If those two don't fix themselves by the next episode Minoru's dad is going to give them both a good thumb upside the head, he's got them all figured out. lol

The second I read what you wrote it made me want to watch Rak Diao again because it reminded me of that series so much.

I still think that was one of if not the best of any time travel romance series/movie endings I've ever seen.

I don't know if you've ever watched Pond on any of the youtube videos he's done, but he's got a hilarious streak in him as well as able to have that bad-boy energy as you said. The banter between Cooper and Pond was be amazeballs....although I would feel sorry for anyone that had to deal with them / try to keep up with those to together on a set. I think they'd feed off of each other way too well.

Whelp.....at least Bamee didn't end up with Soda in the end.

I liked the way the Pinoy BL series "Happenstance" handled the ending better than how "Past-enger" did it. In that one they ended up meeting again with the large age gap but he pretty much ended up with the son/grandson in the end if I remember right. I'm glad they didn't go the "Dew" route, but I do wish they had come up with something different.

I do think the cast did the best with what they had to work with, but damn Cooper must have been tired from carrying that series. The funny/sad thing is he scenes with the older cast members had a better chemistry dynamic than with the rest of the cast.

I'd definitely like to see Cooper in another BL series, especially one with a better script, etc. and paired with someone that compliments his talent more. I think pairing him with Pond Ponlawit Ketprapakorn would be an awesome pairing and they would play off of each other really well.

Agreed with everything except the cake thing. There is nothing out of context about Itts obsession for cake. In…
That's exactly my point, they gave no context as to why he's obsessed with cake in the series, so it just comes off as incredibly obnoxious and annoying.
On Love Syndrome III May 20, 2023
I still think the moist puzzling thing about this series is that Lee Long and Frank had their own Y-Diary youtube series they were doing, and they had more chemistry together in that than Itt and Day did throughout the series.

When adapting a series from a source material it's important to stay true to the source material at least to some degree, even if it's more of an "in the spirit of" type of thing, but the series also needs to be able to stand on it's own. The problem with this series is that they tried to cover too much of the source material, while also trying to avoid large parts of it because of it's content, and in the process did a poor job of giving context to situations and character traits. They spent way too much time trying to include side characters from the source material that ended up having little to no relevance in the series.

Itt was obnoxiously annoying right from the start, I get it he's a spoiled brat, but there were so many better ways they could have conveyed that than an out of context obsession with cake. aside from that, I've seen a lot of the actors from this series in other series and some of them are quite good, which is really strange because you wouldn't know it from this series. Writing, directing, and acting coaches are crucial when dealing with subject matter / characters that are so different from what people experience, and I do think several of the actors had trouble really getting into the character more than a surface deep understanding of them.

I don't know. I enjoyed Enchanté more than ABAAB.
I liked the idea behind the story, but not so much the execution of it.
On A Boss and a Babe May 19, 2023
Fluke X Ohm (Thi X Zo) had more chemistry together in one scene than Force X Book did in the entire series. That said, Force X Book were definitely an improvement in this compared to Enchante, so maybe in another 4 or 5 series they'll actually be a decent working couple if GMM insists on keeping them together.

Fluke X Ohm at this point deserve their own series after carrying all the cute in this one and for that matter, give Java (Thoop) the secondary lead couple role in that series as well.

The script for this was just terrible. There were so many things tossed in just for drama sake and then never resolved in any way. Their Our Skyy 2 episodes seem to just be a bog standard role reversal so it's not like anything will even be resolved in that. This whole series could have been 6-8 episodes long and still felt like they were padding it out.

GMM needs to have Ohm X Nanon, First X Khao, Gemini X Fourth, and a couple of their other working couples give a master class in kissing / intimate scenes. If you're going to add them in then fine, but at least have them where they don't look like one or both people are uncomfortable with doing it. It's one thing to have it look awkward because the characters themselves are awkward in a first kiss / intimate scene, but it's another thing when it just comes off like the actors don't want to do it. Again back to Fluke X Ohm in this series, they never looked uncomfortable in any of their scenes.

You're always more than welcome to message me if you ever need/want to talk.

As far as everything else, you take it day by day, hour by hour, hell even second by second if that's what you need to make it through and seize every little bit of happiness you can along the way.

This comment has nothing to do with the show but i just wanna share my life to anyone who took their time in reading…
Bluntly speaking, sometimes you just have to realize the best thing you can do for yourself is say "fuck them all!". If they can't handle that small part of you then that's their problem, not yours.

I know that sounds harsh, but at the end of the day it's your life, your happiness, not theirs.

As far as the whole religion side of it, I'm about the least religious person out there, but isn't there some saying or scripture or whatever that says something about god made all humans in his/her/its image, so doesn't that mean that LGB+ were created exactly as they were meant to be?

I don't know how old you are, what your financial situation is, etc. but the best advice I can give you is this, get yourself financially able to support yourself, get out on your own and then when you're ready, tell them if that's what you want. Sure you might lose some or even all of them over it, it may take some of them time to learn to accept it, or you never know they might surprise you, but in the end what really matters is your own mental health and your own happiness, it is your life after all, not theirs.

You already took a big step by sharing yourself here with us, there are plenty of us that are LGB+ to help be your support system and hopefully you have some friends, etc. that can be your support system as well.

-----

I'm 42, I grew up when it used to be GLB, then the gay panic hit with the HIV/AIDS crisis and it was changed to LGB because lesbians were seen as less scary/less of a threat. I never would have thought back then that gays would be getting married, adopting kids, and all the other bits of progress that have been made since then. Definitely never thought I'd say gay relationships on TV and now well here we are, and not just as the stereotypical comedic relief. The point is, things, opinions, attitudes, etc. change all the time.

If you haven't seen it yet, the Pinoy BL series "The Day I Loved You" while being a visual rip off of heartstopper is really good so far, even thou the episodes are annoyingly short.

If there was one good thing about when the pandemic was going on (not that there was anything good about it) it's that it forced the production teams / studios to work with as absolutely little as possible, which also forced them to really focus on the quality of the story, etc.

I was really hoping that was going to be the one thing to come out of the end of the pandemic, but yeah...apparently not.

Pick it back up!!!
Vice Versa had a lot of world building in the first few episodes, but once they got past that and got into the "we might as well enjoy the ride" part of the story it really did get good.
