1. I never claimed that "because it works for me, it will work for everyone else." 2. I wanted to share the perspective of an international user regarding your comment: "You know Youku doesn’t work for all international viewers, right? Even international users will take our money but won't let us watch the content." 3. It's unfortunate for your friends. 4. Have a good life and enjoy the upcoming drama
I am currently reading a novel and watching an ongoing manga. It's a lovely romance that reminds me a bit of "Love Between Fairy and Devil."
I noticed Arthur Chen a while back in "Ever Night," and I couldn't understand why he hasn't appeared in more dramas. He is handsome and charismatic. I wonder if his agency is not promoting him well or if he has turned down roles.

This upcoming drama features two trailers and will be available on Youku International, where also many costume dramas are being announced with English subtitles. I pay quarterly for the service and am satisfied with the content.
I really enjoyed the second part, especially after the villain was killed. One positive aspect of this drama is the emotional moments it portrays. Whenever a hero dies, the aftermath is handled in a way that is both emotional and well-executed.
I found Episode 25 to be better than the last three or four episodes.
They cut so much that transition from one event to the next are almost inexistent. I personally struggle with…
Yes, especially when it is on top of Chinese text on YouTube. Some platforms use black instead of transparent. I am fine with semi-transparent backgrounds as they definitely make it easier to read.
You forgot Golden immortal Han Li but he's immortal anyway right😂
loll
I'm currently re-reading the novel. I realized that I stopped reading after a few volumes. I usually have a good memory of what I read, but that was a few years ago.
I almost finished the part about his time with Doctor Mo, and I'm surprised by how the story was adapted in the donghua and the drama. It's not that the changes were significant, but the way the characters viewed each other was completely different.
His personality is definitely that of an anti-hero but influenced by Doctor Mo.
I wonder if they were trying to avoid the criticism of Ever Night by shortening the number of episodes. In Ever…
While some 2-minute or 10-minute dramas can be enjoyable, they often lack the quality of longer productions. Additionally, I’ve noticed that many of the characters in these short dramas are portrayed as caricatures (especially the villains). Although some performances are decent, the poor acting tends to overshadow the good ones, in my opinion.
They changed the title to "The Immortal Ascension," which, for me, refers more to the transportation array leading to the next realm.
I started to wonder if this might only be one season. They could alter the story to conclude with this transportation, and the title could simply reflect that.

The poor actors were in the desert during a mini dust storm. At one point, I thought their beards and wigs would fly away, lol.

I added a familiar stranger on my list. Thanks for sharing
