Same here. I wouldn’t mind so much that he has no noticeable charisma and looks bland, but I find his acting quite weird. I know some scenes are supposed to be funny, but instead of showing us the comedy, he looks like he doesn’t know how to act. His comedic timing is completely off..

I think you misunderstood the idea of karma. People with evil thoughts/deeds will attract more of the same. This is called the law of attraction. The universe will get this done all without your active help.

How is this the worst thing?
Revenge is destructive for all parties involved. The best revenge is to live a good life despite it all.

Watched 4 episodes so far and I just looooove the FL. She is witty and lively without being annoying, beautiful and still edgy enough to be believable as a general.
Not too impressed with the ML. He feels a bit bland. As a supposed playboy he is definitely missing some spark to make anyone believe it. And what’s with that forced husky voice? He permanently sounds like he’s trying to whisper, even in a normal conversation.
I also really like the emperor (the acting, not the character). He is wonderfully intense and it is nice to see some older actor in a prominent role.

I agreed with you that this drama seems to be treated unfairly. It is an ok drama to watch and would deserve a higher rating, especially in comparison with some really silly ones that did.
However, it makes me sad when I see how invested you are in trivial things like this. It’s just a TV show, it should be for entertainment, not a life purpose.
