cute together as friends hahah)
the older brother and guy friends sister are also hilarious and adorable.

i really like the MLs acting and his character. he acts so well as someone with an emotionless illness as opposed to just a jerk ceo who acts all exaggerated and mean for no reason. he also retains his posed and mature "teacher- like" presence throughout the whole show (not when he has amnesia, but when he's really him) and i just really like that, because i hate when the main couple fall in love and then suddenly have completely different personalities. plus his character is just so stubborn and steadfast in his ways, that its so fun watching his character develop.
i meane thats the usual fun of a "emotionless ceo" drama, watching the main guy change, but lets be real, its never done very well. something about his interntal conflict in this drama and the good acting is peak entertainment.
the chemistry with the FL is also very very natural. i dont hate her character too.

yessssssssssssss, the dialogue is top tier (i can tell even with awful subs) its like the drama is character driven so every scene is so interesting between the main couple. the male actor is also the best stone-faced ceo ive ever seen. like it's actually believable... like the way he acts is actually like he has an illness and isnt just a jerk for 0 reason.

the best scene of this drama is when shi yue drags his tech friend out of a drunken abyss and throws him into the shower telling him that he ruined his life so his friend shouldnt ruin his by hanging around him, and to get up and go talk to the vet girl.
- i liked the tech guy
- i liked the two dads and their bickering
- i liked the love story of the childhood friend and the director of the company (but that literally had no real conclusion, im mad)
- i liked the childhood friend and his dads relationship, hilarious
- i liked the FLs nephew. he was cute.

what you don't know is this drama is actually about a glowing pirate ship that sails the shanghai river every morning amongst all the modern boats.

why pirate ship? why are you here in modern times? why do you exist.

i have so many questions...............

omg, that sucks. where im from you can just do any uni course for a year (even a low entry one) and then you qualify for even really hard to get into courses. (i guess doing a year of uni is more expensive than a year of HS again, but you dont need to take an entrance exam) also alot of the times, you can do classes from the course you want in that first "make up" year so its not really a waste of money.....
no wonder these kids study so hard in the dramas

yes, just posted a similiar comment. wow, i hope some korean teachers arent really like this, i've heard that teachers also don't really get involved with bullying issues and other stuff. i just, feel bad for hyunho who is a good kid trying to improve himself. why are these grownass adults messing with young teenagers like this. you're literally ruining his future and in a way, his life

WOW. the teachers in this are making my blood actually boil. how can you be so dismissive of a student trying his best, or asking you for advice, expecially if he used to have no expectations of his self and didnt want to improve, but now he does and is seeking advice. i literally.... cannot. these people should not be around children. wtf
