Could also be a symbolic metaphor of them living in the mortal realm “without baggage”. 😂 that or they…
TZ and YD are mortal so it is rather bizarre that they can change their clothes plus shoes to coordinate with their clothes so often.
all joking aside if they both had money would be feasible to keep buying new clothes but is it possible to keep buying new clothes, shoes plus undergarments to be changed then dumped everyday??

this factor was missed out by production because everyone is concentrating on the drama not the small details of luggage bags but i felt it was fun to point out. :-)

Ah~ this same exact thing happened in WRTW🤣 We made a joke about those long, big sleeves being Doraemon pouch,…
I got the same thing because dong hua dijun actually carried a tea table and a bed in those sleeves but mind he was in the heavenly realm.

plus now TZ & YD are mortal, clothes are not a big deal but they got a change of shoes too?? those things are really hard to shrink and unshrink in my opinion. :-)
a technicality that the production team over looked.

So in short, Monday now becomes the most fav day in a week 🤣🤣🤣
now the drama is picking momentum, you should have been around the last 2 weeks when haters were causing the ratings to be very low. quack 'critics' were reviewing the drama without having watched it causing a ruckus here as well.
On Immortal Samsara: Part 1 Aug 6, 2022
Something light to contemplate as we wait patiently for another 2 whole days before new episodes are released.

any one notice that when TZ decided to leave the mountains eventually meeting YD all the way till ep 25 he nor YD brought any 'luggage'? not even the normal cloth bag with stick to carry all those change of clothes that been happening in ep 23-25. :-)
or maybe TZ shrunk his clothes and carried them around in that gourd hanging around his waist together with captured spirits??

never read the novel but from comments this drama maybe followed about 30-40% of the actual novel.am with you…
that is what is stated based on the episodes that have aired so far.

i want more comedic scenes of the 2 lovebirds sort of sparring with each other trying to best the other in the mortal realm.

For those who've read the novel, when does Ying Deng get fully wiped out, never to be seen again? I've just watched…
never read the novel but from comments this drama maybe followed about 30-40% of the actual novel.
am with you on that evil candle but have to take my hat off to her for her excellent acting as the evil main villain subsequently being the most hated in this drama to date and the demon king has not appeared yet (if he/she actually exist).

Oww! 😭😭😭😭 where?
will take those trailers with a bag of salt. been bluffed by youku trailers before so am going to enjoy comedic arc as much as i can before the tears start flowing. :-)

many viewers were actually waiting to watch more episodes because the chinese media / hateful fans of certain actors were not giving good impressions on Immortal Samsara that is my guess on the rating reflection too.
Now more viewers are getting interested and that is why there are more comments and the rating is holding steady.

Ok that’s it, I can watch an entire episode with Chen Yi and Yang Zi just staring at each other on the screen…
agreed maybe add a comedic line like say - would you like to sleep in the jade gourd tonight?? *wink wink. :-)

hi. hope you having a good day so far?am hoping the same thing, the trailers are giving me annoying vibes because…
i read up on it previously (sept 2019) all chinese dramas cannot be more than 60 episodes then in 2022 dramas cannot have more than 40 episodes thus most production companies decided to split their dramas into 2 parts that is the loophole that they can use to by pass the episode restriction rule technically if the production companies play their cards right 40 episodes for each part accumulated could be 80 episodes in total. this started with 'the blue whisper' so other dramas followed suit.

to me it is a great watch but mind might get abit draggy because L&D was aired before the episode restrictions were implemented so has about 60 episodes if I am not mistaken.

I watched L&R another is Love & Destiny where the god of war dug out his artificial heart to replace an artifact and attempt to save Lingxi. I was so relieved that finally a supreme god sacrifice something important to save a love one.

hi. hope you having a good day so far?am hoping the same thing, the trailers are giving me annoying vibes because…
as I respect yours. (am on the computer so can't insert any emojis)

am just fed up that woman have to be dumb and helpless while the men get away with almost (not all) everything. the women are always sacrificing - bai qian (her eyes), jin mi (her life), lingxi (her hearing and voice) what other organ or limb can be sacrificed in the heavens anyway? a lung or a kidney maybe part of a liver?? :-)

Yes, YY and YD positions were not par with each other thus I feel YD sacrifices were worth more being such a low fairy having to save a 'supreme god'. I get it love sees no boundaries (and all that jazz) but give the fairy a break she cut her heart for a supreme god that has to earn more celestial points right?.

