Good grief, what a colossal mistake has been for me to start watching it as it's airing. Should have waited till much later.

I understand why it needs 47 episodes. Because the scenes are very slow, done superbly mind you, we only see tiny bit of progression per episode or two. I usually like fast paced dramas, but I am really enjoying this one. Really fantastic acting by all, including small parts actors. Amazing production all around.

Again, I regret starting it too early. It's pure torture waiting for the next episode.

I am watching this on kisskh and takes many hours between the two episodes to be shown on kisskh. Does anyone know why and where else the two episodes are shown together besides the official channels?

I've only watched the first episode so far. For me, it's OK to not having any romance, but if it's just guys in the plot that would be weird. And that's true for any period in history. Women have always played a role throughout history.

Yeah, definitely not a chick flick, and not for the average MDL viewer. Maybe more of a guys' type of show, even though lots of females would enjoy it too. Well, I could be wrong on it being more of a guys' type.

However, I do find him very manly attractive and he's an excellent actor. I have been familiar with his work for a while now and liked his acting from get-go.

You make great points. However, rent goes up a lot as I unfortunately experienced. Best to buy something affordable as you mentioned.

Interest rates go up and down. Right now the best you can get in US is around 3% without the FDIC protection. My guess is that Korea is somewhat similar to US regarding how rates and protection works.

Also, savings' interest rates don't correspond that well with inflation.

You are absolutely correct. However, it's yes and no on purchasing power. Some things are less and some things are more. I am very familiar with purchasing power in not only different nations, but different cities within the same nation.

Good grief, 1.3 billion Won is roughly one million Dollars which definitely is not enough to quit your job and retire. Guessing he realizes it pretty quickly. Having said that, a million bucks will absolutely help me a lot 😁
