I am sorry, really. I wish I could praise him, there is nothing more satisfying in a drama than great acting. Shitty script and bad directing all become less of an issue if the acting is good.

There is also nothing worse in a drama than bad acting by one of the mains.

It is absolutely what he is doing. Following his cues. He learned his lines but doesn't add emotion. He is there but his eyes are empty.

No, it is not that. She looked so awkward, especially her hand movement. I am not sure if you watch xianxia dramas (best examples) but when you do a spell, you have to have a type of gracefulness in you.

I really like OhmNanon but the crying gave me fake vibes. I really thought they are re-enacting the rooftop scene but turned out, it was for "real".

The sad thing is, when they are with other BL couples, their level of understanding of each other and chemistry stand out. They shouldn't try to manipulate fans with tears. It is cheap.

He doesn't seem to have passion for acting either, I really don't understand what he is doing. Isn't he a doctor?

You HAVE to have a problem with your eyes if you don't see that he is a flatline when it comes to acting. I really can't with people who say he is good. There is supporting someone and there is delusion.

And you might underestimate the potential of OG Naksu. Her first scene was so badass and the actress is stunning. She only needs one good scene and to have chemistry with LJW and she will be fine. They are already using her voice in the voice over and Mudeok is merely her vessel. It would be sad if she permanently stayed in BY's body.

Thanks for the information! So my first gut instinct was right and they indeed used a voice actor. Bummer. But I guess the good news is I have ears for talent :D

Well, I watch it on Viki and multiple people commented it is his real voice. I am not sure where they got that info. Maybe someone who knows for sure will pop up here later and tells us.

That is what I thought. I've seen Meteor Garden only and he didn't stand out. Here though, he is a scene stealer. Everything is on point. Sad or funny. And I found out it is his real voice, he dubbed himself. (edit:apparently he was dubbed by a voice actor sans a few scenes) I even liked his dubbing that much that I thought it was done by a professional voice actor. Idk how it sounds to mandarin speakers, but to me it is pretty darn good.

Although it is not the best written or prettiest drama, First and Khao have sexy chemistry. They are really fun together and First is a new find. He is a talented guy.

I am having a blast watching this drama. Has Dylan Wang always been this good? Or is it the character that brings the talent out of him?

I also like Orchid. She might be a bit too cute sometimes but she also has some great moments that make me appreciate her.

Yeah, I am fast forwarding a lot. I finished episode 17 in roughly 25 minutes and I perfectly understood everything in episode 18. It is that bad.

This drama should have been a one season 20 episodes drama instead of two seasons and 30 episodes.

As we are now, it is full of filler, which is okay if you are binging it, but if you wait for new episodes every week, it is extremely disappointing with those fake out trailers. Don't play with my time, okay?

I only had the strength to watch up to episode 2. Jimmy is a terrible actor. His bad acting also had stood out in Bad Buddy, I don't know who had the bright idea to give him the main role. People are talking about chemistry in the comment section. I ask, where? Where is it? Can't see it even with a magnifying glass. Is it playing hide and seek?

As long as they are handsome, these actors could literally do nothing and you would say it is a materpiece.

I see, thanks for the explanation. Hopefully they don't accompish anything and we can watch these BL dramas sooner than later.

Wait.. What happened?

The first 4 episodes were a solid 10/10. The last two were emotionally draining so I had to fast forward here and there. The directing was great and the acting performances just as good. It is a heavy drama though, don't let the trailer fool you.

They might have banned him but we will never forget his name or face. He gave us a precious gift in Zhou Zishu and I really hope he knows that the 10 years of hard work wasn't for nothing. There will always be people on the mountain with him.

I can't comment on this issue but I am sending positive energy and I hope everything works out in the end.
