The contrast between all these posts that say FL is not as much in love with ML, and then he forcing her into physical proximity and contact is seen as his sign of "being in love", although she said NO. It is like watching a rape going to happen. it is most certainly a sexually abusive boss

It is not just Asia retrograde. It is the audience that enjoys sexism. This drama is a prediction of all kinds of things - how ppl vote, how they spend money, etc. I am observing this like a "marketing survey"

FL is not into the ML, she said NO to his dinner invitation, she had plans, and he is forcing her to stay and to kiss in his office. Bc he doesnt want her to get out of building and meet with Seon U so ML wants to control the situation. Nobody ever on this board said anything about this sexual harassment, and at work. Also, if you notice, nobody can say anything critical about this drama or else they get shreded, this is like a cult. I learned a lot from comments here.

The end of ep 9 forced stay and kiss is SEXUAL HARASSMENT; and furthermore, SEXUAL HARASSMENT BY A BOSS AT WORK TO HIS EMPLOYEE. It is abuse of power, since it is at work, and personal abuse, since she does not have as much feeling for him. On both counts, she said NO and he barged forward.

This has to be said for the record in year 2025 bc this is truly 1950s drama and audience. I learned a lot here. This drama is my research project about global sexism in year 2025.

As for Seon U, he is cute. Even cuter than the ML. And his lady is super cute, lively, just lovely and truly wonderful, positive person. They are the eye candy, the warmth and gentle vibe

Actually there IS a hidden drama .... a war and struggle LOL I am analyzing everything so in detail bc I am writing a federal lawsuit and other complaints against judges and attorneys stealng my home under the pretense of the law, and it is urgent since the baddies scheduled selling my home soon... and they plan to take a lot more than they should .... and basically steal everything I own. I am overwhelmed trying to keep up with the crazy sci fi actions of the courts, attorneys and condo buildings and management in Hawaii. IT IS SCI FI CORRUPT.

Stealing homes by shady legal proceedings is rather common in Hawaii... Actually, there is an epidemic in most of the USA. Predatory attorneys accuse you of bogus false stuff, make you pay some fines, you don,t they just take your home!!!! Then you have to sue them and that is costrly, stressful and risky since judges are on their side

If they cannot get you by fines etc, they file a frivolous lawsuit and ask judges to grant really shady actions. Judges have immunity "to make mistakes" and they violate the law to give your home to the predatory attorneys. And in the process they try to grab anything else you own.

AND NOBODY CARES. The law is NOT enforced. The target of these theft are a elderly, disabled, minorities, single women, PEOPLE WHO DO NOT HAVE SOCIAL CLOUT AND WHO ARE UNDER PREjUDICE. I was condemned by using social engineering and prejudice to justify taking my property.

SO I GOT VERY INTERESTED IN SOCIAL ENGINEERING AND PREJUDICE USED AS WEAPONS AGAINST OTHERS TO STEAL FROM THEM. ANd also how and why it happened to me and what I need to do to prevent bullying situations like that.

Being subject to a corrupt unjust trial is heart wrenching and stressful, and on top of it, I came to take care of my (very immature) mother, whom I ran away from decades ago, so that is a soul searching "inner strenghtening" heart wrenching activity as well... for the record: I realized my mother is exactly like the Dynamite Kiss audience. Uncanny.

And these events in my life require really diving deep into human psychology, understanding myself and others... So here I am, practicing my observations skills on the dramas :) to understand how ppl work, and to explain it.... and thus increase my ability to write complaints and that lawsuit clearly.

Dramas also helped me understand how crime / corruption works... Some of my story starts on change.org/hawaiicondo but sooo much more crazy illicit actions happened since then. I WOULD LOVE TO MAKE A DRAMA ABOUT THAT

So, what you are experiencing here on MDL is me wrestling with a lot of issues to be resolved and using dramas as a vehicle for understanding how ppl work. I am so bent on finding the truth bc I truly HAVE TO find the truth and a way to resolve things and "win" in my own life.

And the key to success of this drama is LETTING THAT CHARACTER OUT and blending that character with his other sides we already saw

And I agree with that Naver article, it WOULD be nicer if ML and FL start communicating, that would make a more meaningful and interesting plot, so many more options.

The "misunderstandings, keeping quiet and lying" plot gets old fast. It is ok to have some of it bc it is a real thing in life, and it CAN make funny situations, but it also leads to total disasters and destruction and even wounds for life. It other words, it is TRAGIC ultimately. So imo a very masterful drama will show how the players clear any misunderstandings, willingly, on their own initiative, and always tell the truth to each other.

TELLING THE TRUTH AT THE RIGHT TIME AND IN THE WAY THE OTHER PERSON CAN HEAR IS AN AMAZING MASTERFUL SKILL. Showing that skill in a drama would be amazing. Esp bc that skill comes with trying and failing many times and then trying again.

Blind gray masses love endless misunderstandings and lying bc it is probably something normal to them, and bc it is mindless and bc blind gray masses love watching pain and suffering and tragedy, so perhaps to attract more viewers, some of it has to stay more than some of us would like, but balance has to be struck there LOL

AAAAGH!!! @bbchops just helped me see when they said that ML's wardrobe looks like a separate character! IT DAWNED ON ME - ML's HIDEOUS FASHION SCREAMS THAT HE IS YOUNG, WILD, AND CRAZY and that is the key to matching in age with FL, who is technically young but never showed that side so far. That hidden side of him will be a super glue for them.
ADDED LATER: what I call hideous fashion is apparently latest Korean fashion for young men - the silk shawls and pink pants - I just saw it on the model ML at work in drama Spirit Fingers. Wow. It is one thing to see it on a model and another thing to see worn it in "real life" on this ML... SO anyways, ML here is wearing the latest Korean male fashion "from the runway"

His silk scarves and pink pants and chains make him look like a 20yr old player, you know, that kind of charming dude death-for-chicks who loves having fun and partying, driving his race car to exciting places. This one is totally clean, so his fun will be clean, but crazy. WE ALREADY HAVE A GLIMPSE OF THAT WITH HIS RACE CAR... Oh silly me, I never took his race car seriously.... .!!!! but it is a testimony of his tastes and inner desires.... his preferences... what he dreams of.... what he likes to do.... His pajamas and robes in vivid colors makes him look childlike, playful and creative, innovative. .

As audience, I enjoyed being this fooled LOL I learned soemthing about myself (his fashion was so ugly to me that I was blind to seeing what it represented... I was so annoyed with his whining that I did not see past it... then I was so fooled with his immature nerdish side that I totally failed to see that behind it was the RACE CAR personality... I fell into the trap that I so despise, putting ML into a "box" and attaching ONE label to him... yeah I suspected there is more and I fond him fun and rooted for him, but still, I was treating him as ....a flat character when he is super complex .... ),

IN OTHER WORDS, I COULD NOT SEE ML RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY ME - bc I had prejudice glasses on lol He was not under my nose or in front of my nose. He was right in front of me and there was NO excuse for not seeing him.. But I did not see him LOL LOL LOL

This shock of suddenly realizing what it was that I was looking at for 10 episiodes is so comical.... the twist is unexpected and shocking LOL and very hilarious fun.

I think to make a drama / movie super masterful, this shocking revelation has to be induced earlier, so that there is more time for more revelations..
