I didn't know anything about xz and wb fandom fighting, but what that has to do with xukai. What a dirty tactic. I remember in the past there was a rumor of joy of life season 2 that xukai was going to replace xz character, and he gotten attacked for just being rumored to be in that drama. Someone even accused him of copying xz. Xukai has been laying low and not trying to attract attention, but he keeps getting malicious attacks because of his popularity threatening other actors or something. These haters are too much, I'm glad he went to file a police report, this is the only way to stop these attacks because xk has no protection from his own agency unlike those other actors apparently. And agree with you slander is really harmful to an actor career, that's why having popularity is a double edge sword, someone will constantly want to bring you down.

No it's not people, it's those anti fans of his who had been spreading rumors of him everytime he has a new drama coming out. It's not the first time, this rumor brought up his ex-girlfriend accusation against him many years ago, also it referred to him as hengdian prince mocking his real title as hengdian's spoke person. This is clearly a malicious attack and any true fans would know it for what it was. The idea that someone knew xukai more than his fans is laughable, the guy was filmed everywhere he go, so is it even possible for him to be dating normally. Also the idea that in this day and age and not using protection? even normal people would be smart enough to use protection less alone actors/ actresses who don't have any privacy and are under so much scrutiny from the public.

I heard song weilong sued the company and loss, so he's still with the company. Anyway having ex-girlfriends is normal, most guys had ex-girlfriends, it would be more weird not to have any, they're not monks. Xukai had so many malicious attacks against him and most of them always brought up his scandal with his ex-girlfriend from when he first started acting and gotten popularity from his role in story of yanxi palace, or rumor of him and bailu relationship even though they both denied it. This illusion of being a playboy is bs, he hasn't has any rumor girlfriends since his rumor with bailu many years ago, it was only last year that we heard he's dating an actress in his agency. This malicious attack against him is just another long string of attacks. it just gotten much worse because he getting more recognition for his works. It's sad this is the kind of dirty tactic that's being used to hurt an actor 's reputation because they're afraid of his success.

I thought the same, that video was posted like a day before saf 6 was rumor to be released. This is clearly an attack on an actor good name because they saw his success after wol, and want to make sure his new drama won't be a success. And his company doesn't do anything to protect him from this malicious attack, he had so many malicious attacks in the past, but this has gone too far to even made such a claim about him getting HIV is disgusting.

What's the heng dao sect planning, from bian luo huan conversation with his sister, he said what they were doing is evil, but there's a good cause for all they're doing. So what is the cause? What is the burden the three siblings are carrying? Why is the older brother always coughing up blood, they only cooperates with zhu yu on the surface, but is planning to deal with her in secret. I suppose their plan has something to do with qi and jin zhao since they been monitoring them and now want to kidnapped them both. Bian luo huan even took qi's blood and said it's needed to deal with her mother.

Maiming is call a madman is not so wrong, he's willing to sacrifice the whole luo clan to get his freedom. At the end he broke the spell and caused injury to himself so zhao yan wouldn't be hurt. This can only be called love, he got a backlash from breaking the spell so he can't reincarnate and will live only three days. I always wonder how he feels about zhao yan as he showed resentment towards her, but he also feels jealous of her friends and lover. I think having his soul trapped in rehai for 200 years made him lonely and he's afraid to lose zhao yan as zhao yan is his closest blood connection to him. He's an interesting character in the end he made such an unselfish choice to hurt himself to protect her show he's not truly evil. To sacrifice so many people and only gotten three days freedom, but he gotten what he wanted because his sister is finally free from the luo curse, is it worth it because she will live with the guilt of so many deaths on her conscience. Did he plan that all along, to free zhao yan from the luo curse even more than wanting his freedom.

Qi is a mythical beast who suppose to have a long life span, Jin zhao is a human so his power can't be comparable to qi. And in this drama it was through their resonance that made qi power even stronger. This power can only be performed by how strong their bonds are. In this drama jin zhao power is not the strongest, but he has other positive traits besides power he's quick witted and smart.

Thanks for the infos about their financial constraints. I suppose it cost lots of money to restore all the animations from the game into life in drama so they could only do so much. Even with the designation of this drama being s+ it still didn't get enough budget because of the human constraints in creating this drama. However what they were able to show is still very good.

