I challenge you to provide a single comment, where I have called it feminist shit but I do agree with people sentiment here. There is literally no difference "misogynist" and original asker... their behaviour pattern, motives and everything else is exactly like people she is against.

This drama is indeed 9.0+ but FL mental issues and emotional breakdowns have started to get to the people. I don't think people care about the romance, but FL has started to become mini version of her father and ML has become biggest red flag. I would never allow someone with "that severe mental issues" near my daughter (when I have one), especially when she has shown the capability to stab people and walk away like nothing happened (without iota of remorse).
Furthermore, her episodes of mental breakdown, when she goes to her father and tells him everything about her plan isn't helping her case either. Like she has gotten concubine Qiao killed.

Yes, and not to mention, the story of Minglan world building was outwardly and even minor side characters were given main couple treatment.

You are one of the reasons, we have gender divide and I won't go into details how everything FL has achieved upto this point has been thanks to ML (he saved her ass from jail and gave her dead body, she didn't do anything) and her entire argument is fuck around cuz ML will save my dumb ass (everything was handed over to her). People are angry now cuz FL mental issues have become more serious and she has started stabbing her own people and as of right now, she is behaving exactly like her father.
Although I am enjoying this drama, but FL is a flawed character, not a strong/intelligent one. If you want to see some strong FL character, you should watch "The Story of Yanxi palace", The blossom of adversity, Destined and the story of Ming Lan.

I did criticize FL character (not the writers tho) but you are right, its 9+ drama but unfortunately due to the lack of idol actors. People are not going to rate it fairly and it will eventually fall below 8.5 rating.

Guys nobody is refuting FL father list of crimes.... but just cuz someone feels remorseful about her crimes, doesn't change the fact, that person intentionally committed crimes and deserves to be punished for it. So just cuz FL feels remorseful about her treatment of ML family and for stabbing him, doesn't change the fact she stabbed a minister of the court (ML), and she is willing to through ML daughter under the bus for her revenge.
I can give you real world examples of serial killers, who were genuine remorseful for their actions but it still doesn't change the fact.... they killed multiple people and deserved to be hanged.

I just disagree with her methods just cuz society was not kind to you, doesn't give you the right to go around and start stabbing and lynching people. There is a reason why courts and law exist and although FL father is powerful, he is making a lot of mistakes like associating himself with Imperial clan member like Duke Qi. There are a lot of ways to go about it, FL father was under investigation for being an adopted son of Pei faction and Duke Qi is imperial clan member. Now if ML/FL spread rumours in capital about Duke Qi planning to rebel by using Pei minister hidden treasure..... Emperor will become suspicious, and he will take action FL father and Duke Qi.

I think he said something along the lines of that FL mother, when she was alive, but you are spitting facts here. He has PHD in emotional manipulation and the stupidest person in the entire drama is his concubine.
FL mother warned her but that dumb woman has still not realized, her loving husband got her son killed and is now sending her daughter to slaughterhouse. I hope FL wises up and tries to save her sister from that monster, although Zhaung Yu San is stupid, but she is still her sister.

I don't think ML is going to die by poisoning cuz FL father is the "Right hand" bitch of the Pie Minister and I am positive.... he has antidote.

Why is FL father villain (or wrong) of the story?
Because he is willing to cross any limit, use/hurt anybody and through anybody under the bus for his own benefit... he doesn't care about the "harm" his actions caused to FL and her mother.

Exactly what her father is doing and before you guys pull in " supposed remorse and signed divorce paper card" Father has also shown signs of remorse for his past actions in front of FL mother and I bet from his side of the story, he was trying to not actively trying to hurt FL and her mother, these were unwanted consequences.

Here is the kicker for you, I don't think FL is hed father daughter and hence dead sister wasn't her sibling.
