Your comment was perfect; I knew exactly what you meant when you wrote it because you used a very strong term which evoked a very strong image/feeling. Ignore Whore Enthusiast; it's just here to piss on everyone else's enjoyment of life.

agreed. It's also just so problematic in the way these toxic relationships are romanced and made to seem okay.…
lol "PROBLEMATIC" LOL Tell me, when you use that term and other SJW cliches do you pretend like you made them up all on your teensy-weensy own? YOU ARE GROSS. AND DOWNRIGHT PSYCHO FOR CONTINUING TO WATCH THIS SHOW EVEN AS YOU CONTINUE TO WHINE AND MOAN AND BITCH AND PONTIFICATE ABOUT ITS MANY EVILS. What part of fuck off don't you understand?

Blah blah blah...god, BLs would be boring as hell with you as the censor. Absolutely nothing of interest would happen. Piss off.

lol. So full of yourself and your self-congratulatory faux piety. I despise people like you.

What we want you to do is, seriously, fuck off and go away and stop watching. After reading this I went up and RAISED my rating an entire point. Maybe I'll give it a 10 just to piss you and yours off. You are unhinged. lol

Why in the name of living fuck do weirdos like you keep watching a show they hate? It's seriously puzzling behavior. Unless...you DO like it...AND your faux sanctimony. lol

Oh thank god for you and this comment. Though it's been entertaining arguing with the SJWs who come here to "finger-wag" after touching themselves all the way thru another episode of a show they claim to abhor. "pissbabies..." lol Thank you! :D

Totally off-topic, but am I the only one who finds Mu Ren's clothes ridiculous? I mean, he has this pullover/sweater-vest…
I agree with you. The costume department is trying too hard with that character. The chewed-up sweater thing was over the top. Individual, quirky, personal styles are great, but the key is it has to look like you aren't TRYING to look the way you look; that it's just the way you happen to dress.

I'm not trying to be rude or a smart ass, but seriously, wouldn't this be a great cause for some deep reflection…
But if BOTH participants were drunk, wouldn't the one who the MOST drunk be the rape victim? Couldn't they determine which was which even the next morning by measuring blood alcohol levels at that point and extrapolate BACK to the time of the SA who was the drunker and therefore the victim? Makes sense to me. One would have been LESS able to consent than the other and thus would be the victim. Isn't it important to put rapists in jail? wtf?

hmmm...I didn't say anything other than what I said before. You are the one who first replied to me with a "who the fuck is vampire man?" Is that your way of being "pleasant?"

Yes. You are correct. You should stop watching immediately. BTW, since this horrendously traumatic and violent rape took place early on, why are you still giving the show your support by watching it? One more question, which I've asked a number of times but never get an answer to: If BOTH participants in a sex act are drunk and cannot give consent, how do they decide who to charge with SA the next morning? Do they flip a coin? One files the complaint and the other goes to jail? Help me out?

I like this show a lot, but I wondered if anyone else here felt like the musical score is WAY over the top melodramatic and super-loud too much of the time. It feels like the director is trying to cue me to feel certain emotions but being way too heavy-handed about it. The music is more like what I'd expect to encounter in a super-hero thriller or a disaster flick. Let the script and dialogue do their job and support their effects with the music, please. turn it down.

Dong Wook is rapidly becoming one of my favorite actors, without regard to national origin. I happened to check out the trailer for "Life" on Netflix last night and recognized that unmistakable face from his epic turn in "Strangers From Hell," which I just finished. I've watched three eps of this and am hooked. He is a tremendously gifted actor with tremendous range.

Thank you, SJW woman, for your input. You are weeks late and thousands of comments behind on this debate. Everything you wrote, with lots of the use of "literally" and "insane" and plenty of exclamation points to make sure we all know you REALLY MEAN IT, GOD-DARN IT!!!!!! has been written here before, many times over. XS was plenty sober enough to know who YJ was, to tell him he loved him, to give enthusiastic consent to sex, to reach up to kiss YJ and initiate other contact, and finally, to respond physically to sexual stimulation from YJ. He wanted it and he got it.

XS was emphatically NOT black-out drunk. You don''t seem to know the meaning of that term. As someone who has been black-out drunk in the past more than I care to admit, I can tell you that the term means what its words say: BLACK OUT. One has no memory of the event. Anything that happens during a black-out is lost to memory and will not return. XS remembered when he woke up what had gone down the night before, which is why he succumbed to old programming, panicked and ran away.. After a bit of chat with his roomies, he easily remembered the rest of it. He didn't have a black-out. He got drunk and his socially-programmed inhibitions were lowered and he took what he too, wanted.

Deal with it.

That wasn't cultural appropriation tbh. That just seemed like straight up cultural insensitivity and very offensive.…
Your "comments" such as they are, just go in circles. Over and over again you have used the labels "Indians," "Sikhs," "South Asians" as if they define a group unified in every way. The fact that you are so unself-aware as to not know you do this does not surprise me. Although it's also a common rhetorical trick used by SJWs to imply they speak for far more people than they actually do.

And then we have this psycho phrase: "YOU are the one that simply can't imagine that those same group of people who aren't monolithic could be offended by that scene. " In one breath you say they are not monolithic, and then finish the sentence by implying that they are just that. Hint: Use words like "some," "many," "a significant number of," "a lot of," "quite a few," "the ones whose voices I hear in my head" to define the sub-group whose fee-fees you are so bravely defending. That will help get you going in the right direction...

Thanks for the thoughtful reply. As someone who fought, and fights still, the ravages of internalized homophobia drilled into me from childhood, I have found it extremely beneficial to examine where one's most deeply-held beliefs originated and to question their validity.
