She was never really interested in SML. He felt like a fling from the start. She was interested in ML from the 1st time she met him, she already knew she was in love. She said it too :)
But she uses SML for attention. It is so slimey and abusive. She strings him around. And he doesnt respect himself and allows it. That kid needs to grow up. He and FL are really toxic

In ep 5, I became a fan of SML and the actor who acts him. SML won me over by being responsible, staying in the room and not jumping on FL, and also by being lively. The actor won me by great acting, he is super talented. And yeah, very handsome.
In ep 5, I was disappointed in the ML and the actor who plays him; it was stiff and unnatural. The actor looked really bored with the too-simple role given to him. I don't blame him. They trash wrote ML to be too ... boring. I was bored with ML in ep 5. HE WAS LIKE A DOG ON A LEASH, AND I KNOW HE CAN RUN AND HAVE FUN. Disappointing!
He picked up in ep 6. He is so nice when he smiles.....
The ML's main character flaw is that he cannot stand up and say difficult things that have to be said if he feels that the other party is not open to it. So he cannot bring up the kissing time bc FL was pretending it never happened. She annoyed me so much with that. FL is written as ... childish.

FL does not admit her hormones and desires so - although she is sure she wont date SML - she uses him for attention. That is very toxic. And SML doesnt respect himself and goes along with it. He is so startved for real human contact to the point that he is willing to be the third wheel strung around.. I wish him to grow up asap. He has the potential to be a great man one day. ML and FL treat him like a younger brother..

Well - this is already end of ep 6 - the lovers need to get together already if we are going to finish 12 eps on time. Thre is only 6 eps left and a lot still has to be resolved, incl. SML story. That woman feels very close to hm and having power over him, like his sister or his still-possessive ex.

but ppl smoke pot like crazy, there are shops on every corner and you can order online and have it delivered, when you drive through San Francisco, adds for pot are on those huge billboards ... entire area of N Caliornia Humbolt county is all pot growing, and they snagged it from small growers into corporate.. so it is HUGE...
And I think the stats are that 60% of populatoon and about 10% are into hard drugs, that's 30 million ppl. so we dont count kid, so it is about 30% of adults. So each needs about 1-3 grams per day of whatever, so that is like 30-90 tons of HEAVY drugs PER DAY.... These are super rough numbers but they are scary . A lot of it is manufactured at home, you can cook meth at home like in Made in Korea drama. And then cocaine comes from S AMerica on boats with bananas - I will never eat a banana ever !!! - etc. Scary . No wonder USA is starting WW3 when so many ppl are drugged out!!!!!

Hm, I dont feel like you, I dont feel like i have seen everything. I am alarmed that I havent seen ENOUGH :) There is a lot of good stuf that I still need to discover!!! I just recently discovered 2006 movie Idiocracy.... There must be other good stuff out there too!!!! So I dont have time to waste on something trashy or mediocre... If I am watching it, I must get return on time investment :)

I am not looking for new I am looking for EXCELLENT. Excellent story, acting, camera/production, music, ... and there is tons of EXCELLENT stuff out there. Excellent stuff helps me understand how humans work and how storytelling works. I like to look at things here like an alien, to study from the side, to see how humans operate. I also like to see how humans are manipulated with the storytelling and art. The purpose of REAL art is to transform you into a better human being. Many fake art pieces are used for manipulation and propagating false ideas. Audience reaction is super interesting too.
I am trained in improv comedy and storytelling, and I am a dancer, teacher and performer and trained to judge dance competitions, and I make a living by helping ppl and solving problems. And I am psychic SO I GOT SHARP EYES :) and I like to see EVERYTHING :) and I do see a lot lol lol lol I am Inspector Megre :)

Oh yeah in the process I am always intrigued with good ideas and new rising acting stars, that is fun to discover. I do like artistic experiments.

SOME EXPERIMENTS ARE MASTERPIECES, like 10 LOVE TRACKS. Omg those 10 mini dramas are superb. Except 2, I dotn like 2 out of 10. One of them is a genius masterpice. Onion Soup

Some experiments are .. so so.. like Defects and S-Line.
IN DEFECTS, WHO ALL KIDS CAME FROM, SOMEONE WAS CLONED, WHO WAS IT? FL? or her daughter? I was trying to remember today

I have not become "mean" lol I have become very SKILLED in looking at visual arts. Watching in great detail helped me to SEE how the thing is made. And to make decisions faster. I have seen enough tropes LOL

So I realized that I canot stand the dark camera (like Witch) or choppy fast scenes jumping all over (Love Phobia) and esp if it is done with bombastic sensationalistic feel ( Genie, Confidence Queen, In Our Radiant Season, Siren's Kiss ) - then - cross it out.
I also learned which actors to avoid (Crushology FL)
and I think I am gonna have to learn which directors and writers to avoid too LOL
And I learned why I am gonna avoid Confidence Queen FL actress - bc of plastic surgery, she cannot move facial muscles, only eyes so the camera has to make up for it by making bombastic scenes so that the focus is NOT on her facial expressions.