I'm curious of the music in the game that you said has traditional Chinese sound and better than the drama. I love music and for me if plays right in the critical moments can enhance the scenes and give a more emotional impacts. I have a weakness for music with lyrics that I can tie to the characters in the dramas, I could understand their feelings and it gives me more understanding about their characters so I usually refer music with lyrics rather than just with music only.

Usually I don't like the sfl because she usually written really stupid with nothing to contribute to the drama beside being the third wheel. For this drama I like her character she's smart and giving us a contrast to the fl, she doesn't feel like a third wheel, but like a real person. I'm much more annoyed by the sml.

Music creates a mood and that's what this drama is going for. I didn't think the music was louder than the actor's voice, if anything it adds an emotional connection to the scenes because i just love so much the song lyrics that gives us clarity to the characters' feelings.

That meeting between xu wei, zhu yu and maiming, it was just an act between xu wei and maiming to fool zhu yu since they already had a meeting together and maiming already knew about how to remove the blood binding. Maiming agrees to hand over rehai to zhu yu, but i'm thinking he will hand over the fake one since xu wei gave him a fake ring.

That little girl is so strong, she was able to deal with all four of Jin zhao's party. Qi is so protective of Jin zhao, she even hurt bian luhuan to protect him. Her power has becomes so strong, she could even break bian luhuan binding to come to Jin zhao's aid and caused him such injuries. Jin zhao looks badly injured but he was healed by xian qing so his injury is not as bad. Ming xiu has come a long way, she even lend zhao yan the renai stone and let shi fang travel with her ^^

What made you not planning to watch sf4, and I heard it has a good storyline?

I think this drama is very good in term of cinematography and CGI, it can't compare to xanxia genre, but it's not bad compare to similar dramas in the same genre i don't think it loses to those other dramas. If we compare to other Chinese paladin in the past, I think this version did very well in its adaptation of the storyline from the game. The fight scenes are not too over the top but still shows it own style without copying any other dramas. However what really got my attention is the unique plot and the different characters in the drama, they all have personalities and drives and we can say no one is truly evil in this drama. They have their own motivations and reasons, it's not a bad vs. good type of drama. I'm enjoying just watching it all play out and all these characters' conflicts ^^

I didn't know sf6 have financial issues with what we're getting in terms of CGI. It might not be the best CGI out there, but it's not shabby to say the least with the recreation of the monsters in the earlier eps I thought they did very well in showing the fight scenes and the unique way they're using hand gestures and spells i thought it look really cool and not a low budget drama.

It's those haters that want to create a narrative that it's a flop to scare away viewers. As long as it has viewers then that illusion is shatter. I don't buy into all those bs since many xukai's dramas that they called flop I have been enjoying while those that are consider a success I don't have any interest, so I'm assuming what it means is popularity, I don't go by popularity of a drama so it doesn't concerns me.

I hear this term a lot when it comes to xukai's dramas. I think it's just dramas of his many have low rating on douban that they're called flop. This does not reflect how good the drama are since we already know douban are full of haters. Some dramas with less popular actors/actresses don't get as much hate as dramas with more popular actors/actresses because they tend to attract haters who are jealous of their success. I feel mdl and viki are starting to become like douban with all these haters that are hating on this drama and are trying to scare away viewers by rating down this drama without watching the drama.

I don't remember they attend any events together besides the tencent one when they went up the stage together, so it's not true they're avoiding each other. I only know at the beginning of their cooperation there was some fans of seven tan who didn't like xukai being equal billing with her. I hope for this drama sake their fans will behave and not cause any trouble for the both of them by starting a fight. I think both of them interact well with each other from the hi6 commercial like you said they look like they had fun together. I'm just a bit disappointed they didn't photoshoot together.

I watch dramas for the plot and characters, so it does takes me longer to watch one ep. This drama has a unique plot and I'm really enjoying it ^^

I have to say the artist who draw them in the opening is very talented, their drawings don't look much different from their own faces. Those drawings are so lifelike much better than the one who did the drawings for snow eagle lord. At first I didn't like the drawing because I like real people, but I got use to the drawings and I'm starting to appreciate how good the artist is to be able to drawn the main leads to be looking so realistic ^^