I don't mind the comedic mortal arc right now because it is more light as it was heavy in the heavens arc this is rather refreshing as the lovebirds are meeting in totally different situations/worlds/ circumstances having found each other is fate whether their 'love' will overcome again we need to see the rest of the drama.
am also really liking their 'teamwork' in the mortal realm (as I did comment yesterday - like a 1980's movie about vampire hunting, the vampire hunter and his silly sidekick (who gets into trouble more often than not but ALWAYS ends up saving the 'master' at the very last minute)).

am very well aware of it but I am a firm believer of 'an eye for an eye'.

Yes YD loved YY with all her 'heart' literally, figuratively and truly while YY was the same only after he realised what YD had done for him (giving him half her heart was only touching the surface at the time) but he could not acknowledge nor clarify instead accepted that YD let Zhixi take the glory while YD took the fall so to speak.

Now in the mortal realm I feel it should be 'pay back' time (this is solely my opinion). They are right now falling in love all over again in the mortal realm only as the drama progresses can we say how much they have or will sacrifice and if they will grow stronger as a couple or even end up being together.

hi. hope you having a good day so far?am hoping the same thing, the trailers are giving me annoying vibes because…
so far youku has released trailers until episode 29 if I am not mistaken.
we almost 3/4 of the way to finish part 1 and most of the series were either how YD was sort of kept a distance by YY then bullied/framed by the evil lamp followed by YM searching for YD the main leads have barely any screen time until they in the mortal realm & that is only 3 episodes.

When TZ cuts out half a heart or important organ to save YD we can sit and talk about equal punishment until then MEH. :-)

Rewatching trailers and previews and I noticed the one scene where Yan Dan got stabbed by a sword and Tang Zhou…
hi. hope you having a good day so far?
am hoping the same thing, the trailers are giving me annoying vibes because the MV (clips) has TZ refusing to kill/sacrifice YD but another (youku clips) has YD actually being stabbed and bleeding out because of TZ.
it freaks me out when i see contradicting trailers, youku has better stop making my heart ache for the YY/TZ and YD.

on another note, i am prepared to be bashed in. :-)
there is a scene where TZ is whipped 10 times for breaking a rule trust me i felt NOTHING because YD got struck by heavenly lightning 7 times while trying to save YY so what is 10 whips? meh. lets move on.

To me i was wondering why the supreme majesty agreed so quickly to let ying yuan go to the mortal realm knowing…
this i agree to a certain extent. he is very suspect from the very start of the drama but i can't put my finger on it at the moment.
i thought he was being a cruel ruler or a crazy one at that for not allowing the deities/Gods fall in love.
and the point of letting YY keep his memories and power but it did not happen was really weird - why say it but not implement said statement?

To me i was wondering why the supreme majesty agreed so quickly to let ying yuan go to the mortal realm knowing…
i have to disagree, that was why i was somewhat reluctant to state which colour was it that Lu Ming was indicating as 'weird'.
when YD jumped off the bridge her celestial spirit was stripped from her the colour was light blue.
when the evil candle was stripped from her deity status and tossed into the pool she had light yellow to orange swirling around her.
YY had both light blue and yellow so that was not the scene where his celestial vest/armor was damaged or destroyed.

Title Immortal Samsara: Part 1 Spoiler
To me i was wondering why the supreme majesty agreed so quickly to let ying yuan go to the mortal realm knowing…
that is your perspective (i respect your different take on this) but to me i rewatched and Lu Ming said no such thing. the only promise was from the heavenly king who said he would let YY retain his memories and powers which is why for YY to be completely mortal with no memories when going to the mortal realm on a mission initially made no sense to me at all (still does not).
YY celestial vest/armor was not destroyed there was one single lighting bold when YY was transporting to the mortal realm after going through the pool and i think it was a heavenly lightning to seal the vest/armor.
YY celestial vest/armor was disturbed/damaged and 'leaking' his celestial spirit in the first attack when TZ left the mountain in the mortal realm. the sword spirit tried to help but Lu Ming came after to assist and inform TZ (who he actually is) to find the 4 holy artifacts to mend the cracked/damaged vest/armor as Lu Ming was just a small deity and yes did not have that much power to help TZ at the time.
