Oh, she has a no kiss policy? No wonder. The scene when they are both fully clothed under the covers... I think this intimate scene episode was very confusing and silly. I kept thinking, did they or did they not? Being under the covers seemed to imply yes, yet they both were fully clothed, lol. She acted like a 12-year-old teen, not a mature, educated woman who spent years learning medicine, and she was not convincing when she pulled her hair. I didn't hate her, but I felt she was not a good match. She looked older than him physically but childish mentally. I got tired of the endless, longing, staring eyes supposedly expressing their love. I guess without him as the main lead, I wouldn't love it as much. There is another Chinese male actor who is rumored to have a no kiss policy, and it's the same with him. He keeps playing in romantic dramas. It's a pity. They aren't convincing in their acting. The funny part is, with any other similar drama, I would have been extremely critical in my review. Why this exception, I wonder?

It truly saddens me that the author also the screenwriter and the director made the set such an unhappy environment. I do not know the first 2 actors but I am very happy it was him.
This drama is full of issues, lack of budget to create exciting backgrounds and hiring enough actors. FL was not a good match for ML. The prudish approach regarding the main couple was ridiculous. The ending was frustrating. And on and on…
Yet… still love this drama and adore the OST. lol