Then comes the piece like Shinning that is all about facial expressions and that is a treat, something I like to watch. It is not new, it is just REAL - you are watching live intelligence - that is interesting!!! like you can watch a kitten playing for a long time and never get bored - it is just ALIVE. This is hard to explain... like watching trees or blue sky or campfire- it is not "new" but it is ALIVE and ever changing its expressions, it is like a show . So you can watch that all day long and never get bored one second. God's art is perfect :)

For human made art, not everything is so perfect... THOSE LESSONS CAN BE PAINFUL, like watching entire The Nice Guy to realize that FL actress is totally useless and I should never ever watch her. Sure enough, comes In Radiant Season, and I see that face doing the same kind of stupid acting, and I am like ... DROP FAST lol Never again will she steal 12 hrs of my time.

Or watching entire Honour knowing that it started very weak - and watching the entire thing to end with the SAME bad message and even worse ... But I had to watch it to make sure. Now I can say with certainty it is trashy manipulative piece, and WHY.

I like dramas taht keep me busy trying to figure out the magic - like Our Miss Hong - every scene was packed with details that were so funny, then with the music, then put together into a sequence so you could easily transfer from scene to scene and do time jumps... it was MASTERFUL!!!!
The Nice to Not Meet you was also filmed in a way that was amazing.
Our Universe too!!!! In the earlier episodes they had a cameraman who was taking amazing shots!!!! I was very impressed..

NOW LET US TALK ABOUT EXCELLENT. We did not talk about that. That is the stuff that needs to be talked about.

Excellent doesnt have to be complicated. It just has to be REAL. I am watching daily First Man bc the FL there is just an excellent actress and I want to see that, and a lot of the crew is excellent too.

THE NUANCES. I love to watch the NUANCES in acting, and how you can express a whole range of emotions and thoughts and states of consciousness.
It is fascinating!!!
So it is not "new" it is just the same old but shown well. Like improv comedy. It never repeats... And it doesnt have to be flashy ...

My favorite acting piece ever was an improv performance I saw where a man and woman quietly acted father and daughter going to get a haircut and waiting for the barber and while waiting, talking about mom who left... and the barber didnt show up so they found him dead inside and looked at his vallet.... It was QUIET, UNASSUMING, but everything they said, every sentence, was worth 100000 books - like ... Oh here is the postcard from mom. When is she coming back? Oh in the barber's vallet is a picture of a nude woman... There was no loud laughter or anything but it was incredibly funny, tragic, sad, and overall MESMERIZING. I sat at the edge of my seat. I still remember that performance.

So I want to see stuff like that.

I just made my favs list. I will think some more about which dramas I really liked and why.

I am so interested in the storytelling, i want to see great storytelling. And acting it out.

It is like being a book worm - you are always looking for interesting books to read. And you skip what you dont like. Bc there is soooo much good stuff you still havent read.

Hm... I think the Mop Head and the SheVillain **should** get and stay together .... maybe after she gets out of jail... LOL they totally deserve each other and are actually a great couple, and she behaves normal with him. Her LapDog is ... too toxic and mentally off and enabled all her crime. Thanks for posting the teasers. I decided to watch some. So this is Mr. Kim Walking on Think Ice lol and a villain from Mr.Kim is a villain here too.
ML here is so dumb, he could not possibly be a businessman.... or a criminal....
Just like inMr.Kim, it all happens bc a dumb husband keeps secrets from his wife.. if FL went to work, there would be no drama.
Imo Mr. Kim is a much higher quality drama than this one. This one is makjang
This drama moves fast and ML is pickled already in ep 2. Omg he is dumb.. and it gets HILARIOUS bc he is so dumb... and mother in law is so greedy..

I keep thinking of Yu Na character... She has a mean streak like her parents, and all her life she watched her parents cheat Dr. Baek, PLUS her parents spoiled her on one hand AND on the other hand also criticized her and compared her to Jin Ju - so under this unique combo of circumstances, Yu Na grew extremely weak and delusional, to the point of killing someone to steal their riches, and saying the entire time "I did not do that,, I am not responsible... he made me do it"
That theme of a spoiled child you can see in Flower of Evil ... the spoiled son becomes a killer

I was laughing like crazy at the scene in front of Motel M. I am laughing just thinking about it. It was .... amazing... LMAO hilarious
The two piolicemen moving their heads and bodies and looking in sync LMAO and the older one looking in shock the entire time - a pair of BIG!!! eyes as the background for the scene LMAO ... then the prim and proper lady running away... and the dishelved gentleman chasing her... The misunderstanding... but understanding... LMAO that ML-FL pair are super good comedians, I didnt know.... As we say in my native language, under the meek external look, 100 devils peek LOL

I didnt like that they made that actor do the beach scenes, he was a little conscious of it and there is really no need to force the western look or compete with the drama that do that. He is clearly good looking AND WE ALREADY KNOW THAT, we all can tell anyways, he looks it in his clothes. he is already stunning and just needs to unbutton his shirt or roll up his sleeves or pants - that's enough. My advice is ... dont try to hard to please the western audience. Let then detox from their super cesspoolish entertainment. I am afraid they are gonna spoil and ruin kdramas.

Well do the math - how many ppl and relationships and families and age groups and work places and coworkers is this? It takes time to tell a story this complex.
