The ending clearly shows that there will be a sequel. You have a very unusual logic for assigning raiting.
I am SO confused by the lack of reading comprehension. I say "there is no telling WHEN there will be a second part" and people keep telling me "there WILL be a part 2"
No I didn't google about it cause I don't care enough about it to spend more thought on it. Having my own reaction to a show isn't stupid.

Unusual? Hmm, okay.
To me it was unsatisfying so obviously it wouldn't be a 9 or 10. I didn't like some of the story aspects such as what I mentioned and there is no mention when a second season will be released so why would I rate it an 8?
I wasn't emotionally attached to the villain nor could I understand his hatred considering the samarai (and other desperate people) were already suffering and weren't doing anything.
I thought the cinematography and fight choreography was really cool.
My rating are based on the quality (in my opinion) and how it made me feel.
What was the point of raising and training the orphans as siblings to then pit them against each other for the honor of training more people to be in that messed up situation
For me this was a 7.5 because how could it end up like that? With no hints about about the continuation. I thought I was signing up for a complete story so it was unsatisfying to me.
The story is good but I didn't understand why some of things that happened had to be a thing like Gentosai.
Can u explain more abt " The more time went on, the more I disliked her " , spoilers also not pbrm. ( Only if…
I'm not sure what you mean by explain more. I didn't like the character the more the show went on.
I didn't like how she involved herself in situations. I didn't like that she tried to control and manipulate the main guy once she realized who he was. I didn't like how wishy washy she was with accepting who her birth father was. Her characterization is just really annoying to me.
I think this would've benefitted from more episodes. I'm not saying more seasons but definitely more episodes. It's just too many characters for an 8 episode time frame.
I knew or suspected this would happen because there are so many characters and yet, I didn't think things would play out this way. So much tell not show. So much exposition and reuse of scenes.
I suppose it could be considered an interesting storytelling technique and to be fair, in the webtoon that is always how alot of information is told (gossip between the boys, students, etc) but it just isn't as effective or affecting to me. I feel like with this approach, the chemistry of the characters and their dynamic is REALLY important here because we'll kinda dropped into the friendship rather watch it build.
I don't get why people want the same thing from webtoon and live-action. I mean I get it, but like you can always…
Also who knows if just because S1 was popular and successful that means the same would happen for S2. For every possible Taxi Driver 2 there is a D.P. 2
I wish people would just let the show air and judge it on its own merits.
Ugh, I'm repeating myself but after seeing the group poster and some of the trailer, I can truly see the complaints already😮💨
I feel like it needs to be posted in bold bright writing somewhere that this is an ADAPTATION. Things will be changed and moved around to get the point and spirit of the story across.
Based on what I saw, I already see 3 webtoon story beats (actually I could probably see more than that but I didn't watch more of the trailer)
I just hope the show is well done on its own merits.
I saw some of the official trailer and I think this is gonna be intense from the very 1st episode vs how S1 was a bit of a slow character development start.
I could also see some possible allusions/adaptations to later parts of the webtoon. So the fights and confrontations will be from all over.
its sad how suho fans are not even giving the new characters a chance when they are the original characters in…
And what's even more annoying is no matter what happens in S2, I'm sure they'll still be like "S1 was better because it had Suho". They aren't even attempting to be open minded.
People have seen nothing and know nothing about the final product and yet they already have complaints😒
Also why do people keep asking the same freaking questions in the comments when you could just make it a discussion topic and see the answer? Over 4 thousand comments with mostly repetitive questions and comments.
Non webtoon readers saying "I wont watch it if choi hyunwook isn't there" "it isnt weak hero without suho" are…
They annoy me too. It's not even necessarily the non webtoon readers, it's the viewers of S1 who act like they didn't watch the final episode. Y'all SAW him in a coma. Y'all SAW Sieun move to another city/town/whatever. It is a NEW setting with NEW characters (aside from the lead actor because its HIS story).
And then these same people keep coming back to say"is Suho not in S2", "how can he not be in S2", "I won't watch it without Suho", "Suho was my fave so there's no point in watching without him".
You wrote "this stupidity" what would be the 'stupidity" other than my reaction and comments explaining my reasoning for my reaction?

That has to be intentional, right? Someone thinks this captures the younger version of Ryeoun
Exactly as I've been saying for months.
Maybe 12 episodes would've sufficed?
I wonder how casual viewers feels.
I feel so bad for thinking that since it's a somber moment haha

I don't know of I'm making sense haha
Lee Jun Young plays his character well and I think he's really entertaining with him.
I wish people would just let the show air and judge it on its own merits.
You don't even know how it's adapted and you're complaining. Maybe what they did works for this medium.

I was confusing him with Jake haha
