Np, haha! Yea I’m shocked how fast they’re going, but at the same time I can kind of hypothesize why. I think it’s all very fast love-at-first-sight to set up their romantic stage (right now, it’s such a back burner to the rest of the story). Unfortunately I have a feeling it is going to be tested in later episodes…

He falls very quickly for FL (I think it was in the first or second episode when he meets her at his boss’s house) and from there, they’re together and have already gotten married. Their time together so far is very short (but sweet when they are together), and so far, she is quite the understanding policeman’s wife (when he has to drop everything to respond to a case). I remember so far, one kiss at their wedding.

So far a tiny bit between ML and FL, but it is like 95% up to now, based on his policeman life and his career/work on the criminal cases (I’ll add some spoiler below)

Not sure if it was mentioned already (you guys have LOTS of comments haha) but I saw a XHS BTS clip yesterday of ML and SML playing with a child and soooo cute! Asking him if he already did his makeup, his hair, and cuddling him! I was like… he looks so familiar and looked it up and it was his “son” Quan Quan from The Love You Give Me (according to cast list, it looks like he is playing the younger version of Lu Chang). I don’t think we have seen his scenes yet, so I’m excited 😊

…but a piece of me died when he died in Northward. That was one of the most killer, can’t believe the screenwriter did that moments for me. WTF did it have to be the brother? That mom should have been the one run over by the boat instead.
