Not gay IMO 🤷🏼♀️They were raised like brothers (but they're not related, I heard? ), so it's a deep friendship/brotherhood bond. It's not like The Untamed or Word of Honor ( but I loved WoH and The Untamed is on my to-watch). Anyway, people could read into things and interrupt their close bond however they want of course, but it isn't giving gay/BL vibes to me and that's probably a good thing since they're basically bros 🤷🏼♀️

Has Indiana Jones/Lara Croft vibes. No romance and a great brotherly bromance. First episode had maybe two jump scares? They were somewhat predictable and I just turned off the volume when I thought it would happen. I get scared pretty easily, can't watch horror movies, and I've been able to handle this show so far 🤷🏼♀️
The show very much focuses on the two MLs (so far, but that's subject to change), and is adventure/action/mystery and some pretty good comedy. I'm loving it. Haven't been this hooked on a full length Cdrama since watching Whispers of Fate back in November. Anyway, give it a try and you may like it!

From what I've heard, he really does die in the novel, but from the trailers, I have a feeling they're going to bring him back in some way! I guess we'll have to wait and see for sure 😭🤷🏼♀️

If you've watched all of the trailers and other footage, there are quite a few scenes with him that don't look like flashbacks at all! Like him with a cane, and a scene of someone helping him walk - like rehabilitation. And a few others ...so we'll see for sure, but I have a strong feeling he'll be back 🤷🏼♀️
No, I don't think so. Too many scenes of him were shown in the trailers we haven't seen yet - and they weren't flashbacks. I'm sure he'll come back, but how or when - who knows 🤷🏼♀️

Like the other commenter said, there are many scenes in all the trailers/footage that we haven't seen yet with with him; and many don't look like flashbacks, so I'd honestly be surprised if his death was permanent 🤷🏼♀️

Like everyone else is saying, no, it's not BL. Friendship/brotherhood bromance. And I've watched shows like Word of Honor and many other dramas that give off a "censored" BL vibe; but this one does not. They're very close, but they were raised like brothers, so it's a deep brotherly bond.
Just finished episode 6! What a fun ride so far! Although the first 2 episodes were still a fun watch, they were a little rough with the choppy editing and not the the best dubbing I've heard (it just sounded more "fake" than some shows. Both leads did just fine dubbing their lines, it just didn't feel like it synced up all of the time). The plot slowed down to a nice pace at episode 3, and kept getting more interesting after that!
I'm really loving the relationship between the two leads. What an entertaining duo! You can really tell they care for each other 🥹 And to the people wondering about the bromance: yes, it's definitely there! It's the friendship/brotherhood kind 😊
