beautiful movie. but, i want to ask, did you all like/agree with that ending??
What's not to like? He finally got over his past, his regrets, and his sadness, and was ready to move on with his life, and ready to go into another relationship!
I ship him with Duo Duo, but I still want him to be faithful to Wan'er, I don't know, I'm in a dilemma! :D But I hope that Wan'er will start doing extraordinary things in the future!
Here's an interesting article about this movie:https://www.criterion.com/current/posts/1108-in-the-realm-of-the-senses-some-notes-on-oshima-and-pornography
It is an adaptation of the novel by Jin Yong (AKA Louis Cha), who also wrote such classics as Legend of the Condor…
Thank you for the info. It's okay, I'm doing it gradually for each book, besides MDL doesn't list all adaptations. I'm trying to associate them with each other and add the relevant tags..
1) Just an online meme from LOTR verse2) Train to Busan3) Ichi the Killer4) Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum5) Hitsuji…
That's actually a great idea for MDL in general! We could do a thing like "Horror January" "10 days, 10 horror films" or sth like that in the feeds.. Or it could extend in other genres/be country specific.. E.g. 10 days, 10 different genres/country combinations, day #1: Japanese Horror, Day #2: Korean Thrillers movies, Day #3 Chinese martial arts films, Day #4 Filipino Political Movies, Day #5 Drama/Family, etc, etc.

Thanks, you're a treasure!! (I was almost sure that's Ha Ji Won on #8, but it turns out it's not even a Kmovie, lol!)
I already added some you suggested, as well as some on the above list on my ptw! I'll wait for the comprehensive list (regardless of country) when you have time. Maybe I'll organise a horror night one of these days, need to up my game :D
Great article!! Could you please name the movies/dramas in the pictures/gifs please?
I like horror btw, but as others have mentioned, I don't like too much gore (it makes me want to throw up instead of terrifying me/or makes me laugh if bad!) - do you have any recommendations for genuinely terrifying/scary/intense films/dramas, without much gore? Thanks!
Not just *on* Netflix, but a *Netflix Original*!!!!!! :) I'm excited!! Seems my subscription is worth it after all, with all these new Asian dramas!!!! :)))
No matter how much effort is put into a translation, something will be lost in it.. :/ If only all of us spoke all languages, nothing can be done about it... We can only hope the barriers of communication can be bridged a little, and learn from each other's culture, and approach everything unfamiliar to us with an open mind.
(Just to add to the comments) What do you guys think about the new English translation of the mdzs manhua, official this time? How do you compare it with the fan-made one? . Personally, I find the fan translation superior and less awkward, but I may be biased, lol. Regardless, I'm excited the comic gets a licenced translation, does this mean an official translation of the novel in English is just around the corner? Will I be able to have the actual MDZS physical book (guilt free) in my library one day??? :')))
