I don’t quite see the chemistry between the FL and the ML at all.
And here I'm already in love with their characters, and thought they have lots of chemistry even when they haven't met. I'm really liking her way of returning a favor to him, it looks like she already has feeling for him even though she has not seen him face to face ^^
Unfortunately, I'm not feeling it thus far. I like the leads and the Story of Yanxi Palace. It is one of my favorite…
It's about the same pace as yanxi palace for me. I think I'm really enjoying it even more than yanxi palace in the early eps. I guess it's the topic that makes it interesting since I love cooking show ^^
Yes it seems so, I thought we will get 2 eps a day I was wrong. Not only it's region restricted, it's also only 1 ep a day, better than nothing I suppose.
Watched the first 2 eps, and I'm liking it. The main emphasis has been on the food service bureau, In the first ep it shows the three girls competing to enter the food service, were they the only three competing? I wasn't sure whether there were others competing with them, they're the main focus of the show so far. I'm liking the ml and fl as well, they both are smart and nice people. Looking forward to more eps ^^
Okayyyy I'm at episode 7 and the female lead is smiling too much. Like I know she is supposed to be a warm person…
She will become more mature, and will smile less as she accepted her duties of chief god. Although she's in love so I don't blame her if she would smile more around him. I'm convinced both ml and sml fell for her base on her radiant smile ^^
That comes from reference. I rated this drama a 10 because of the entertainment aspect. It has everything I was…
Actually in my opinion it wasn't an idol drama. Most dramas in republican period are not idol dramas if the focus is on military, and this is a school for students to learn to become a soldier, so I'm not sure where you got that idea. It's the up and down every day life of these students and their teachers, and it details many serious topics including killing and being a responsible person. The focus was very light on romance, the main leads didn't even have a kiss scene, so for those who don't care for romance they actually refer this dramas being it has everything but not too heavy to be their representative of a good republican drama.
Another drama I do not get why it has such a high rating. Like it's such a confusing drama. It never decides what…
That comes from reference. I rated this drama a 10 because of the entertainment aspect. It has everything I was looking for in my drama action, a bit romance, comedy, and character development for all major characters. Also in term of having strong females, this is second to none, I just love how strong the females are in this, the fl has martial art and she can kick butt as well as rescue herself from danger. In term of love triangle, it wasn't annoying, but rather funny at time due to the sml and sfl believe she was a boy, so the former avoided her while the later tried to match her up with other girls...it was hilarious in my opinion. There was a really sweet boy who has feeling for her, and it was so sad how he ended. This is a very nice drama with lots of likable characters. Also it's can get serious being it was in time of war and with Japanese occupation.
I remember I was feeling sorry for him in that scene. He put his feeling out there for all to see, and she was…
I'll just say this, the drama did not raise such an issue up, so I assume it wasn't an issue because I doubt gu yan zhen would've acted that way otherwise even if he's a bit careless, he would not want anything bad to happens to her. Her main concern was being found out as a girl, and shen jun shan was jealous that she's sharing a room with a boy when he found out her identity that's why he reported them to the teacher. The rumor wasn't start by him, and I doubt their friends thought much of it either, they probably just thought they're much closer since they share a room together, and it was all just a joke. She is more likely to be kick out of the academy for being found out she's a girl. In truth I thought it was good that she moves out due to that made her realizes her feeling for him.
He's a bit childish and I guess that's the appeal of his character. He does growth eventually and becomes more responsible.
Wait I have to talk more about this:The scene in the finale episode where Yingluo explains that she won the Emperor's…
Well, she is a smart woman. Think for a second how many women he has. It's very simple actually, wei ying luo was in it to survive, and in my opinion her true love is fuca fuheng so her never telling him she loves him is to make herself different from the other women in his life. I never really feel she was truly herself when she was with the emperor unlike when she was with fuca fuheng. You can have a good marriage without involving love, the two previous empresses became heartbroken because they fell in love with the king first, she knew in order for her to keep his interest she has to make him fall in love with her first, and that's why she wasn't truly herself when she's with him since she can't relax her guard. In a way, he has all the power, but she's holding the string.
to that made her realizes her feeling for him.
