1) that damn candle only left us in peace for 1 and a half episodes! am about to sign up for twacker or weeboo just to complain to youku about their ranking of the actors in this series. Just put Yangzi and Cheng yi as support roles and that YM guy and candle being referred to as lead roles. 😛
2) I laughed at the flowers because that is a modern (people take note) arrangement and aren't roses not indigenous to china in ancient times?
3) am still have my a/c blowing at me after watching the trailers about xuanyian or what ever his name is (YY father?) not going to guess because youku enjoys antagonizing us by mixing the trailers up like a cocktail and the scene does not get shown in the way perceived.
4) that is the demon illusion of dreams so each individual had their respective dreams YD most painful was crossing the forgetting river thank goodness it was just a dream what was portrayed in the trailers made everyone think YD going to do all that crap all over again. NOT FUNNY Youku! Stop the torture and give us a pair of Goudans pronto (chop chop👏🏻👏🏻).
5) Bravo to the production team as the CGI of that demon python is simply amazing!
11) at this point of the series (ep 36) am so done with all that preaching of celibacy. was about to shout at the screen (TZ) to just go be a freaking monk however his looks so good in the purple ombre gown that I forgave him for now. 😅
12) I think its the damn candle using YD lotus petal to take on YD's looks - the candle did practise the black arts.
am alright about the tortoise and fox playing tag with young kiddy love infused - lucky they got their romance going on.

I don't like it when a wig is haphazardly attached/fastened = sloppy work. I too have a few modern dramas which i believe unless a group of elders are in the drama there will be no white wig in sight. 🤣
