I understand what you mean but for me this music is mostly sad. So perhaps there is someone here able to translate the main idea of this song, but since I don't understand what the singer is saying, at this present time it's just sad for me ;-) But yes, I understand that people'd be angry because of the music.

Hello for my part I truly tried to think about it, and to think about the way I feel. And I think that this scene isn't problematic. What is problematic is the situation which is described. So if we remember their dynamic, and this unfinished love story between them, this scene is logical, realistic (mostly because the two actors were excellent and there is no "strange" moment at all) and even if the situation is not good, the scene is good and deserves its place in the story. We see lots of complex emotions on Shu Yi's face and I don't think producers try to sell us something romantic, they show us the scene as it is : with anger, compassion, sadness, fear and finally surrender. So before being a romantic scene, it's mostly a heartbreaking scene who serves the story and is logical in their relationship. I don't agree when non-consent scenes are shown as something good and normal. This one doesn't show us that it's normal. It shows us that it happens and it's a difficult moment, and they don't really excuse this attitude. So I'm ok with that.
Ok that was a quite good beginning for an office romance, but let's see the next episodes. It's not a rare gem for sure, but the budget is quite good, the characters are natural and they tell the others when they act wrong (for example, a character explain the other that his attitude is sexual harrassment). So I'm waiting for the following episode to have an opinion.
How was his directing job bad? (I'm genuinely asking, I'm curious to read other opinions)
What bothers me rather is the fact that I'll need to rewatch this scene to see all crucial details and understand correctly their exact feelings. And even if they act well, it's still a sad scene so it'll be difficult.

Hello, that's right and I agree with you, I'd prefer other angles too. But perhaps it was intentional, in order to represent Shi De's state (drunk and lost) ?
I'm pretty sure that they didn't slept together. The swimming pool scene is a metaphore to describe Shi De when he lost consciousness, as if he drowned himself in a nightmare, and perhaps when he was screaming, that means he threw up (he's drunk after all), as if he threw up all his anger and sadness. So no, I don't think they did it.
Nice observation, I hadn’t noticed that here or in the HIStory4 trailer, I was probably not thinking much about…
You know, I watched Trapped... a lot. 20 times at least, even more. So of course I'd notice the rooftop lol Sorry but I never watched Obsessed and I don't even know the other one you talked about, but yes I agree it must be a good and cheap place ;-) Like a mall's rooftop (mall ? Shop Center ? I don't exactly know the good word) for example.
Did somebody else noticed that the roof scene (when Shu Yi says he wants to take revenge on Shi De, and Shi De hears him) is at the same place than the first kiss scene at the hospital in History3:Trapped ? And today I saw the same place in the new 7minutes trailer for History4:Close to you.
Hello, I'm not really disappointed by this S2, but I admit I wonder too how the scriptwriters will explain this…
Hello, I think he could have choosen to tell Shu Yi directly, but when Shu Yi decided to stop writing to him, he could have thought that it was better. For example, he didn't want Shu Yi ruins his future to be his nurse. We all know Shi De's inclination for sacrifice ! And he could have recovered too. Anyway, I'm sure it's something very important, we just have to be patient.
Lol oui !
If that occurs. I, too, will be disappointed because, it would mean that now the Taiwanese BLs (who had been doing…
That's true, Shu Yi proved that he can take care of himself. But we also know that Shi De's acts are sometimes... questionnable. I don't think he'll act like that anyway, and I doubt too that they'd use these toxic tropes. But the teaser is a little scary. We'll know in 4 days !
Wow I saw a new video from We Best Love 2 (on Adam Uni's facebook page) and Shi De seems pretty desperate. I just hope that we won't see some rape attempts because it seems quite brutal in the video. I like Shi De's character, but if he's too forceful on Shu Yi, I won't be able to see him in the same way anymore...
Hello, I perfectly understand why you feel like that. For my part I really loved this show and it's my favorite…
You're welcome. But I admit that these are details I noticed because I found Shu Yi very cute when his mind was blank, and I found him so cute too when he waited for Shi De and couldn't see him anymore, so yes, I paid attention. But that doesn't mean everybody will feel the same when seeing these romantic scenes, some people need to feel other things on actors's face to understand their feelings. But yes, I love the series, specially the first season. I wait for the series ends before having an opinion about S2, but for now, I'm still stuck on that bridge with them crying and kissing again and again. I'm quite doomed. And feel free to tell me if you notice other interesting details !
I don't care if the writers somehow manage to explain the multiple inexplicable story lines in this series without…
Hello, I'm not really disappointed by this S2, but I admit I wonder too how the scriptwriters will explain this silence during 5 years. Shi De seriously needs to have a very good reason, For my part, I think the only good or believable reason is that Shi De thought he was dying because it's like an exception, it's one of the rare news you can't tell by phone or e-mail. He has medical papers in the special episode. What are these papers ? Medical bills, or a medical prescription ? Everybody wonder who is this "Troy A Cornelius" written on the papers. They think he's the step-father, but I know in France, we have our doctor's name written in big letters on the medical papers, so it could be Shi De himself who was seriously ill... But we'll see. I'm quite optimistic...
I just understood why Pei Shou Yi betrayed his cousin Shi De, when he lied to Shu Yi about him wanting to get Shi De. When we watch the teaser about the doctor's story, we see him meeting a younger boy who seems to be a poor guy living in the street and probably used to enter illegally in other's places. We also know that this boy likes instant noodles. So just after the Halloween event, when the doctor entered the medical room, seeing the light off, the door broken and the instant noodles empty, perhaps he had a brief instant of hope. In his heart he hoped that it was this boy, but he discovered his cousin. At first I just believed that he was an asshole who was so cruel just for nothing (sorry but "you ate my noodles" is not a great excuse, even if he keeps them here for the boy), but now that I understood that, it makes sense.

When you see that even the one who plays the father is younger than lots of us here...
Crap....
